Very rude front desk staff and appointments being booked hours before doctor arrives. Sometimes you won’t even get a call back. Also, there is always something wrong with their fax machine.

Extremely rude front desk staff - after 9 years at the clinic I have yet to encounter a friendly voice, face, smile or anything resembling pleasant conversation with any of the staff there. The staff tend to be very curt and speak harshly to patients registering, making appointments etc. I also have been placed in a treatment room to further wait only to find the room is filled with other patients files. I find this extremely unprofessional and would be surprised if this was an accepted practice at other clinics. Doctors are caring and helpful but wait times can be excessive due to booking multiple patients in similar time slots. I have witnessed the front staff booking 2 and 3 appointments in a single 15 minute time block k.
