Looks like the reviews are correct. Trying to talk to a scheduler for an appointment is nearly impossible. They say to leave callback info, and I've tried that 5+ times now with no response across the space of a week.

Imaging technician was fine, but it took weeks of phone calls to make an appointment. No one returns voicemails. By the time I finally got someone on the phone, they could not locate my prescription. I had to have it resent by my doctor and start all over again to try to get someone on the line to set an appointment. Will not go back.

Unimpressed with Radiology. Trying to schedule a follow up appointment and have left several messages over several days and cannot get a callback. Very disappointing response when dealing with potential serious health issue.

A scheduling nightmare .. I was originally contacted about scheduling an appointment but missed the call. I was able to get through only to be told how busy they were and they would call back later in the day and not to call them .Two weeks later I am still waiting to get a return call. Very unprofessional .

The dirtiest hospital I have ever seen. The ICU nurses were amazing. The 14 north nurses were not. They wouldn’t take my mom to the bathroom and told her just to go on herself for 6 days. Then they would let her lay in it. No compassion toward family members either. I saw and was able to speak with 1 dr the whole week my mother was there. When I would call to check on my mom they would say “she’s fine , probably sleeping” . How this hospital isn’t shut down for their unsanitary measures is beyond me.

Came by ambulance, septic, 16 hour wait, no IV fluids or water n I was diagnosed as dehydrated. Another time I also waited 16 hrs n they ran out ofif tissue n masks n just had people throw up into blankets in the waiting room People couldn't even use the bathrooms because they were too dirty n the floor cleaning machine couldn't even clean up the mess!
