Prepare to be fat shamed and put on the back burner. Tried to see a different doctor at the practice and he very rudely told me not to request him again and to stick to my family doctor. Who has made me feel worse about myself than anyone.

Called about an ongoing issue that I am waiting on a referral from Kelowna for a Dr.. Today I phoned because yesterday and this morning, I was suffering from severe pain on my upper right side and I was hoping Dr. Neimand would be able to suggest something that might help. I had explained that I was waiting for a referral for a vascular surgeon so she would understand I wasn't just seeking pain medication. She told me I could phone them myself to find out about the referral. I told her I wasn't phoning about the referral, but the pain I was suffering from. I also told her Dr. Neimand had told me if I hadn't heard from Kelowna by the end of the week, he would call them himself. She told me there was nothing she could do but she would talk to him. Haven't heard from her since and that was an hour ago. I will let everyone know if and when she ever calls back and if these vaccines are supposed to be making us safe, why aren't the Doctors seeing their patients who have been fully vaccinated? Well today is Tuesday and she never returned call.

I love this clinic. Dr madeline and Dubois are the absolute best, often busy because they do everything but they are so caring, understanding and friendly. Just watched dr Dubois leave an 8 hour shift from the hospital, and she’s going straight to the clinic now. Good job you guys you work so hard
