Experience was good. Not a big fan of DQ food, but I thought I would give it another try. It's been a few years since I've ate at a DQ. It will be longer next time. Not this stores fault. 3 stars only because the chain needs to up their hamburger game.

My blizzard would have been good if they could have been bothered to mix it up. Almost solidly ice cream for the first half and the bottom half a sickening chocolate bomb. I don't think those mixers take a genius to operate so this is just laziness.

Have never seen so many spiders in my life except here. They should clean outside, it was traumatizing. They were closed to go indoors so we had to use the drive-through and if I was alone, would have driven right out. Tons if spiders on and around the order box and even at the pay window. The poor girls saw I was freaking out, not their fault but scary to pay and grab your stuff. I know Hallowe’en is coming but seriously clean that up…. Makes me look at DQ very differently now. YUK and YUK! From a person that never complains…

Customer service need improvement. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement - trying to find a table to sit on and all of them are sticky! The fries tasted gross like they didn't change the oil in the deep fryer for a while. Not worth my money! Won't recommend to anyone.

Our food was good but this restaurant is very dirty. The bathrooms were next to unusable. We got our order and ate it in the car.

The building was a nice size. $6 for a hamburger, fries, drink and sundae. You cant beat it.

An older building but don't just drive by. A quick, simple bite to eat. We love the meal deal, cheese burger with bacon, a drink, fries and a small sundae or upgrade to a mini blizzard for an extra $1. Generous servings with a smile.

I got a Brownie Blizzard and they barely mixed it. I just mixed it with my spoon tho. Other than that it was good. The facility is ice cold it feels like you're sitting in a freezer

Well where to start, if i could give no stars i would. Well standing deciding on what to order the cashier was playing with her hair complaining about how it looked, went to the other cashier instead. Placed our order well waiting we could see in the back and seeing my burger come out of the microwave was just the start. As it got busier someone decied ti vacuum well it was out the door with people. Got out food to go, got home and my burger looked like someone had sat on it. It was a soggie mess. No bacon, fries were a limp mess. Not impressed at all, will never go back!

This is our new ice cream place. We love to come here every Sunday for a Score Blazer not too lazed and a Pecan Cluster. They offer a good customer service here. However, there twice now our blazers were more watery than creamy. But we enjoy coming here.

All the usual delicious DQ treats in this busy ice cream shop. The staff is efficient and very pleasant. Only complaint is a parking lot too small for the amount of traffic (we parked in the lot next door) and loudly cursing teens in the back of the restaurant.

Went to this location today and got 2 chicken strips meals and got no dip they didn’t hold my blizzard upside down but that was probably because it was melted

I go to dairy Queen at least once day or every two I get a banana split because they are so good but last night I was there and I got a banana split and it was missing its and the banana must been very green because it didn't taste like a regular banana split without the pineapple and the green banana but overall I love the dairy Queen and Gannon aqua I will have to talk to Linda to straighten these girls out for now goodbye and thank you Randy Saunders

Just went through the drive-thru and it was the worst bunch of chicken I have tasted. They where not fresh at all and they could probably bounce higher than a rubber ball. I do not recommend eating here.

We went to the Dairy Queen tonight. So disappointing. We all got blizzards they had nothing in them but the ice cream. There was about 1 teaspoon of ingredients to the peanut buttercup blizzard and even less in the others. It tasted like vanilla ice cream only. No flavour for over 5.00 each. I guess we wont go there unless Shelley is working as she is the only one that puts some ingredients in the blizzard. In kingston on Division st. They put in enough ingredients so you can taste the flavour you ordered. Maybe they should train staff how to make the blizzard properly. Everyone that ive talked to lately say DQ is lacking this season. So sad for them. Wont be going back back for a long time.

Obviously ice cream is always good however the store itself was filthy. One staff member sitting with family talking instead of cleaning up the table and floors. I hate to give anyone a bad review however it is what it is.
