I am a personal healthcare assistant of several clients who attends services at this facility. I’m currently placing an initial call with another facility so that my clients may receive the treatment and care that they need because this facility has an enormous history of canceling appointments and the professionalism of the staff is poor. My clients are treated negatively and VNA nurses’ calls are ignored and dropped. I do not recommend this facility as my clients appointments are cancelled frequently, which is a dangerous experience for my clients who needs care from a provider.

They treat their patients terribly and have absolutely no respect for them. Everyone from the front desk, to the directors. I ran into one good person, Mr Griggio...I hope he finds a better job in a place suited for the level of professionalism he exudes. The rest of the facility is absolutely abhorrent though...

I ABSOLUTELY AM IN LOVE!!! The Staff is Lovely, always friendly. They have everything here...Adult, Pediatrics, Dental, OB/GYN, Podiatry and a Pharmacy....that DELIVERS!!!!

It seems like every time we bring one of our childrenThe neighborhood health center northwest for simple blood work it takes them two to three hours inside before they're done Plan on waiting hours bring a lunch and drinksThey over booked patients and make the good patients wait hours and hours they have no respect for their patients I do not recommend Northwest Community Center for your children primary doctor.
