I’ve always gotten good care at this ER. Dr. Rogers and her staff make a bad situation much easier to deal with. Just wish the hospital would hire more staff to help them out.

I was recently very sick and had a clot but called an ambulance went all the way to Erie county medical center because at Lockport memorial I knew they'd say I pulled a muscle or something g else. Good for blood work and imaging and pre operation blood work. Lazy nurses, not all of them bust many of them. Really not good place for emergencies if I'm conscious I won't be going here for an emergency. Foods good though for most part.

Well, staff was ok, but ER was literally a mess (garbage). Wasn't busy at all. One staff was on her smartphone the whole time we were there. There it goes our health care money.

My son died suddenly at home after having suffered a severe asthma attack. Despite their best efforts, the medics were unable to revive him. The hospital changed his death certificate from having died 'at residence' to having died 'at hospital'. To add insult to injury, they then later billed him for their 'services'!!!

This has got to be one of the worse hospitals I have ever come across. The ER is a big joke. I was there in Jan 2018 for lower back pain; my cat scan also showed a kidney stone in the right side. This info should have gone to my doctor's office, it did not. February I am in the ER again for aches and chills and fever. They tell me I have a UTI and here is meds and follow up with your doctor. To this date my doctor still has not received records of my kidney stone. I look at my patient visit information sheet from January and there it is, why can't my doctor get this info. I got a name of a Urologist from ER room but when I go to the Urgent Care facility, they get me appointment for the next day with someone at that same location, why would the ER send me to Amherst? I will never go back to that hospital nor would I tell anyone to go there. I heard the place was purchased, good luck to the new people taking over, you got your hands full.

Alot of rude staff..wait is horrible..if you ask question some nurse staff acts like they dont hear you i recommend urgent care must faster..

I thought they were great despite the bad reviews..went in around 2 in the morning with acute abdominal pain, had a CT scan and blood work done..doctor had good bedside manor and was spot-on with diagnosis..staff was quick and extremely friendly! Thank you ENH!

I had high blood sugar during my visit and no one told me…I had a nice nurse, I talked to the doctor I was working with once. They kept trying to get an IV in, it seemed like the nurse was in a big rush (even more so than in an ER), I had multiple pokes and huge bruises (I’m not saying the bruising is their fault). They have phlebotomists for a reason. Not the cleanest. No one talked to me about my blood work. I did get in as soon as I sat in the waiting room chair.

My father was admitted to Lkpt Hospital and received wonderful care from the nursing staff. I was thankful that several nurses and aides along with respiratory care showed such compassion on 2 North. Thank you!

Worst Hospital Yet. Went in with swelling in the elbow and I'm not moving finger.Was never offered anything for pain nor was I offered an ice pack The doctors are clueless. The staff are no better we have attitude Problems. Is there for an hour to half got x-rays still not offered any kind of medication or even an ice pack for the visually swollen elbow bruised I basically had to beg for ice pack Which I received as I was getting Discharge. Was told if it still hurts in a coupled days to go see a specialist and basically I left with paperwork that had nothing to do with my finger just my arm you need to get the crackheads out of the hospital I'll never go there again
