If i could give zero stars i would. We waited two hours even tho we had an appointment. We took the test it took almost 30hrs to get mine but 72h later and my boyfriend still hasnt recieved his and we took it at the same time. No way of talking to someone by e-mail or phone. GMF Sante Medic has the best service among all the clincs I have been to so far. They are reliable and all my friends and I (about 30 people) got the results on time within 24 hours as Sante Medic promised on their website. as per the new international travelling policy to China, we have to provide valid PCR and Antibody test within 48 hours before boarding the plain. the nurser from GMF is very kind, and communicated with our group and helped us all got the results on time, and made to the airport on time. go toGMF if you need a fast results for COVID19 test, they are fast!!! Reliable!! and the cost is cheaper comparing with Medfuture.

While not the cheapest test facility, they were opened on Sunday after New Year and we were able to get our tests completed on time and the results came back within 30 minutes (as promised). The staff was limited to two people that were doing an amazing job, but they probably needed another person to organize the waiting room. The waiting room was crowded and made me feel a little uncomfortable. I would have loved to have seen a more organized process (but it may have been because there was no receptionist due to the Holiday)

2020 UPDATE: Would love to report that my service and communication with this clinic has improved. Sadly it has not. The office staff is usually so helpful and accommodating but as soon as the doctor passed off my request for a referral (due to our recent move out of the city) to them, it has turned into NO ONE DOING ANYTHING TO HELP ME. Top that off, the doctor I saw has a terrible bedside manner, not to mention I waited 1 hr. 45m WITH an appointment before being seen. I spoke with the director who seemed empathetic to my request but basically told me the doctors do (or don't do) what they want at this clinic and he would follow up me by the end of the week. Which, he most certainly did not. I called the following week and then the next. Still no answer and I'm certain my messages being left with the receptionist are getting tossed in the trash. I have now emailed the office 4 times. Called multiple times. They say they will have the director, Xavier call me back but he doesn't. Seems awfully negligent if you ask me. I'm ready to file a formal complaint because my condition is something the doctor originally recommended I have checked annually. Kinda hard to do that with this kind of service. 2019: Ok clinic. Clean and modern I guess. I had to wait over 1.5hrs for BOTH of my booked appointments. When I finally saw the doctor he dismissed my symptoms that had lasted over 6 mos. resulting in two tests and two visits with another doctor. I was sent to him as a “specialist”. There was nothing special other than he was able to prescribe a needed MRI which I had to come back and request be marked urgent to avoid a 7 month wait at the hospital. When results came in I waited 1.5 hrs for less than 15 min with the doctor to be told what was first detected was no longer there and there was no explanation as to why I continue experiencing symptoms. UPATE TO THE CLINIC’S REPLY: Yes it was me. I was most certainly there. However my medical record card is under my maiden name and my review name with Google is under my married name. This is why you can’t find me in your records. By the way, the clinic's response is that they have called me "several" times. I have received NO such calls unless of course they are the people pretending to be the CRA trying to get my information. I have received NO calls from the clinic and even have their info saved as a contact in my phone to alert me with Caller ID.

Worse experience with the clinic !! I went there for the Covid19 PCR test for traveling. I called them and confirmed they would provide results in 24 hours, they said yes! The clinic nurse who took my samples also confirmed me to pick up the result copy in 24 hours, but they didn't respond when we asked for the report. I got to the Toronto airport and my wife was waiting at the clinic for the test results so I could board but the clinic staff were so rude and didn't help the poor lady, she stayed there for 2 hours but they didn't bother to help us. However, we learned that all samples had been sent to CDL Labs nearby so my wife went to CDL and they helped us within 5 minutes, that's how I got on my flight, checked just an hour before. I risked my expensive travel plan by trusting this irresponsible people.

Avoid it at all cost!! I took my mom there for a bone density, she is 77. our appointment was at 2:00pm and it was 3:10 pm. I went to the front dest to inform of what was the issue, its taking so long with an appointment, she replied we should be next. At 3:30pm I went back ask, when you said, we should be next, what you mean by that. We are still not being seen yet, At that moment Ilham the lady who does the exam came out and said, if I m in rush we should leave or be patient. For COVID testing for travel the price is mid range but the speed for getting results provided the best commitment I could find on the web. 24 hours vs 48 for all others. Turns out they beat that with results in 12 hours without even me asking for expedited service. Certainly puts in question the awful "you need 3 days in a hotel" policy just put in place by the government. This clinic seems well run and organized but the setting, specially the waiting room certainly won't appear in Architectural Digest. A slight effort to make this part of the experience more up appropriate would have gotten it that last star.

I've been going to this clinic for years. To be honest, I am more satisfied with the current system (teleconsultation) than before. Yes, it was not easy to make an appointment at the beginning (not answering calls). However, I think they improved the system recently hiring more secretaries?. It is not that bad now. I avoid calling them early in the morning and late afternoon before the clinic closure, those hours are the busiest. I feel the new secretaries are much nicer than before the pandemic. Hopefully they will improve more and keep up the good work!

Went for my PCR appointment and my name was only called 20 minutes later. There was no one at the desk. There was no priority of serving. When I got there I was the only one, then multiple people lined up behind me. All of whom their names were called before mine even though I was there only 5 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment time. Moreover, when I received my results, they were lacking the QR code. I tried calling them many times to ask for the QR code but my call would always go to voicemail. Finally I went back in in person to ask for my QR code needed for my travels the next day, and they made me wait upwards of 30 mins just to speak to someone who could help me. Edit: After I saw the nurse, who was the most helpful, I was told that to receive the QR code I had to do an extra step of sending an email requesting it after receiving my results. I was not told that before and so receiving the results without it was very disappointing. I was told my email went to the junk and that’s why I didn’t receive a reply right away which is in itself a problem, but the nurse called me back and ensured that I received my QR code and that the information on it was correct which was very nice of her. I understand most of the problems with this interaction are due to the heavy volume of customers due to Covid but I appreciate them taking the time to apologise and reconcile the situation regardless.

My experience has been extremely frustration mainly because I didn't read the emails throughly. I had booked for a PCR test because of travel. That darn 72 hours had to be rescheduled, so I had to cancel. Called at least 8 times over a period of 5 days for a credit. Left messages, no one returned my call. If I had read the emails I received they specified what to do. Eventually I heard back from Marc and apparently it takes up to 10 days to get a refund of course indicated in the cancelation email. They are very busy. I will change this to a 4 star once my credit comes in. It finally arrived as they said 10 days later.

I had a doctors appointment today at 10:30am and the Doctors was amazing!! However, I didn’t get my prescription the same day. I called twice, the first time I was on hold for 25 minutes only to be told the secretary will do it shortly, the second time I waited over 1 hour and never got through to the clinic because it closed at 5pm. I would not rate this clinic at all. Do yourself a favour and find a doctor in another location. The clinic is unprofessional and inept. They rarely answer the phones and keep you on hold forever,. When they make an appointment, they get it wrong and schedule you the wrong day. They cancel your appointment without advising you. This is the absolute worst patient service clinic I have been to. There were 6 people behind the reception desk and only 3 were wearing masks and one without a mask was walking around the clinic.. There are many more clinics that have a professional staff to help you, this is absolutely NOT the one.

One result was hard to interpret so they offered me to talk about it with a doctor right away. "Ok wait for a moment, we'll call you." My name got called soon as I sat down! I was not expecting any favor of the like as I came without prior notice, yet I got treated like I was a business partner! I prepared one single efficient question and the doctor gave me an uber-develloped and preventive answer + answering extra questions and cheked on me as well...

I would not recommend their services. I paid for a 24 hour COVID test but ended up having to push back my flight for few days. I requested to change my appointment via-email (as they indicate in their e-mail and prior to the 24 hours required). I sent an e-mail on 23 December and tried calling many times. They are not responsive and their phone center is down. I ended up having to pay another 200 $ to a different company to get the test done. I still have not heard from them. Very unprofessional. Did not provide results in 24 hours nor 48 hours. Ignoring requests for information and leaving me hanging dry during a 20 hour journey with my wife and family. I had a feeling that this was going to happen by the general lack of professionalism from the moment we entered the clinic. Ultimately had to get another test done at the destination and our passports have been temporarily confiscated until the results come back. Hopefully we get them back. I would avoid this clinic at all costs for testing. Edit: I received a response from the clinic who told us they would reimburse us and ensure 24 hours the next visit. We were able to complete our PCR test with customs at the destination and have since retrieved our passports.

Literally the rudest nurse I have EVER encountered (not the young lady that is usually there, the older lady)..had blood tests done a few weeks ago (cost:$15.00), due to dehydration they needed a second test a few weeks later, show up for my blood test, sent directly to the nurses office without being checked in, after waiting for 20 mins, was told it was now 140$ today???..Fine, to which i responded it would have been nice to know and I have to go to the guichet (as they ONLY accept CASH which in itself is bizarre)...that is when which the nurses already sour attitude went from bad to borderline beligerent and insulting, basically telling in the rudest fashion possible that I should know what private blood tests cost, after which she practically shooed me away and told me to come back with the money!!!..Bottom line is the issue wasn't the 140$ (even though I just paid 15$ 2 weeks prior), ultimately the 140$ was not the issue, it was the horrible demeanor of this person who was about to stick with a needle. Probably the worst service I've ever gotten by medical "professional". If anyone of my employees treated a paying client this way, they would be seriously reprimanded..

Most recent update, i got my test done, got my result on time for my trip. Traveled and also got my refund as promised by the gentlemen i spoke to. He was very professional and i will advice anyone who needs their PCR test done to go to Sante Medic and please make sure you go to the one on Cote-des-neiges because that is where i got promises that were kept. Update on my review earlier regarding missing my flight due to not getting my Covid result in the time frame promised. I spoke to someone from Santé Medic Clinic and he told me that where my test was done was a misrepresentation of Santé Medic Clinic. He also guaranteed me he will personally make sure I get my money back for the test I paid, and will make sure he does my next test for me at no charge as I missed my flight due to this so I need another test for when I will be travelling.
