Great service received last week. The staff, nurse, doctor were all very professionnal and all my questions and worries left behind. Really appreciated my visit. Plus the clinic is very nice, modern and clean compare to many other clinics in Montreal!!! I encourage people to come here and use the Bonjour-Santé service too. Free, quick, you receive a text mess. when it's your turn to come to the clinic for t your appointment. A++

On their website and on the outside/inside posters it says it's an emergency clinic. I was there at 1, there were no doctors and I got an appointment few hours later. I don't think they should advertise themselves saying it's an emergency clinic which in really it's not. Ps. When I called their call centre I was told that the wait is between 30 to 1 hour. Quite disappointed.

twisted my ankle and went to the clinic at 7:30... the lady told us to take a seat and the doctor would call us and 2h later we ask the lady when we’re gonna get called and she says the doctor doesn’t come until 12-.- then she says she told us that the doctor would arrive at 12 but I clearly remember her telling us to take a seat and nothing else... great service

Chris P

Fastest and best service !!!! Great staff always greating you with a smile.

Katie O'Connor

Usually not a long wait. Efficient, friendly, bilingual. Only thing is if they sent you for tests, they're supposed to call you with the results and they never do. You have to chase the results down, hope someone answers your call.

Nissim Ezra

Best clinic in Montreal area. The nurse is amazing. They treated me very well when I needed them especially DR Teetaert one of the best doctor I've seen. Thank you

Kristina Zappavigna

If giving this clinic a 0 star review was possible, I would. I have never experienced such unbelievably terrible bedside manners. Both the nurse and the doctor made me feel like I was wasting their time (yawning, condescension, patronizing, etc.). I was not able to finish explaining my symptoms (which would have taken me all of 2.5 minutes) before they both interrupted me to fire off a bunch of questions that they barely listened to my answers. In the end, I left the doctors office feeling completed lost and will be going to the emergency tomorrow morning to deal with professionals. I'm a complete optimist, and feel privileged to have access to medicare, but this experience leads me to understand those that are so angry with our system. Total lack of humanity...

Arman C. Kizilkale

Deserves less than 1 star. Booking with them is impossible with their outdated menu and full voiceboxes. If you can get through they transfer you from one person to another one until you hit a full voicebox, and the system hangs up.

Eva-Maria Hanchar

In the past the service wasn't this bad. It seems the pandemic is revealing business practice flaws. At the moment it is so hard to speak with a receptionist and the website is far from perfect. Writing this review is my last resort, I just want to see my family doctor because of my neck pain issues. Problem: I am on hold for ever and even when I try to leave a message the voice mail is full. The website is imperfect to use on my phone and now I am just annoyed that I even tried to make an appointment.

Amin Sheini

This clinic has the absolute worst booking system. They’re not authorized to book anything for you on the phone after they transfer you to another department for 30 times and on their outdated website if you don’t have a ramq number you have no chance of booking anything . You can’t walk in to get an appointment either . Useless waste of time and resources. So much for a “walk in clinic” . I’m still waiting for an email response from them .

Tara Gerrie

Went here withy sick daughter at 12:30 on a Tuesday. Hours online are 8 am to 8 pm. Most if not every other walk in take patients continuously throughout the day except here....... Was told that of course there was no doctor until 4 and they were already full. They should probably mention that they have split sporadic inconvenient hours on their pathetic website. Was also told there were. "no there's walk in clinics in Montreal" LMAO!!!!!! Have been waiting at the Queen E for 3 hours...only 5 people have been seen 3 of which we're no shows so 2 actual patients. What the hell is going on with this disturbing system. Also Queen E is filthy and we'll probably leave more sick than when we got here.

Max Keays

One of the nicest walk-in clinic experiences I've had. Showed up early and was in and out in less than an hour which is much better than the five hours I've waited before at a hospital for the same thing (simple prescription renewal). Doctor was super nice and she gave me a referral to a specialist on top of what I was there for. Clean waiting room, nice receptionist. Would recommend arriving before they open.

brett myles

NOT A WALK IN CLINIC!!! Despite all the signs saying it is. This was second chance we gave it and it was as useless as the first.Maybe if you have an SAAQ or CSST potential insurance claim they may see you. Otherwise don't waste your time. Go to the QEH

JP Laliberte

I've called every day for the past weeks trying to make an appointment, each time I am greeted by an answering machine that tells me to leave a message and that they will get back to me that same day but yet they have never called me or reached out to me in any way at all. Very unprofessional.

David Babijaev

Horrible service, nurse is very impatient and rude with customers. Try not to ask questions unless you really want to see nurses mad face looking at you like you owe her a million dollars. Horrible waiting times, with no ability to talk to anyone except for that nurse, because when you show up at opening time advertised on forcemedic website, it looks like doctor is not even there and showed up after few hours. Visited this place multiple times due to lack of other choices and leaved extremely frustrated every time.

Jesse Walker

Worse clinic I have been to. You will have less wait times at a hospital. And they do not honor you appointment. They say it is a reservation but you are still put in the queue with walk-ins. If you are mobility challenged then this place will be hard to get in. The front door is solid wood and hard to move.

Jason Joseph

Bad...my appointment is for 3:30pm got their on time but never saw the doctor til after 5??? They don't respect the schedule they setup, but if you cancel you must pay them. Who's paying for my lost time?

Kevin Beaulieu

Awesome people in ergotherapy and physiotherapy young fresh faces!! A few points very important coming from a guy that was there 5hours a day 5 days !! 1 needs a janitor or often floors very dirty for amount of people there exercises on floor etc.. and 2 !!! privacy curtains between tables in physio!!!!!!!!!and 3 update old exercise machines cause FM6 is all around better thx!!

Lena Winter

I went to this clinic with my six months old baby. I was there 1 hour before closing. The doctor refused to see us because it could go over her business hours. A doctor who refuses to see a child is not a doctor , she is just a business-woman. I do not recommend this clinic . They do not care about you.

Kamran D

I am not satisfied about this clinic, They determine minimum number of exams about referring you to exams or doing medical exams, It seems they care about government and medical costs.

Claire B'Ahnana

Probably one of the worst clinics out there. The receptionist is a certified twit, actually recommended that I send my kid to school with scarlet fever because the nurse there might be able to give her a faster strep test. Our medical system is broken, folks.

maegan williams

The receptionist rolled her eyes at me several times while I was asking simple questions, she could use a little more compassion. I understand working with the public can be hard but being polite and patient is a bare minimum.

Olga Chaykovsky

What a waste of time.. I came there at 7am (clinic opens at 7:30), simply needing a referral to a specialized doctor. I was the fourth person in line. At 9:25 they called my name and put me in a separate room. Finally at 10:50 the doctor came in, we talked for 3 mins and that is it... I waited there for over an hour while hearing the doctor in the other room giving more value to administrative problems rather than seeing patients. Very disappointing. The clinic is seriously under-staffed and there is clear lack of communication between the personnel. The receptionist and nurse were nice, the rest was awful.

The Dude

Very convenient clinic in Montreal West to go seven days a week. Friendly staff and helpful nurses and doctors. On this day I went with my 15 month old child that had been running a high fever for a bit and even though they where all booked up (Usually fills up with patients fast on the weekends so show up when they open) for the day they still took the time to examine my child. Thank you for being there everyone at Force Medic.

If I could give -5 stars I would of. This place is the worst. Showed up at 9:00am and was told that she opens her doors at 7:30 and I should of come earlier!!!!!! Took a day off just for this!!!cause I knew I would wait at least 3 hours for a prescription ( and by the way it used to open at 8:30am..... forgot to check my crystal ball on that one!!!!!!)for a prescription renewal which is basically a piece of paper that the doctor signs and takes about 5 min!!!!I really need these pills and it's not like I wanted morphine pills. These are antidepressants that keep me from going ballistic on someone. there were 6 people behind me and your open till 8pm and you don't have a place for me!!!!???? And I always come here!!!! Thanks guys!!!! Great service!!!! PS- just checked your operation hours and it says 8am !! Get informed or update your stuff before you tell people what you feel like telling them.

HORRIBLE. The people here are horrible people. Our doctor, Dr. Arnone, could not care less about inconveniencing her patients, and definitely does not care about our time. Very arrogant person. All the reviews here online are terrible, and span over a large period of time, so obviously they are doing nothing to change. Clearly the owner is replying to save face, but that's it.

Nancy Stephen

I have always had excellent service with great doctors. I wish I could have my family doctor at this clinic

Sean Rasta

I went to renew my prescription for panic attacks and was told to see a psychiatrist. I think the doctor I seen needs HIS head examined. Went to be treated for something simple and left angry, insulted and annoyed. Won't be going there again...

Borislav Shats

Long waiting. I scheduled an appointment three days before and still waited about 1.5 hours. The nurse received me in about 30 minutes then waiting for the physician was really long - about 1 hour.

Amanda Pidlisny

Staff was not friendly, took forever to be acknowledged by the receptionist. Not on time and I had an appointment, extremely frustrating.

Noomi

If I could give it zero I would. After calling a day before to confirm their hours, I went the next day and they were closed. When I went back to see someone, the doctor spent less than 5 minutes and actually said, 'only one problem per visit'. I understand that they need to be efficient because they see a lot of people, but you need to understand people can't afford to take the 6 hours off during the day every other week just because you have a one symptom policy. If I had a family doctor I'd go see them, believe me. Also, maybe looking at all the symptoms might give you a better idea of what you're dealing with? They ordered a bunch of blood tests and told me nothing about them, what they were looking for, or why. Nor did anyone tell me when the results would be ready. The best part, I asked if I needed to fast for the tests. I was told 'no'. Guess what? I did have to fast, and had to take MORE time off work to go a second time. I called them back a few weeks later and was told that if the doctor doesn't see a problem with the results they WILL NOT see me again. So... say I'm coughing blood and fainting and surprisingly, losing a bit of blood to tests just didn't do the trick, I'm not allowed to go see the doctor again? What a waste of time.

Gabriela Loureiro

I don’t mind waiters na at all when you go to a walk-in clinic. But when you book an appointment via Phone; wait for 3 hours to go to the clinic and then still waits for 1.5h hours ( so far...still waiting) it’s non-sense...why booking appointments ? Or tell patients that’s possible to book? Just tell them To come and wait, but don’t create false expectations - it’s just poor service

Wintana Gebrekrstos

This place is horrible, my girl friend been there couple times to get an appointment but they told here she need to book online. We been trying the website to book an appointment for many days but there is no available at all.

Rick P

Arrived at 845 to get seen as the clinic opens at 9am. Though the triage nurse arrived on time, the triage itself is long as there's an easy 15 min between triage alone. Now for the Dr.... wait, what doctor.. It's now 10am and the doctor is not even here.. if we there was an emergency private clinic I would take it over this crap any day. Considering there are far worse cases than mine, it's unacceptable.

Tania Johnson

Waiting time too long. I had an appoinment at 6.30 pm but finaly i had seen by doctor at 9 pm. What is this so long no clue?

Joseph Breihan

Refused to honor scheduled appointment that I took off time from work to travel one hour each way to reach. Made me come back next morning. Apparently walk-ins have priority over an appointment their employee scheduled. They told me it was his mistake but this is somehow my problem. They did not even give me the courtesy of a phone call to let me know in advance.

Soheui Park

Just to start my review, they don’t know what’s the definition of the appointment. Ifyou are willing to spend your next 3 hours at the clinic after your appointment time, please go to this clinic. We arrived at our appointment time. No one was calling us for the first 1 hour. Then I went to the reception to complain what’s happening. Those two receptionists told me that we were on the list ( to see the nurse). I asked them if it’s normal at this clinic to wait at least 1 hour before seeing the nurse is normal. They said, well it is normal. You wait. Then I got mad because at least 10 patients that came after us got to see the nurse before us. I asked the receptionist that we have an appointment at 9:20. And it’s been 1 hour that we wait just to see the nurse. Those receptionists told me that “you have an appointment? That doesn’t mean that you are seeing the doctor at that time. It’s a walk-in clinic. Appointment just reserve your place. You should wait.” I don’t under if those patients that got to see the nurse after me were walk-in. Why should we wait? When we first have an appointment and if they say it’s a walk-in, we came to the clinic before those patients in the first place?!?!??? Is this logic? Ok I understand if patients that came before me get to see the nurse and the doctor before me. However?!? I was just waiting while the nurse was seeing all the other patients that came after me?!?? Is this normal at this clinic? I would like to ask to the person responsible at this clinic. I had no choice but to spend my 3 hours here ( even with appointment) because after 12 hours of waiting at the new hospital at Vendome, they told us to go here?!? Definitely no coming back. Don’t go. If you are have time. Why not? Go there. This clinic only deserve 0 star. No organization at all. Just telling me to wait?!

Andie Rezaei

I had the best experience in the branch in Montreal-West, the staff are so lovely and smiling all the time and they truly want to help you. In your worst day these people know how to put a smile on your face. Thanks Andy, Pany, Chiara & Cathy, you guys are the best!!!!!

Vladyslava Polishchuk

Horrible receptionist and service. Just called to cancel my appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude and unpleasant. If she's not happy with her job there are a lot of other options but if you work in Customer service you have to be nice to clients .

Mariah Schwartz

I have been waiting for over an hour past my appointment time and I still haven’t heard from you guys. This is super inappropriate and unprofessional. I have not been contacted if the appointment has been delayed or cancelled. I cannot contact anyone to ask because you don’t provide a functional phone line. All of your voicemail boxes were full and my appointment was supposed to be at 5:45pm. It is now 7:00pm. I scheduled the appointment for a convenient time and you all expect us to call when we’re running late or cancelling so get it together before people stop using your clinic. ????‍♀️

Tiffany Luvv

Shocked to see how many bad reviews this clinic has. My experience was wonderful! I took an appointment on the bonjour-santé website and arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. I went to the clinic expecting to wait for a long time but I was called at the exact time of my appointment. Receptionist was very nice and so was the nurse. And the doctor could not have been better. Ignore the bad reviews, definitely give this place a chance!

Linh Trang

They open at 8am but open their doors ahead of time and the doctor does not arrive before 10am. So if you plan on showing up to their walk-in at let's say 9am (they close at 8pm), they will most definitely turn you away, even if it's for a baby under 12 months old. This happened to me on numerous occasions and was even told that I'd be turned away at every single clinic on the island of Montreal. The receptionist that I encounter every time is extremely rude and should not be working with the public if she has become that bitter. Every single negative review here is 100% accurate.

Alexis Turner

Physicians are often late, however they have always provided me with the most excellent care and have taken everything I said and suggested. They even call after a few weeks to see how it is going!

Daphnee Charron

All in all, a nice clinic. Fast and efficient. Took an appointment with Bonjour-Santé for 18h15. I showed up at 18h as instructed, saw a nurse at 19h15 and the doctor at 19h30. In my standard, this is a fast walk-in clinic, much faster than any emergency I have gone to. The receptionist and nurse were nice and although Dr. Tran seemed in a rush he was not unprofessional or rude as other have pointed out. They have a number system where they jump 2 or 3 number everytime to allow kids or more serious cases to go before. But they won't add anyone in between if the numbers fill up. So say I came in, the person before me was 79, I am 82. 2 kids come in, they are 80 and 81, but a third one comes in, they are 83. I think it's fair, unless they cheat and the numbers don't actually mean anything.

Elaine

I was seen by triage nurse, doctor and had blood tests within 90 minutes. Very impressed with the efficient service.

John Smith

Came at the beginning of December/2018; receptionist doesn't say "Hello"; the nurse interrupted me in the middle of sentence (and I am not talkative person); doctor doesn't smile; it was fast service though - nobody was in the room in the morning; but I got an impression that they want to get rid of me ASAP. And now you have to register on-line, instead of just walk-in. And their shi))ty website for registration is not working. And what if it is some old person, who doesn't know to do it on Internet.

matan peltier

Doctor has still not shown up... somehow he thinks it's normal to show up late for his job. he is now 1hr30mn late. In most jobs you get fired for showing up late. At this clinic it is acceptable. Clinic opens at 9 and the room is full of patients waiting since 8am. I guess he has the right to sleep in the morning unlike the patients...

Lucas Miller

It has happened to me twice where I made an appointment and it was booked for 9:15 am. Upon arriving you are told that the doctor only starts working at 10. And the doctor both times has showed up 20 minutes late to work running in with a huge line of people waiting. A 915 appointment turns into a noon appointment.

Anthony Viera

This is the worst place I've ever been. Staff is extremely rude, slow and lazy. The overall service is quite poor. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor. I had an appointment at 9:00 am but waited for 1.5 hours for a blood test. Did I mentioned that over that period of time they were only two patients in the waiting room? One of them was me. The nurse taking the blood samples was more interested in chatting with her colleague than doing her job. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and will never go back.

Priyanka Gogoi

I visited this clinic for few physio sessions with physiotherapist Kim. She is just wonderful and friendly. She is quite knowledgeable and knows her job very well.I was suffering form hip joint pain for years due to an accident but after attending the sessions I got much relief due to the exercises recommended by her.I am continuing my routine as advised and its getting better with time.Thank you so much Kim and I highly recommend her.The reception staff are supportive too and with prior appointment things went smoothly.

Ana Paula Dias e Lima Bueno

The waiting time it's short and the attendants are very kind as much as the nurses. I've had a very good experience there when I decided to look for help as I was being trough a post partum depression and the doctor who attended me at the time was so helpful, kind and took a good time to listen and try to help me, taking his time to go with me to a mental health nurse and describe my situation. I have to say they're really part of my healing process and I'm very thankful for that. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but I remember it was at friday he attended. but today I came back there because I needed my prescription renewed and also because I'm felling very dizzy and tired but I've had a disgusting 30 seconds appointment with a doctor named Mathew Teetaert who didn't even seat or listened what I had to say! He gave my prescription and when I started to say what I went there to say he just said "ok we can see when your exams come" interrupting me and left the room , letting me there without even a thank you or good bye, I thought for a moment he would come back to finish the appointment but after some time there I've noticed that yes, that was the way he finished the appointment... I was shocked with such an indelicate doctor! But I'm sure it is an isolate case and all the stuff there is amazing and I will continue going there, but with another doctor, for sure!

Tony Seidman

Misdiagnosed.. now have permanent nerve damage. Was told I had a skin infection, when I actually had Shingles. Unfortunately, I was forced to give 1 star! Beware!

Erik Roter

The employees are very nice and professional but for a clinic that’s supposed to be a walk-in, there are never doctors around. Made many attempts to come in the morning and always told the dr has an emergency or he’s going to be a cpl hours late. Not impressed at all. Better off going to the Queen E.

Joyce Mike

After many months at another clinic I was sent to do DCF at this clinic, actually I fought to go here because it is close to me. I am so happy I did ! Laurent Shaker is more professional than people 30 years his senior. He is on task at all times , he knows what is going on at all times, and it is very comforting to know that everyone is making sure your program is being followed. He was so pleasant to his staff every patient in his care , at all times. I was really very impressed with him and his concern with my care and progress . And I have to add Alexandre Veloza is amazing, at first I admit I thought he was crazy to think I could do what he was asking. Turns out he believes so solidly in his program and your ability to do it, that you start to believe it as well ! I was lifting weights that I truly thought I was for someone much younger and in better shape. Awesome team with brilliant futures, I was hurt at work. But this team has helped me more than they will ever know. I'm forgetting Stephanie , she is just wonderful. Again I think the team leader Laurent sets an example, that becomes everyone's norm. Only complaint would be the equipment. They need 12lb weights, another treadmill , your always waiting for people to finish. They do not need 2 bikes, they really need another treadmill. And curtains for privacy would be appreciated in physio.

Ricky Dennill

I arrived at 8:45am this morning and had to wait 3 hours to be seen by the doctor. This is a difficult thing for someone there alone with a high fever and a painful ear infection. The doctor saw me for 10 seconds (that's not an exaggeration) before telling me which antibiotic he was prescribing. I went downstairs to pharmaprix to have my prescription filled and the helpful pharmacist warned me that this prescribed antibiotic can have a very dangerous interaction with another medication I take daily. So I had to run back upstairs with the script from the pharmacist telling the doctor to approve the drug I needed and he did and I got what I needed. But if the doctor had taken one minute to read my file, he would have noticed what the pharmacist noticed. The doctor was very rude to me and I will not be coming back to this clinic on a day that he is working. Lazy and unprofessional. On the other hand, the nurse and the receptionists were very nice. Also I can't be sure of how things normally work but I'm pretty sure this doctor showed up 40 minutes late to work and left 45 minutes early. The clinic opened at 9 and no patients were seen by any doctor (because he was the only one working) til 9:45. If the clinic is only open 4 hours I should not have been cutting it so close to have my prescription corrected by him by visiting the clinic at 12:15. Also, please offer drinking water for your patients. A fountain or a cooler please. People wait there for hours. I've never seen a clinic in Montreal without a free source of water.

Vidhi Maisuria

Eventhough I had an appointment, I have waited for 1 hr everytime. Appointment is very hard to get as well.

M&M

I understand that doctors are busy and they have a certain quota to fill but that does not give them right to treat patients unprofessionally. I've been there a couple of times and most of the things described here, I experienced it myself ( ex. condescending behavior or straight-forward rude). And the turnover ... every time I go the staff is different. I wish I could deal only with my doctor but scheduling is problematic for me.

ali fadil

Dont book through bonjour santé. You won’t get an appointment. They just consider you as a patient that will wait 2-3 hours with all patients of their walk-in clinic.

Ali B

I have not been to this clinic but been treated elsewhere by Laurence Dupont-Hebert, a psychiatrist who is apparently currently working at this place and gosh she is terrible. Would not care about appointment time even though she usually was not visiting anyone. Also was not a helpful doctor at all when it came to assessing my situation. I've been treated by 10 psychiatrists in my life and she was by far the worst.

Jaime Haraldson

The star is for the reception team who were very helpful. My experience with an almost 2 hour wait after my scheduled appointment only to meet with a very rude and condescending doctor has been one of the worst I have experienced. Its super close and convenient for me and I will never go back there.

Kamy Dova

Horrible... avoid if possible. The emergency in the children hospital is 5 times better and faster! The receptionists are either rude or don’t listen to your requests. Today we wasted 2 hours waiting because she didn’t listen to our request, and although we had an appointment. And when you ask how to make another appointment they either lie to you straight in the face or send you to another clinic... one of my worst experiences since 4 years in Montreal!

Richard Quinn

I had a pleasant expérience with Dr.James Moore. It was my first visit,he was attentive and gave me good advice.

Paul Lariviere

This clinic has the worst online booking system I have ever had the displeasure of using. Never can get through, even going in personally they refuse to make an appointment for you.

Danielle Miller-Beland

Was told on the website this was a walk in clinic but when I showed up they told me they were completely booked and if I expected to get a same day appointment, I should show up at 7h30 am, but the clinic does not open before 8am. This is not a walk in clinic, but rather a clinic you can walk into to get an appointment. I would recommend you change your "walk in" to "appointment only" if that is what you're telling people when they come in to get treated. I would even remove the "no appointment" reception area since we can't get seen without an appointment. When you're sick and being turned away from a walk in clinic, it does not provide the service you would hope for.

Clark Davis

Tried and tried to make an appointment on line. No success. No explanations why I couldn’t choose the day and time. Now I see why the reviews for this clinic in Montreal west where respectful people reside have been posted. Inferior service is not acceptable. Why ?

Mylene Deslauriers

The receptionist and the nurse were nice. But the doctor? Worst experience ever. I felt even worst when I left. She was extremely rude and didn't even care about how I felt. She was pissed off at me from the moment she entered the room and the whole time because I didn't go see my family doctor. I needed an appointment today because I'm not feeling good and it's been a week. I wanted to see if there was an issue. This clinic is right beside my place; my family doctor was not available today. She kept saying why are you really here? Why didn't you go see your family doctor? Why did you come to see me? (I was randomly assigned to her & I used Bonjour Santé services). She told me she was friend or studied with my family doctor. She knew her very well. Ok... so what? She was examinating me and kept telling me angrily/annoyingly: you're fine! You're perfectly healthy! Yet, something with my blood pressure was low because even the nurse was alarmed by it. But she retook it, saw the number down and repeated breathe! Breathe! The numbers went up, and she was like you see you're fine. Sometimes some blood pressure readers are not accurate. You may just have a little bug. She gave me blood test to go pass and told me many times: do not come back to see me. Go see your doctor for those results. I don't want to see you. It was clear that I was not welcome to go back there. And well, that complicates things because at the hospital they told me since she's the one who requested it she will get the results and she should check on me. For my family doctor to get the results, I need to go see my doctor so that she makes a request to that doctor to receive the results once they receive it. Seriously?? I even wonder if I'll get my results. They may get lost. And the doctor didn't even write her name on the blood test sheet. Just a number and a signature that doesn't say her name. The lady at the blood test centre had to do a longer research to find her. Horrible service! And if she's friend with my family doctor, how do I know my family doctor will take my health seriously?

pantea k

a horrible clinic.. the doctors are very unprofessional.. secretory told me to com at 3:30 as doc start seeing the patients at 4 but showed up at 5 30 !! and as i was waiting i heard a very loud voices , one of the doctor (doctor xiao) was shouting at one of the patient and after she refuse to see the patient and she started to talked very ill about the patient with other staffs so loudly that everybody could hear ,it seems patient was asking about the long hours of waiting. i think she has no right of refusing to see the patient and kicking him out after he was already registered !!! so unprofessional and so rude!!! i will never eve step a foot in this clinic again!!!

E. Flegg (Em)

Customer service number one - and you pride yourself in that - huh ? Accountable? Looks like no comments are negative ! Months ago the latest secretary “borderline” agitated- quite rude - unprofessional - inappropriate-. Maybe *you* Can teach some customer service and give her a raise. Burned out ? Maybe have never had a day off- ever.

Wait times extremely long even when you actually make it to the drs room. Not sure sure what process goes on but waited around 2 hours in waiting room and about another 30 min in the drs office before she came.. if it wasn't waking distance from home i definitely go to another clinic this one just not setup right

I have been in this clinic on Oct 28- 2018 for the 3rd time since the opening. For sure it was my last visit ... The nurse and Dr. Michel Girard are extremely rude and heart less. Waiting 4 hours for very bad service. They just want to punch your medical card and kick you out. What kind of management hire this kind of personel ?

Nobody care about the patients. I went there at 8:4 with my daughter who is so sick to get number. They told us , we can't give you number and the list is full. I told them she has lots of cough and sore throat but they didn't care. they don't believe the morality , humanity and they don't believe the medical oath..

This place is terrible Don't be surprise to see a patient getting called even if they came after you. If it happens once or twice is fine, but 6!!! And once they call you to the room same story 65 minutes for my case before the doctor made it to the room You will always hear angry people in the waiting room Bad managememt and organization obviously. Read all the other negative reviews, unfortunately all true

Walked in without an appointment. The receptionist was very accommodating and friendly. The triage nurse was excellent also friendly. Within an hour I was seen by Dr. Teetaer, super nice and professional. I got a prescription and referral for an x-ray. Will definitely go back!!!

The horrible service. I was suffering from a pelvic pain. But dr. She was totally reluctant to examin me after 3.30 h waiting in the room. As she was in hurry to leave!!! Finally I pleased her to examin me with a culture test. She did. After 8 days when I came back to take the result for another dr. Do you know what I heard? !! The secretary told: the hospital needed 2 culture tests to complete the result. But dr. Grunbaum has done only one test, so your test became incomplete, and we thraw it away!!!!!! Instead of calling me and asking to back and complete the culture test process, they put it in the garbage and they never called me back. Horrible service !!!! for clinic, Westminster #1 They don't reserve even for 1 ⭐️. After a wrong diagnosis and wasting time by this clinic I'm still sick and have to be followed up by another clinic. Very upset.

The administrative and medical staff are amazing. I am truly satisfied and I feel I was super well taken care of. Great experience!!!!!!!

i would never recommend this clinic to anybody.. every time that i visited , i had to wait half an hour in doctrs room beside the 3 hours of waiting in call room. the last time i visited i was misdiagnosed by Dr Daniel .she done a very poor assessment of my symptoms and she was not attentive and literally put me in danger . if it wasn't for my background in health care i wouldnt know i should take the symptoms seriously and go for a second opinion from another doctor to get the right diagnosis and treatment .

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC ! This is the WORSE CLINIC IN MONTREAL !!!! I had blood tests done at the hospital and had them, sent to FORCEMEDIC . THe results where then sent to FORCEMEDIC after 2 days. FORCEMEDIC told me I have to wait 3 weeks for them to SCAN to results on there computer than I will get a call to see the dr. . The medication Im on has to be monitored and waiting 3 weeks can alter my health and they have taken complete control over my health. They said if I want to have faster results that I had to take the tests at there clinic , which would of cost me $500. This place is a big SCAM !!! Dont waste your time dont go there . Because they are a private clinic you cannot file a complaint and they have complete control over your files.

This is the worst clinic that I’ve been to. I was there 15 minutes before the appointment time and waited for more than 1 hour just to see the nurse. Afterwards, the receptionist told me that I had to wait more and it was already 12:30 and my appointment was at 10:30. Waste of time. Definitely never going to this clinic. Avoid this clinic

Larisa Sabalin

Fastest service ever. I was seen in less then 10 minutes with the nurse check. Take an appointment in advance. If you are very sick send someone to take it for you.
