Such a great service. Light years better than visiting hospitals daily. Very helpful staff.

pretty upset, i had to wait days for an appointment just to walk up and be handed a rapid test which are not as accurate. if i had known i would be getting that i would have used my time to go to a clinic to get a proper swab. why do i need an appointment to be handed a package? not pleased. this should be stated in the appointment confirmation. appreciate the volunteers and the work everyone’s doing but wish i was aware. thanks
