As I had a scheduled appointment to reopen up a SMB account. Only be refused by this branch. As TD 2 branches and this one promised once the fee is paid they can reinstate the account. Everything was in order for what they needed to open up the account. They were asking me numerous questions of why am I here to open up the account, despite that I had an account before. They were condescending asking why couldn't I open account somewhere else, even though they had my information prior. I've waited over an half hour while the advisor and the manager stayed in there office discussing God knows what. They were skeptical from the start. They came and asked me what does "transport vehicle mean"? I've stated it was logistics, even tho they had my enterprise Quebec papers in hand with the given context what I do.
Once again I've waited again for over a good 15 mins To only refuse me for insignificant information. I couldn't believe it. The other excuses was that went branch to branch, hence the advisor told me to pay the account before coming in for the appointment. Ive said youre only keen on helping your own. Despite their rebuttal this action was definitely louder than words.
I've went to speak to the manager of that branch Angelika Shaimieva who refused to open it. I tried talking, but she was being shrug offish like "uh huh, mmhmm and you're entitled to your opinion". I couldn't believe the level that professionalism was completely horrid. I was more disappointed of manager character and lack of ethics than more opening up the account.
WARNING!!! Dont open a SMB account here. If you're not one of them they will kick you to the curb. Go to one that caters more individuals of ethics groups.
