There are no words for the dedication and skills of this team. Our beloved cat struggled with persistent stomatitis, and we were offered every available service and treatment with compassion. When we eventually made the choice to euthanize him, Sabrina and Dr. Jamie kindly walked us through the process and sent us a lovely card with his paw prints. When we adopted two new cats, the team ensured they were thoroughly examined and provided excellent advice to keep them happy and healthy. You are in excellent hands at Cranbrook Veterinary Hospital.

Cranbrook Veterinary Hospital treated us wonderfully. They were able to accommodate a last minute appointment from over 300km away, when nobody else was able. When we arrived it was a pleasant surprise to be able to go right into a private room to be with my cat while he was assessed and have a face to face chat with the vet (as opposed to having to wait from the car for a phone call). The clinic treated me and my poor old cat with respect and compassion. My cat was provided prompt treatment and I was taught the skills I needed to care for him at home over the long weekend so he didn’t have a lengthy hospitalization and saved us another 600km in travel time. We were given all the supplies, medication and recommended food right at the clinic. I felt that our vet was personable, genuine and practical. The bill also didn’t break the bank!! Which was a bonus! I’m not sure how the story will end for our kitty, but my family and I are so grateful for the care he received at the Cranbrook Veterinary Hospital. ❤️

The stuff at this clinic are absolutely amazing. My dog had to have emergency surgery and they were quick and responsive and explained everything that was happening at every turn. Their doctors were so caring and wonderful with her, even though shes a difficult dog to deal with. Ive also brought my cats for their checkups and they were so lovely with them. I cant reccomend them enough!

We brought our Colley in to get fixed and they helped with the removal of his dew claws he had problems with. The entire staff was so warm and inviting to the whole family. On our last visit as soon as we walked in they knew exactly who we were. We had complications with medication and they called after hours to see how he was doing and asked for a call the next day. So much gratitude for going above and beyond caring for our furry family member.

The receptionist was very kind and although i couldnt get in when i wanted she had the veterinary doctor call me back to advise on what i could do myself until i could get in.
