No one ever answers the phone. I just want to become a new patient with a doctor here and want to figure out what the process is for that. I can't even do that because I have to drive here and spend money on gas and parking just to ask a question. Good scam y'all got running

I am a patient of Dr Awoben at this clinic. THE PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY AS 9 DOCTORS are on it and if the main number is answered then you are directed to the 3 receptionist for the other doctors. It drives my pharmacy crazy to renew or verify information and myself as well The system used to go to voice-mail where you could leave a message to my doctor and the receptionist would call me lback. Now two or three days of trying to get hold for a problem what a joke!! I'm looking for another GP now

My family has been patient's of Dr. Marchi since Sept 2014, and he has no humanity in him, get them in get them out, he has no care!!my daughter is a patient of his since 2018 and she is special needs, he knows nothing about her conditions, and honestly I don't think he cares!! He can't even fill out paperwork for her because he doesn't know the answers, I tell him the answers and he signs!! My family gets better treatment at urgent care!! Sincerely The Peters Family

Never answer the phones!!! ....rings endlessly. Have to drive over to make an appointment. Ridiculous????

If I could give 0 stars I would. Been trying to contact them since May to just refill a simple prescription, called at least a dozen times & received 1 phone call back requesting I made an appointment? So I did but had to call back a couple days later to reschedule as my work schedule is a little all over the place (HENCE WHY I JUST WANTED THE REFILL) & I never heard back from them. They just don't care.

I love my doctor! but WOW it is always ridiculous to try to reach the office. The phone is hardly ever answered. I called today and got a recording telling me to call during regular hours (it was) and not to leave a message. Several tries... still nobody answers. This has always been and issue which you would think should get resolved.

Understandable that the phone is always busy. My spouse and I have had excellent care from Dr. Ephrat, even had him do a house call for my husband who has more serious issues than me. During COVID, he called us a few times to follow up on our questions. Thank you, Dr. Ephrat. As for Dr. Marchi, when Dr. Ephrat was unavailable, he called me from home as he was self-isolating due to exposure to someone with Covid symptoms and advised me on what to do next and even started me on some meds. Thank you, Dr. Marchi. So yeah, for those that complain about the phone, that is not a reflection on the doctors. It is a busy place.

Never answers the phones, rings for hours. When they answer you are placed on hold regardless of whether it's okay or not and on several occasions have been disconnected and hung up on. Have driven 30 minutes in to witness them chatting behind the desk while I continue to try and call. Where are the phones ringing because it's clearly not in their office or the receptionists are silencing them and not bothering to answer. Absolutely awful when you have a serious issue that needs care. Hospitals are overwhelmed and safety is a concern too, people can't even get in with their family doctors, its brutal! Dr Awobem hasn't seen me since before COVID began, I gave birth to my NICU baby early and upon being discharged with her after our stay it is a requirement to have her seen within 48 hours of discharge, when I reached out to the clinic they said they would have a phone consult with my daughter and that Dr Awobem hasn't been into the clinic since 2020 during the initial shut down due to COVID 19. I then had to have a referral in place from the hospital to a Pedeatrician who would see her. The receptionist said that another Dr in the clinic would see her. I just don't know how she continues to practice if nobody can reach her and she is unwilling to see any of her patients for any reason under any circumstances.

If you have any cold symptoms don’t bother going to see her cuz she doesn’t wanna see you. You’re better off to go to another walk in clinic or the hospital. I’ve had a sore throat for 2 weeks and I’ve been putting it off to go there cuz I knew she wasn’t gonna wanna see me .. well I just tried tonight at the walk in clinic they have and of course she doesn’t wanna see me. My daughter, about a month ago I took her there for a cold and she didn’t wanna see her either .. my daughter is 3 .. she should have seen her cuz when she called me later that night she said she wants to see my daughter .. I’m helloooo that’s why we went there in the first place .. I’m just done.

Yes they can be hard to reach as their phones are quite busy however, they have always been cheerful, and helpful. Best to call later in the day. The receptionists have been great! Dr. Pirzada is great! My father use to have Dr. Esphrat when he lived with us and was pleased with him as well. They all are a very caring team. I am grateful that we were able to be accepted there as a patient. U get vaccines done there as well and it is always a pleasant visit and quick. It is also a great benefit that they do evening walk-in appointments if you need something that day and their day appoints are booked up. A service most places do not give. Would have given a 5 if easier to call but it is worth calling back until you can get through.

Good luck trying to book an appt, no chance you are getting through. Dr. Marchie admin is extremely unpleasant. If you need to book an appt you need to drive over there! They either don't answer, hang up or leave you on hold for a very long time. How is this acceptable?

Went in there today needing medical care for a chest infection that I believe I have. Dr. Ephrat is our family doctor that my wife and son have both seen multiple times but because I haven't had my "consultation" with him they wouldn't see me at all. Pretty pathetic that you wouldn't help a patient in need. Extremely sad. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely brutal that you wont help a patient in need. I also might add that I was the only person in the waiting room at the time of this.

I have been with this clinic for 3 years and feel I have had very good care from them. They are quite busy and it's sometimes difficult to reach them on the telephone. I have a regular doctor, Dr. Tan-Wilson. I have only good things to say about this no-nonsense physician. Treatment choices have been effective and advice, to the point. I have also had reason to use their after hours walk in clinic and once again, treatments and information have been appropriate and effective. Nurses have been friendly, sympathetic and helpful. Any questions have been answered and I have been listened to appropriately. I'm not sure why this clinic has had bad reviews, it is not my experience.
