I have been coming to this particular location (Cote St Luc Mall) for many years, every couple of months i spend 200$+ on face creams and skin products, in the past the service was great, but now .... disappointing. Before, there were women working in the cosmetics sections that are knowledgeable and helpful - every time i would spend 200$ they would give me samples or the gift that comes with my Biotherm products - it’s little stuff that made me buy my products at the store and not online - service. Today i went to the store to buy my products, 1) i had to chase after the ladies working in the cosmetics to ask a question, 2) there was a free sample box (that they advertised) with the purchase of 40$ of Biotherm products - i spent 200$ On Biotherm products and i had to ask for it - the person was not aware, i did not get any samples. I no longer have an incentive to go to the store to buy my products, from now on i will buy online from the Biotherm website. Overall disappointing service, will not buy cosmetics there anymore.
I only went to make copies and prints. Expensive rates. Broken down machine. Usb not functioning. Can’t preview the pdf on the screen. Papers got stuck printing and I had to wait for back up. I had to come back with another PDF to print the remaining papers. Worst experience, next time I’m heading to Bureau En Gros.

I usually go there to pick up my mail deliveries. Post office inside has friendly staff. Other than that there are the usual products of PJC. Good parking space outside.

Cést innaceptable attendre beaucoup de temps just pour recevoir une ordenance qui était prêt depuis le matin. Le manque de communication est clair entre le personnel et le désintéressement qu'ils montrent vers les personnes qui attendent par assez de temps. Ce n'esta pas le premier fois qui cela arrive.
The iranien lady at the cash is totally rude and disrespectful to all the client's. Every time I come to the cash I am so nice to her and she just gives me that rude look and act's all like she really doesn't want to be there and she is doing me a favor that she serves me. Last time I just asked her very nicely with a smile if her line was still open because it's been quite a while since the costumer in front of me got served and she is chatting with her friend for like 10min now, so she just tells me " you are rushing me I will not serve you " and just walked out of the store. And she is like that all the time with everyone
I have called the pharmacy many times for help with my mom’s meds and I always get the best help ever! I am very great full for their professionalism. Thanks to a wonderful team of caring staffs. Keep up the wonderful work you all do. Be safe.

Every single time we go there there is an issue with med renewals. Every time! Fun one this time - I need to take 400mg of B2 a day - I filled my.month presc and got 60 capsules (each capsule is only 100mg). That's it. That's not a month. And it was 20$!!!! I can get 120 on amazon for 12$. What a rip off. The time before they filled a new presc twice and forced my husband to buy it because it was already filled even though I didn't need it. Waste of more money right there. I literally only go there because IGA is near it and my husband can do one trip out because of covid. When you call to try and solve an issue, you get hung up on repetitively... if they even answer the phone... and when they call you they don't even pay attention when you say hello? The girl was talking to someone else about her Friday night plans last time I got a call. For an entire minute I yelled hello into the phone... she didn't even apologize. How effing rude. I never have these issues at the branch on Somerled - they know how to treat a customer right.

Pick up an item on sale , then didn't notice that I paid the full price waiting for manager takes forever tells me she can reimburse me.. why is it all the time I go to this paharmacy they say someone has move the ticket on sale..very bad customer service..
Read a post on Facebook group where a woman of asian descent was refuse entry to the store after waiting patiently in the sun for one hour. She was told by the security guard that because of Covid 19 they would not serve her. ( because of her ethnicity).She asked to speaktothe manager and he/she would not come out to speak with her. Discrimination is not tolerated.will not shop there.
Terrible customer service received on multiple occasions from one of the staff members. She usually serves the clients in a condescending and disrespectful manner (asking inappropriate questions and making distasteful remarks). As an example: Last Saturday (Jan 9 2016 - if someone from management team decides to address the issue), I was at the cash checking out few bottles of nail polish I bought as a present for my daughter. She asked me if the colours I chose would match my personal style (I'm a man in late 30's). Definitely, there is an attitude problem, thus a considerable coaching opportunity for a district manager to improve this particular employee's customer service skills.
After going to Jean Coutu 7005 CSL Rd for 11 years, I got a new prescription, left paper, gave credit card, ensured correct address, and requested automatic delivery. This was Aug 2020. Oct 2020, driving to work, I get "private caller" person saying this is the pharmacy, do I still need my meds?! I explain this should have been already set up, go over the prescription from Aug, which I didn't have in front of me because I was driving and could they confirm. they did. Then I get a text message to confirm my subscription? I go into work and for 2 hours try to reach pharmacy. I am raising concerns why I am asked if I still need my meds when I set this all up months earlier., automatic delivery. It's concerning when I can't get through. Lack of accountability on their part. It's like all I am is a#. No one explains anything to me. All I'm told is to be patient, they are busy. If this happens again, I will switch pharmacies. I need a pharmacy to be reliable, accountable.
Its pharmacy is the best experience, I ever had. They care a lot! Yesterday, I couldn't get a medication that is essential for me to take and they brought me at the door. The Pharmacists called me different times to make sure that I am on the right track with taking it and if I need to consult for any side effects. I am so happy with their service and the choice, I made for my pharmacy!

Young female pharmacist with ever red eyes really hates her customers. She either needs to go on medication herself (or maybe she already is) or be fired from that place. My wife had a problem with her, then couple months later I lost my pills and went to ask if I could get one pain killer pill previously prescribed by my dentist to be able to sleep well at night because it was late to run to my dentist to ask for another prescription (I had a dental surgery a day before). She looked at me like I was a drug addict and then asked "what's your story?" only to say that even she can't get a pill. There is definitely a problem with her attitude. I'm out of that place !!!
The cashier's are not very friendly, more than once I had to wait while they are talking and ignoring me, the two Iranian women in particular. The post office people are excellent, so the flower department and the lab.

I bought nair hair remover body wax, once i came home i realized the packet was already opened & missing stripes inside and cashier nor i noticed. Their products often stolen and they hardly noticed.The store survellience should be more often check. What a hassel!
Well kept store. For few years it has been our family pharmacy. The products are available. You will find everything there and I always get answers to my questions. Free delivery for elderly people or if you are sick.
I went there to get photo clicked for US visa. When i asked them to put it in my USB pen drive .. they denied saying that we don't do that. Else you buy our USB then we can. Thats so stupid.

Really nice and helpful staff from the clerk's to the pharmacists. Answer all questions and help in finding products that you need with their expert opinion. Makeup department is staffed by very knowledgeable people. They're not only friendly but also very helpful and they don't rush you.

What an embrassement to the brand. My family and I have been spending thousands and thousands at jc annually for years , only last couple at this branch, when I went by for a mistake in prescription I was treated as a lier and as was told medicine given by someone else while I never use anyone else. As a background , I am head of a publicly traded Canadian company, so last thing on my mind is to pass my time lying to jc. As a comparison , a few years ago a mistake happened at another branch , and in a very professional manner , was told « sorry » and mistake was corrected . While at this branch , the pharmacists went at length to show me off and accuse me of lying . Then when I told him I will use social media to let the world know , he told me not to threaten him. I guess some still live in the age where they think social media is a threat . To me it is simply helping others not to feel humiliated like I felt on this occasion .

Very good choice of products and friendly service. But changes seem to be made too frequently to the floor plan. One is the complete elimination of Jean Coutu's own branded LCD cell phone screen cleaning solution.
I paid change for an item that was $6.85, so I thought it was a good amount to pay in change. I quickly put down toonies, loonies, quarters and a dime. exact change. took me two seconds. The woman behind the counter informed me that I can't pay in change more than 5 bucks. I looked down at the change and asked her, this is a problem?? Yes, we are like the banks, they don't accept change either. At this point, I became annoyed. I thanked her, and told myself I wouldn't go back ever.
STAY AWAY!!! I have had an issue with this pharmacy since DAY ONE! Every time I get my rx refilled it's a whole song and dance. They always have an attitude and it takes them hours to fill a basic rx. 1st instance was when I ordered a rx in the AM only for them to tell me it'll be ready in the PM. As if this isn't crazy enough I get there only for it to not be ready. The entire staff has a habit of passing customer issues onto anybody else but themselves. Once you finally reach the pharmacist he throws his hands up in the air, says it's not his problem, acts confused, and blames dr. Final straw came when they were charging me nearly $150 on a rx which was supposed to be free of charge & covered by insurance only for them to blame my doctor once again claiming the right code wasn't submitted. THIS RX WAS CALLED IN IN THE AM!!! THEY HAD TILL THE EVENING TO LET MY DR KNOW!! ME HAVING TO SHOW UP WITH A $150 BILL WITH PHARMACIST ASKING ME TO FRONT THE CASH FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!!! ONLY REASON THEY'RE RECEIVING 1 STAR IS BCZ ZERO WASN'T AN OPTION

They have undercover security who follows you around then would ask you if you put things back after picking them up. Worst customer experience after going there for many years was assaulted by him had to call the police on their security. The manger the woman who works in the evening will smile in your face but as soon as you have a problem she olds her ugly nose so high like she’s a god no customer service really bad communication.avoid that place at all cause
I find it obscene that Jean Coutu, a pharmacy, is unable to obtain affordable masks for customers who must wear a mask to enter. Excuse me but I find $4, not including tax, a bit pricey! What about people who can not afford this extra expense. I am not sure if it is even an N95 mask. I doubt JC is selling it at cost, and if it is at cost, wow, I am not impressed with their purchasing agent. Costco sells 50 masks for $28… Amazon.ca also has some amazing deals. Perhaps Jean Coutu should consider buying from elsewhere or do a better job at negotiating a price. I can not under why Jean Coutu, a pharmacy can not find a supplier who would either donate masks or even provide an inexpensive affordable model? People who are not already wearing a mask, definitely won't care if it is N95 or not. I understand that a mask is mandatory in Cote St Luc and soon in Montreal. Many non CSL residents are unaware that masks are already mandatory! I wonder why Jean Coutu, a pharmacy, can’t afford to provide a mask for free, other places seem to be able to provide this service (including Costco). It is not as if Jean Coutu was hit with having to be closed during COVID. They did not lose that much business compared to other places! My solution…. For now on, I will just have Jean Coutu deliver my order…..I will save time, and avoid the aggravation of having to wait in line (always more than 5 minutes) for my preordered medication.
