I went for a doctor appointment in a clinic on thr same building.. I found this place and tried to ask where to go.. the secretary had the door locked (i suppose due to COVID..) She felt it would be appropriate to yell at me rather than just tell me which direction to head to... I am sitting at the correct place still shook up.. if management is reading this.. the woman at reception is not meant to be client facing.

(Translated) The secretary has been there for years, but you always have to adapt to her daytime mood. It's crazy, she is sometimes nice but very often disagreeable, on the phone and even on the spot. Customer service is rather poor, not worthy of a medical center but earlier a stress center. (Original) La secrétaire est là depuis des années mais on doit toujours s adapter à son humeur de jour. C est fou, elle est parfois gentille mais très souvent désagréable, au téléphone et même sur place. Le service client est plutôt médiocre, pas digne d un centre médical mais plus tôt d un centre de stress.

My entire family goes here. They are very humane and professional. I highly recommend this clinic.
