TOTALLY agree with Elvie Engstrom review. Same thing happened to me exactly. Tried to talk to Dr. Singh about my health issues he did not want to hear. Just wanted to get me out. I had to ask his name too! Just not a good perfessional experience. So sad really that someone does not have good bedside manners in that capacity.

I've been coming to the walk in clinic for over a year now. It's a very quick process with their doctors. I called today to advise the receptionist I cannot get access to their website to book a walk in. They called me back and left a voice-mail with ZERO information. Just called and said "This is PCN returning your phone call" and then hung up?! Seems like they were just cleaning up the voice-mails but not actually helping the clients

This is about the outside of the clinic. It looks very unprofessional when employees are smoking outside of doors and while sitting in windows. Maybe in the future a smoking area should be made away from the sidewalk and out front of offices. Not a very healthy image outside of a medical building.

My husband and I are new residents of Niagara Falls from Toronto after retirement and we found it very difficult to find a family physician in the area. It took us almost two years to find one. We learned of PCN accepting patients from the mayor’s office when I called them to complain about the problem. PCN was highly recommended so we went there as walk-in patients. I told the receptionist of our need for a family physician and I was handed an application to fill out to be reviewed for acceptance or otherwise. It took them a while to reply as they were in the process of moving to Fort Erie. I found both doctors, Dr. Singh and Dr. Reka who have looked after us in two occasions were both very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and have very good bedside manners and does not make us feel rushed. They addressed our issues right on target with confirmatory or follow-up tests, either blood work or x-ray, etc. Due to our satisfaction of their service, I have recommended them to 3 more of my siblings who also moved to Niagara in the last few months after us. If all accepted, 5 siblings and our families will be their permanent patients. I also would like to add that the receptionists are very helpful and answer questions without making the patient feel like a nuisance to their busy tasks. It is about 30 minutes drive via QEW but definitely better than driving to Toronto. I highly recommend PCN as a family physician clinic or a walk-in clinic. Keep up the good work PCN! Thank you for accepting us as permanent patients.

Dr. Artaj Singh took me on as a patient a couple years ago and to be honest, I find hom the best doctor I have ever been in contact with! He is direct, straight to the point and he cares about his patients which is rare in a doctor. He also does not waste your time which is amazing.

The reception area was very nice and the reception staff very friendly and helpful. Dr. Singh is very nice and seems genuinely interested in my case which is quite different from the majority of people. I would definitely recommend this clinic to other people.

The clinic in Fort Erie is a joke... First they tell you the wait "won't be long" and after nearly an hour in the waiting room they stuff you into a smaller "waiting" room, where the wait never ends. I had to leave after 2 hrs and 10 minutes. I never did see a Dr and the receptionist seemed confused that I was still there. This place is NOT for me.

We have been linked to Primary Care Niagara for seven years and we are happy with our relationship with the doctors and the rest of the staff. Despite the fact that we don't have a car, we decided not to change for another clinic. When we went about 10 days ago to Fort Erie, it was pleasant and the attention as usual was great

Absolutely the worst experience in a doctor’s office ever! If there was a category for less than one star, I would assign that rating. These employees - doctor(s), medical assistants/receptionists are in dire need of customer service/“bedside manners” training! Could they try a “hello”? Or, “how can I help?, Or, use a kinder voice? It doesn’t cost anything...geez...doesn’t take any more energy to be nice and treat patients like they’re not a burden on your work day. All of you should be ashamed, or maybe switch professions. Dr. Singh never introduced himself - I had to ask what his name was. I tried to tell him my story and he cut me off, rude to me, said to me he was “too busy”, had no interest in my input, and wanted me out the door as soon as possible. What an awful experience...Also...would like to add that I paid $200 out of pocket expense as it was considered a “third party” physical for my work (per request) for less than 10 minutes of face time with Dr. Singh...oh...and waited nearly 2 hours before actually being seen.
