I waited 1.5 years to be assigned a Dr at Southwood Medical. Now I have to wait another length of time to hope my next assigned Dr is at minimum trauma informed. The Dr laughed at me at one point during my mental health assessment, and the receptionists dog harassed my service dog while I was being rushed out of the office. What a nightmare

I have always had a great experience here. The staff are all Awsome and the Drs professional but also human and will take the time to address the underlying cause of issues. To often we feel rushed in Drs offices but not so here, they take the time to listen....

Don't answer there phone, office is closed to walk ins, and the requisitions they send out don't show up elsewhere. Don't go here, I'll die of old age before they return my calls.

Receptionist was extremely rude. It was the only clinic open in town, I walked in one hour before closing and she snapped "We are closed!" and told me to leave.

Fabulous caring Doctors! I have Dr T Williams as my doctor, as does my hubby. She is such a caring person - you can tell she is a true humanitarian! Front line staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Been with this clinic since it opened and long before that with alot of the staff. They have been amazing with me and with my Nan before she passed. Caring and funny and the lovely lady at the front always recognizes my voice on the phone. If you are lucky enough to have these guys in your life you know what I'm talking about. ❤❤

Absolutely horrible! No one ever answers the phone. The receptionists are extremely rude as well as Dr Ganiyu. Zero bed side manner, dismissive, neglects to follow up and can be very spiteful. No listening skills, compassion or interest in medical issues. He totally passes the buck to other doctors and specialists. Beware if you are looking for a GP, you're better off to go to a walk in clinic!

Physicians at the clinic are amazing. Dr Ganiyu is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. However part of the having a good doctor is being able to contact the them to make an appointment. Been calling multiple times a day for almost a week and can’t get threw their lines. No messaging service, no hold, no call back option.

Do not go to this clinic. My son has 2 skin tags with nerves on each of his hands. We have an appointment to have them removed by a childrens plastic surgeon which I told the Doctor about. We went In because one of his skin tags had a cut and was getting quite swollen. She promptly attempted to twist it off. R U KIDDING ME. It started bleeding profusely and my son starting screaming. I can honestly say this has broken my trust with walk-in clinics. The elderly female doctor treating my son is a poor excuse of a doctor and should retire before she gets her license revoked. This is unacceptable.

The office only seems to take calls about 10% of the time and only before lunch. They don't have an answering machine that takes messages. I have a doctor that is soft spoken and I am hard of hearing so I can't understand about half of what he says to me. I tell him to please speak louder and slower but he gets so frustrated that he has to leave the room. It has come to the point where I have asked for a different doctor but that didn't happen. I even had a doctor interpret for me but that didn't last. I understand it's not his fault but I can't understand his dialect.
