I've been getting my prescriptions here for almost two years now. And I'm on buprenorphine maintenance so I see the pharmacists a LOT. Absolutely no complaints - they've been as accomodating as could be expected. If you're like me and you're looking for a place to pick up your subs or methadone then this is a good choice. I say this because anybody on maintenance knows some pharmacies can be very difficult to deal with, or at time judgemental. Not so with these guys. Theres actually a place closer to where I live that I could frequent but they aren't as friendly or professional as these folks. Also the pharmacists are all gorgeous, so that's a plus I guess.

My pharmacy for over a year. I am extremely impressed with the pharmacists' efficiency and I am sure they are proud of how quickly they work. My average wait-time when I request my prescriptions at the desk is 5-10 minutes (even during peak times). The pharmacists are cordial, accommodating, and they provide sound advice and info. I was surprised to see a low rating for this JC. It is not unreasonable to doubt its validity, since those who have unsatisfactory experiences (and those who are excessively fussy) are more likely to leave a review than are people who have excellent/satisfying experiences... Also, many of the negative reviews are too vague in their description; or what some describe in their reviews (e.g. an impersonal cashier, or fewer opening hours in contrast to larger pharmacies) does not justify a one-star rating, since it ignores much of the positive. This Jean-Coutu is very reliable and efficient, I would certainly recommend it, and I'm sure that there are many people who would envy such fast and helpful service.

This location is tiny with a very small selection of products. It doesn't have great hours and is surprisingly closed on Sundays. I only go here if I really need something and don't have time to go anywhere else.

My neighborhood pharmacy the corner of coolbrook and Queen Mary road, pharmacy PJC, is everything you'd expect except in their pharmacy. That part is even better. Always a pleasure to deal with them and they're reliable and consultant and helpful and intelligent.

Both the cashier at the front who looks at her phone while slowly walking towards the door, chewing her eraser with her mouth open without ever saying hello as the employees of the pharmacy who looks at me as if I had the plague. I only go there because it is the closest pharmacy to my home. (Original) Pire Jean Coutu que j'ai vu. Les employés sont incroyablement impolis (sauf le propriétaire). Tant la caissière à l'avant qui regarde son téléphone en se dirigeant lentement vers la porte en machouillant sa gomme la bouche ouverte sans jamais dire bonjour que les employés de la pharmacie qui me regarde comme si j'avais la peste. J'y vais seulement parce que c'est la pharmacie la plus proche de chez moi.
