This is by far the weirdest clinic I have even been to. I went in for a visit today at about 12:30 pm and was told to go home and they will call me to come in an about an hour or so to come in. Two three hours pass with no call! I tried calling them back, and they just have an automated message that gives certain info and then hangs up. No way to talk to anyone or even leave a message. So naturally after a couple of hours I gave up on the appointment and went by my day and left town to run an errand. Then they call me to come in at 4:30 pm!!! That's four hours later!!!!!! What a weird way to manage a clinic!!! You honestly think people are going to sit there for 4 hours waiting for your call????! Get real!!

Dr. Kamatovic was originally my family doctor before opening this clinic. He has always been kind and great doctor! But this clinic is managed absolutely terribly. I am required to visit semi-routinely to fill a prescription for an underactive thyroid and every time I come to this clinic there is nothing but problems. I have been told I need to see the doctor to refill the prescription and then after 3 hour wait the prescription is just refilled and given to me by reception. Front desk continued to suggest I do phone appointments for next time to avoid unnecessary wait times. I go back a few months later and i'm told they don't do phone appointments, and they don't have any records of me seeing a doctor for over a year. Also was informed that sometimes when the clinic is busy they "just fill the prescription when we have extended wait times". Great doctor, terrible clinic.

Dr Kamatovic is a great doctor, it is just unfortunate that he switched to this walk in style where you now have to set aside almost an entire day and get there at 8am in order to get in to see him because the wait times are that ridiculous. It is not fair for those of us who have been his patients for many years. Also the fact that the phones are never answered is so frustrating. It is a dumb machine and then it just hangs up on you. Its so inconvenient having to drive all the way to the office in the middle of a blizzard when you just have a simple question.

Dr. Kamatovic and his Office Manager Janene are HANDS DOWN the warmest, most professional medical professionals I have encountered. We have been there almost 6 times since COVID started for testing for our young toddler due to constantly being sent home from daycare for mild symptoms. They show up each and every day in a pandemic with the best attitude I have experienced - their warmth really goes a long way, especially in this stressful situation. The only thing more magical than their service is Dr. K's biceps. Wow. You should see these things.

Dr kamatovic is great and the nurse is great. But the receptionist never answer the phones. Everytime I call no one answers. Super annoying....

I honestly don’t understand why there are even negative comments on here. Did you know Dr Kamatovic and his staff have been the only clinic that has been open since Day 1 of this pandemic. It is a really busy office and his staff works hard to make sure everyone is taken care of. Maybe instead of complaining you should say thank you. THANK YOU Dr Kamatovic and staff for being dedicated to Fort Erie and staying open during the scariest times of ALL ours lives!!! We are TRULY lucky to have you all!!!!

Great place. Kind of a one-stop shop, with the pharmacy right there. The staff is great and I haven't had to wait long. It's the best place to bring your cooties. lol

Staff is always thoughtful and pleasant, wait times are what you'd expect from a walk-in clinic. Can't ask for a better doctor than Dr Kamatovic.

Great doctor, terrible staff. Does anyone ever pick up the phone? You have to sit through a long automated message when you call, just to be told at the end of it that no one is available! I’ve had to drive to the clinic just to ask a simple question and have seen 3-4 desk staff ignoring calls while they are not even busy! This is unacceptable and I hope you Dr.K will take some action in improving the attitude and efficiency of your staff. I’m sure many people have skipped your clinic simply due to the fact that your staff can’t be bothered to be helpful, polite or take a simple phone call. I should also mention that emails are also never returned.

I've been seeing Dr Kamatavic for roughly 10 years now and soooooo happy I found him at the right time. He sent me for so many tests and Physical that he caught my Diabetes that I didn't even knew I had, or for how long.Hes definitely one of the best.

Is there any one who answers phone calls there anymore? All I ever get when I call is an automated message and then it hangs up without ever giving an option to speak with someone. I just need a prescription refill for heartburn and it's ridiculous that I'll have to go all the way to the clinic and wait for hours just to get one because they don't want to pick up a phone.
