Dr. Themens is a very good vet, she clearly cares for the animals. She is one of the only vets around that doesn't abuse of pet parents with exorbitant prices. I live in Moncton and it's a 100% worth it for me to drive 3 hours to go there , as the amount I spend on gas is A LOT less than what It would cost me to go to a vet here a Moncton.

I honestly thought this place was the best, cheap prices, great service ( when you are there) besides that getting an appointment here is nearly impossible, literally been trying to call since they opened in the morning and could not get a single answer. With the 50+ calls i made i would of been sure to at least get an answer, maybe they should hire personnel only to answer the phone and answer inquiries to customers. This will drive business away and I will be sure to pass on my experience to all my relatives and friends. Thanks for the ''awesome'' service !

Visited this vet because of all of the positive feedback I've heard about this facility. Everytime I asked a question all directed towards my dogs well being, I was not met with response but was met with diragatory insults about my care as a pet owner. Very much disappointed as my dog is my world and I treat her like gold. Definitely would NOT recommend going there.
