I called this morning to get an appointment for today. The staff booked me an appointment for noon. When I walked in, there was a huge line spiralling out the door but I was checked-in within ten minutes. Fifteen minutes later I was seen by Dr.Scholten who was incredibly attentive and gentle with my distressed daughter. I was apprehensive given the poor reviews but I was pleasantly surprised and could not have asked for better service. Thank you!

We have been going to this clinic since 2016 when my first baby was born. We love my kid’s pediatrician (I will rate her 5 stars) but the reception staffs are getting worst. We were in the clinic early morning today for my son’s follow up check up for his ear infection, we were first in line as we arrived there a little bit too early (clinic was still closed when we arrived) The receptionist called the first person in line which was me. I gave her my son’s medicare card then she took it. I was waiting for her to ask me a question as I thought she was opening my son’s file. She looked at me as if I did something terrible and she asked me if I have an appointment. I said “yes my son has an appointment” then she said “madam we don’t know everything in here” while rolling her eyes. I wanted to tell her that it’s free to be nice and ask a question in a right way but I hold myself as I don’t want to ruin the other staff’s mood or patient’s mood as it is early in the morning. I have seen her before and never had a good treatment from her. She always have a bad look in her face.

The worst clinic I been to. They treat patients like numbers. The place is clean. Doctors are comptent and friendly but the administration is the worst I have ever dealt with. They never accommodate you, never pick up the phone when you call. Don't expect a call back either. Horrible! especially when you have a sick a child and are desperate to have him seen by a doctor!

My experience was great. I changed pediatrician for many unprofessional reasons. This center has everything you are looking for in 1 same location; parking, doctors, quick service, labs, meds, and more. I mean as mother, this is all you need. Great customer service at Tiny tots. At little less at the lab center with the Secretary. But the physician is super gentle and sweet.

Our daughter's pediatrician works there and is great, but OMG... it's impossible to get an answer to our phone calls or emails!!! You can't make an appointment in person even if the doctor tells you to go see the receptionist for an appointment after your visit (And like everybody else said the receptionists are awful and rude 99% of the time). So I've been trying to get an appointment for my daughter for days... tried calling multiple times, but no answer... ever! Worst, the voicemail is always full. Then I tried email... no answer there neither... Online appointments system (for which you need to pay...) is for specific medical conditions only, so we can't use that for a follow up appointment or check up... What a joke!! Also, had a telemedecine appointment recently with the very nice allergy specialist, but she forgot to email me the requisition I need for my kid's bloodtest. I can't contact her for the same reason mentionned above... nobody EVER answers the phone! If the receptionists are too busy just hire more! I'm so mad... Such a waste of time and energy. Oh, and we would LOVE to call you to talk about it and "find a solution", but there is NO ANSWER!!!!! At least give us a name and extension number to be able to talk to whoever answers the reviews here...

Was very quick to get an appointment for my son doctor's and nurses are very attentive and patient with my kids I gave a 4 star just because of the condition the clinic had to function during the pandemic in a mobile trailer but other than that I always believed that tiny tots is the best place for kids always accurate on diagnosis and child friendly environment.

Extremely poorly managed clinic. Very difficult to get through on the phone, emails are inconsistent - sometimes you get email confirmation, other times you don’t. I’ve also been charged and when disputed it, it took awhile for me to get reimbursed. Latest experience was having my appointment canceled without receiving a notice (receptionist claimed it was stated in an email but information was not there, I showed her). I don’t recommend this clinic at all. Doctors are fine but it’s not worth the wait times, fees & bad customer service.

I am very disappointed in the care my baby has been receiving; The front staff is very impersonal and quite honestly has made me feel uncomfortable when booking appointments. The doctor seems misguided by the front staff, and I am having to explain why I am at the appointment. And even then, I feel as though my baby is only very briefly looked at (as long as she checks all the checks marks, that’s it). I once had an appointment consultation over the phone (which was not explained to me so I showed up at the clinic; it takes me 1hr on the metro to get to Tiny Tots). The doctor then took over 2 hours to call me for my appointment while I waited in the mall to make sure I was available and had service. He very clearly dismissed my concerns but said “well since your baby is having trouble eating I will refer you to see your doctor in person” which I thought was a very obvious reason. Sadly, I NEVER heard back from the clinic for a follow up. I had to reach out else where to have my baby looked at. It disheartening to me that this clinic is a last-resort and seems to know that. It is very hard to find a pediatrician as a new family in the area with a newborn so I was happy to have found Tiny Tots, but if I had a choice I would never take my daughter there again. (Also, I reached out to the number below and could not get through to anyone)

I have been Dr. Cummings for last 16 years. I never had a problem with his medical service. But since this ELNA takes charge with his service. It becomes terrible. I had to wait for a week to get simple answer. I sent 4 email still no answer that my Dr. already sent to his paper last week. This is a clinic with no understanding of medical service.

Hard to find in the mall (that place is like a maze), but beyond that it was pretty good. With COVID, the wait area is stripped down which means you will need to bring your own toys (obvious at this point, I hope) etc. But the staff were professional and the doctor was lovely. She made my 4 1/2 year old daughter feel ok about being looked at and listened to for her ear infection and gave me clear advice on what to do and when to come back or head to emergency, if need be. It doesn't feel warm and friendly right now, but we all know that there just aren't enough staff available in Quebec so every medical clinic is pressed and stressed. Keep going guys, and thank you for helping me help my little girl!

They did not called me to cancel the appointment for my two kids, I ended up going there for nothing, and when i called to understand how that huge flaw of process happened, the receptionist was about to say it was my fault when it was actually for them to apologize. Getting a hold of someone on the phone is impossible, voice mail is full, i waiting over 45 minutes only to be put on hold again and hung up on. The doctors are super nice but the receptionists are prolly worst in the business. Didn’t know you can not do your job and no one would care, specially in the health care industry for kids. Really wish someone would give a couple of hours customer service training to the front desk staff and educate them how to answer a phone and how to book an appointment. It’s sad to have such service in a country like this…!

We ran a little late due to bad traffic in Montreal, so we called in advance to warn them. The receptionist told us that since we are late we are flagged as a 'did not show' and we have to reschedule. Then we were told we had to pay a rescheduling fee and that we should not come in despite being meters from the parking lot. After I complained the receptionist rudely told us we can have the fee revoked by 'administration'. Who is that? They don't know and we should send an email from the website. Me, my toddler and my wife showed up anyway and lo and behold they took us in. Maybe next time we won't call ahead and give these greedy losers a chance at trying to scam us out of our money. We are currently now looking for another clinic to go to as this one deserves even LOWER of a rating than its current rating of 2.5 stars

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been trying for weeks to have an appointment with her pediatrician which is then cancelled. I’ve called at 8:10 am and there lines are closed because they have no doctors available for the rest of the day, therefore if your child is suffering then you’re stuck in either ending up in the ER or go private. The receptionist are often rude, they sound so annoyed every single time you speak to them. Our children deserve better! Please do not answer my review without a name and by telling me to call the very number where no one can get through.

This clinic it's been a joke! It is soooooo hard to get a hold of them. We are always being hushed! I have been chasing them for my son's x ray results since Monday, I email them they said they didn't receive the x ray from the radiology clinic, I called the radiology and I was told they sent the results a few times already with confirmation that they have received. I am honestly tired of dealing with this clinic, they just treat us as a number! One time I got a missed appointment because of a car accident on the way, and guess what? They found all the time on the planet to chase me to pay $80 dollars for miss appointment otherwise I would not be able to book next appointment for my son, I brought this issue to the administration and with no mercy I had to pay. Now I am asking for minimum service and cant get that. Awful customer service !!!!

Arrived at 8 for the emergency walk-in. Was given an 8:50 time slot. Only saw the doctor at 10:30. Apparently he was stuck in traffic! Meanwhile the place is full of sick kids crying. It used to be very well organized but my last 3 experiences have been longer and longer wait times. That being said our pediatrician Dr Solomon is outstanding, no complaints about her. Tiny tots is a place for those who does not have family doctor. When in need of medical assistance, urgences, this place is for you. Doctor Kazander is a great doctor. For appointment is a bit longer. No more than 5 days. If is an urgency you have an appointment on the same day. Although you have to wait 30 to 20 min online for someone to assist you.

If I could give this clinic a 0 stars I would. Nothing against the doctors but the clinic is run worst than a government office. It takes forever to book an appointment and when you do, there is a 50% chance they will cancel it and then never call you to rebook. If you actually get there for your appointment, the average wait time is about 90-120 mins. Absolutely horrible. Doctors are great though.

I am surprised at the low reviews. I was expecting an unpleasant experience and couldn't have been more wrong. The staff were friendly and competent. My baby saw two doctors and the examination they did on him and the questions they asked me were so thorough. They weren't rushed in the slightest and they really listened and seemed to care. They were very interactive and sweet with my baby as well. They obviously know how to work with children! The overall time it took was a little long but it was still reasonable especially for a walk in and I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you! Note :it's located on the third floor, it was a little hard to find at first.

Would you mind ever answering the phone? You cancelled my appointment for my baby daughter who has a vaginal infection. I have been trying for DAYS to reschedule my baby's appointment, YOU NEVER EVER EVER HAVE ANSWERED ME, NOT EVEN ONCE. You make me wait for hours and then DROP THE CALL. I understand you must be busy, but you are not the only ones with stuff to do, I also have a job, I have responsibilities, why is it ok to make us lose time on purpose? I adore our Doctor and the Doctors we’ve met with at this clinic but there is a huge problem administratively going on. We can no longer reach anybody unless we call at 8:00 am when they open - 8:15 is too late and you get an answering service where no one calls back or you get a message saying to call tomorrow because they are too busy for the day. It’s become next to impossible to book an emergency same day appointment. Our Doctor asked us to make a follow-up with her for our daughter on a specific date. We tried at the clinic on our way out but were told that we had to make the appointment via email. We sent the email, called and left 4 voicemails within a 10 day span. No one called us back to book the appointment and the day came and went. I’m not sure what’s going on but it’s getting ridiculous and we may have to change clinics.

I don’t normally leave a comment but this morning 8:45 I was gobsmack with this lady on the phone the way she handled a patient I been chasing this clinic to get an appointment for a week and I received a call Thursday to call them back on Saturday and Saturday I got an answering machine This morning trying to explain my situation, lady on the phone CUT me off and said STRAIGHT TO THE POINT ……. WOW JUST WOW I said I was hoping to get and appointment for my child Lady said there’s no available today, ok fair enough Lady again said YOU SHOULD DO YOUR RESEARCH look for another clinic OR take YOUR CHILD TO EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT i definitely know whats emergency I have been working in healthcare system for 12 years I never treated or talk to a patient like that, a very disappointing side of healthcare Your work could be overwhelming so as the mother with a sick child. RESPECT Oh by the way I paid a lot of tax in this country To get this type of service.

Where do I begin? Facility is really confusing to find. Receptionist only tells you to go to the third floor and even then, it's a maze of hallways with very minimal signage indicating where the clinic is. The place is nice and clean enough, so there's no problem with propriety. Washrooms are outside the facility and down the hallway, which doesn't make sense considering the amount of children who need to go frequently. And appointments? What's the point of making one if they see you 1.5 hours late with no reasoning? I don't recommend this place at all.

Honestly, the doctors are kind and good. But like the other reviews, they have terrible telephone customer service people on the line working for them. Hence the rating. I've been calling for a number of times now and most of the time I get rude and impatient employees. I don't know if it's just this one girl who really has an unpleasant personality.. I've worked in telephone customer service for some time and it's no excuse if you're having a bad day for her to act that way. If the clinic wants to have better reviews, they should do something to have better customer service (and better manners). It's a shame.. I'll try emailing next time as others suggested.

I do not usually write reviews but my experience was so bad that I cannot stay silent. First of all the RECEPTIONISTS, they are rude and disrespectful everytime I call in. Can you imagine that I have to make sure I called the right number everytime, because the person picking up sounds like they were sleeping and that your annoying her just by calling. Family doctor or not doesn't make a difference. They really don't care how sick your kid is. If your kid is sick go to the emergency because doctors are never available at this clinic. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I had a good experience here. My daughter had complained that she had a bad stomach pain around 8pm on a Thursday. I was able to go online and book an appointment for 8:30am the next morning. I went in 15 mins.early and talked to the receptionist who was very nice. We went and sat down and were seen at 8:30. The doctor was very nice and helpful. She gave us a prescription and we were out of there before 9:00am. I would definitely come here again but hopefully I won't need to.

UPDATE: I was able to resolve the issue finally with Tiny Tots (cancelled the missed appt fee) and cancel the online booking service (they refunded the fee). Also I have been able to successfully book appointments via phone on two separate occasions with a single phone call each (although there was about a 10 minute hold time), so I will upgrade my review to 3 stars. -------------------------------------- I have been with Tiny Tots for over 4 years. Both of my children have been going there for all their appointments as well as receiving vaccines. And while the doctors at Tiny Tots are excellent, unfortunately the level of administrative service has dropped to completely abysmal levels during my enrolment there. It is close to impossible to book new appointments by phone (Need to call multiple times a day for several days at least). Now the are trying to push a new online booking service that has a renewable $14/year cost. This service is quite buggy and has resulted in an appointment I had cancelled through the service to actually not be cancelled in the Tiny Tots system. All missed appointments come with a $100 fee/child which needs to be paid before all new appointments are booked. Of course trying to reach administrative staff on the phone is impossible as well - there is no phone number, only an email address which they do not respond to if the query is any sort of complaint or issue. The receptionists at the office are unable to do more than book and cancel appointments either and do not have any direct contact information for the managerial staff.

Had an early morning appointment with Dr. Ben Burko to see my two year old daughter. After an hour and a half of waiting, I ask the reception what the hold up is, and they tell me that HE HAD JUST ARRIVED. At that point, there are four people before us, two of them supposedly have already left. No one bothered to advise us that the doctor is more than two hours late. My daughter was getting very impatient and crying so we left without seeing the doctor. Then we receive a call from the reception asking where we were, because they may "accidentally" charge us for not showing up!!!!

Facility is very clean and has a very warm atmosphere. My little one's doctor is great! However, all the appointments we've had so far had to be made in person. Every single time I tried to call to schedule one, the waiting time is painfully long and even when I stayed on the line to keep my "call priority", I still ended up in their voicemail. I even tried to call at different times during the day but still had no luck. You would think that with 3 + receptionists, calls would be answered.

I love Tiny Tots for my son! We visit the DeCarie location. Dr. Aly is our doctor as our son was diagnosed with ADHD and she specializes with these patients. I'm glad we found a pediatrician as we're still waiting for a family doctor from my husband and I.

Although we're still waiting for our own Pediatrician (since pandemic, Montreal has been a very hard place to find a pediatrician for your newborn baby). Tiny tots Doctors and nurses are very friendly and accommodating. We will continuously bring our baby here and hopefully soon will get our own Pediatrician so her growth will be follow up.

We had our dr appointment with two kids and they refused to give the washroom keys. We had to walk across the building and back during our appointment. The security personnel confirmed that Tiny Tots has the washroom keys for the patients.

Although it is very hard to speak with someone by phone (takes a long time to answer and calls are dropped), the experience with the doctors is positive. I love that i know that my son can see a doctor very fast, even if it may not be his doctor if she's all booked up. Also, I love that there is a walk in clinic in the morning and they give you a same day appointment so you don't have to wait for hours for your turn with a small child next to you. Also liked that they offered covid-19 testing just for kids during the pandemic. Some things can be improved, but my experience with Club Tiny Tots is much better that with other places and I recommended it to other family members for when they needed a pediatrician.

Dr Kessous is the nicest doctor and very caring. To bad the reception staff don't know how to manage a schedule properly. Two times I was given an appointment over the phone and when we show up it wasn't registered in the schedules appropriately. Once was for a routine chekup and the second time for an emergency! I show up for my emergency and no one can see my son! I'm actively searching for a new doctor. Make sure you always get the name of the person you talk to on the phone ????

Zero stars. Where do they find the receptionists? They are the absolute worst in all of the city. Impersonal, rude, and clearly not interested in the job or the patients needs, and all because they canceled my appointment without telling me then charged me for a no show when they did not offer another one. I refuse to pay for a mistake I did not make. I will not be back in this clinic as the service at the front desk is deplorable. Even while I was there I had to wait while she yelled at another patient over the phone probably trying to book an appointment like me. It is different girls every time I go but always the same rudeness and disdain from all of them. Do yourself a favour and find another clinic like I will because this one runs like a cash cow. Shameful.

I see many people complaining about the receptionist 90% of the time, and myself I don’t care how they are because i just go there to get my child checked up but other people might be more sensitive and i see the response to these comments gets are « we are trying to improve please call us at **** » first the number given is the number where no one answer and people complaining about that too Why the person responsible cannot educate the receptionist how to talk or behave with people especially the fact that they are first people we see once we walk in, most of them are so immature giving attitude or high school behaviour it’s a clinic for kids there is no time to joke around. Second they keep closing the lines almost everyday and if we go there the receptionist says to call for appointment as if the number they ask to call works again it’s clinic for kids don’t joke about it why so many complaining about the line not working fix it !

We used this clinic for the first 5 years, it's a childcare factory, but serves its purpose. Our last appointment we were told that our child was healthy and no longer needed an annual appointment. Today we called for an appointment for an ear infection. First, the person was so rude on the phone, not only to us but also yelling at people around her - I don't mean just curt, I mean rude, bordering on spiteful. Second, we were told that since we hadn't been back in three years, we were no longer patients, tough luck.

Where to begin? I have sent an e-mail to ask for a RDV for my baby and the response is very impersonal with no name and says simply we have no appointments for that day even if I did not specify a day. Even if I have put my phone number and ask for a call I receive nothing. So imagine when I call on Friday and have to wait 20 minutes before anyone answers and the secretary told me we are closed and I have to call back at 8 tomorrow. I think this secretaries need some training and advise to speak with parents because the receptionist is the first person and who gives the impression. I can see that this is a problem at this clinic but the management seems to look away. My advise is to hire people who care because these people just want money and don’t care if the baby is sick. I only contacted this clinic because it is my sister who recommended the same doctor for her kids but she said the receptionists are all the same here. Now I see it for myself and it is true. For me it’s not a good experience.

There’s a but…Great clinic!!! I love my sons doctor! Dr.Solomon, she is such a nice person and just overall a great doctor! The only thing is that if you need to get through to speak to a secretary, it’s a challenge and you get the impression that they are not very friendly…cause they are not! Very rude and very snobby! You can tell they don’t care about your child and the panic your in! Anyway thank god the doctors are great and that’s all that matters really… Besides that problem everything else is good! I never had to wait more then 10 minutes from the time of the appointment I was given… hopefully the administration is called in for a meeting and given a tutorial of how to treat people with respect and have a bit of sympathy for a stressed out parent!

If I can give no stars it will be more accurate. First the receptionist is RUDE! I have phoned Saturday early morning to make appointments for my 2 year old son and new born baby daughter but the rude receptionist acts like I bothered her and I am hold for nearly 5 minutes. Then she said my regular doctor is no longer accepting new patients so I must come in and register with another doctor. This is unprofessional. I came in later and the receptionist SCREAM at me to wait at the door. Again I must wait a long time before another receptionist appears to be playing games on her phone. She asks if I have an appointment and when I tell her this is why I am here and try to explain the conversation I already have had she told me I have to call. Please do not ask me to call you at the number you respond because it is the same one I already call several times. Today I have been found another doctor who will see both of my children and I will not once more come back to this clinic. In general, I love the doctors and doctors assistants there. They are very friendly and very caring and good with the patient. And I never waited so long to see the doctor when I have appointments. The only downside is, if you wanna take appointment by phone, it can be very long and sometimes phonecall gets dropped or it goes back to main menu after waiting for like 10-15-20 min. I registered for their online appointment service. It's pretty good. And I wish the receptionists could be little more friendly. They can be pretty cold sometimes.

i wish there was a negative score. first, it clearly says in their website walk-in are 8-8:30am, but when you go there at that time, the rude (racist)lady in the reception said you need to take an appointment. may daughter have a pediatrian there but she's on maternity leave right now. so we got an appointment 12 noon august 31, 2021. dr. solomon gave a request for a chest x-ray for my child. but before you can go to have an x-ray , you need a negative covid result first( since our main concern is that my child got a severe cough) they did the covid test there. waited since yesterday, until now sept. 2, 2021 we still didn't get the covid result yet, so my daughter cant get her xray done. i tried to call to follow up on my childs covid result, but it's really hard to talk to them. i got lucky this afternoon, even though i'ts just an answering machine, i gave them what they ask, childs name and birthday, what kind of examination and where it's done. but still didn't recieve any email or text. and they forward the prescript in out pharmacy, an antibiotic that says give only if the chest x-ray is positive. which cant have coz we didn't get the covid test yet.

Before taking doctor for my son at elna tiny tots, I checked reviews on Google, some good and bad. One thing that I noticed cancel of appointment is more but still I want to see. I went first time for my son's at 2months appointment. I was not satisfied with the service because Dr's attendant didn't take information correctly she write girl instead of boy. But now it's becomes true, my son's appointment for 4months check up was on 7june after that they cancel it and again they give us 13june, again today they cancel it ????. They give us appointment on 2august. Really bad experience. Because only checked up for son. He's going to turn 4months and no check up. Very irresponsible. Atleast they have to check.

Absolutely amazing clinic! The only one thats actually treated my children and actually listens to our concerns. Found My sons bronchiolitis and both my children's pneumonia when the irresponsible montreal children's hospital Missed it and sent us home multiple times. My 2.5 year old son could have died because the MCH missed it but thank god for tiny tots! And the wait times compared to the hospital are great so im not really sure what some people are complaining about. An hour or 2 compared to 10? Ill take the hour or 2 please! I suggest this clinic to everyone with a sick child!

Hey Mommas I just want to give a shout out to Dr. ROTHSTEINE at Tiny Tots on Decarie. After hearing so many horror stories about Tiny Tots from this group I was very hesitant to choose that clinic for my son over 2 years ago. I can say with 100 percent confidence I made the right choice for my son. He is absolutely so patient with me, my questions my concerns for a first time mother. He takes his time and is very thorough. Today was my sons 2 year check up and yes it's the terrible 2s. My son has had 3 ear infections in the last three months so immediately started crying when I started to undress him for his check up ( luckily I brought his most fav tutu from birth) as soon as the doctor came in, he gave my son a huge high five and started explaining to him the instruments. Immediately I saw a change in my son and he relaxed with the doctor. Dr. Rothstein then encouraged his tutu to get the check up and my son was completely on board, so much so that when it was his turn, he was actually excited. This Momma Is so so so happy with the service and the attention to detail this doctor provides. It just goes to show that you shouldnt believe everything you hear. I highly recommend Dr. David Rothstein at Tiny Tots decarie

Similar to the review below, I brought my son yesterday in after a 3 days of high fever. Doctor did a thorough check of him and even brought in another doctor. They both checked his ears for infection, chest etc and said it was only a little bit red and for his fast breathing (which I queried) got sent to do a urine test to check for diabetes. Last night we ended up at the ER and doctor there straight away said it was a bad ear infection and pneumonia should have been put on antibiotics not wait two more days (6 days of fever) as the doctor at tiny tots suggested. Only saving grace was that she called four times at 11pm to give me the results (saying that it was negative for diabetes) but to monitor the fast breathing and that I needed to be more vigilant about it (even though she misdiagnosed it). Won’t be going back.

Very disappointed with a lot of the politics there which I can summarize by "we are here to get as much money as we can, we don't really care of kids". I can at least say that the Dr we have for our son is very good, professional and a kind person. However, the management there, as you can see in many other comments, is making me sick. Just to give an example, there's "no diapers policy", so you have to go outside their office to find a place to trash a diaper while you're waiting your appointment which are almost always late. If you dare to ask about it, especially at the reception, they will answer incredibly rude and with dedain to find a trast by yourself. So I don't know about other place but this one is a place where you will always be welcome rudely and then have to deal with this incredibly client services if your appointment is cancelled by them for whatever reason. Their politics seems at least clear: they don't care about you or your children, they care about your money.

I had finally got threw on the cancelation line and was told sorry sir we can't help you call the other line. I just want peice of mind that my daughter will be seen. Administrative nightmare! Expect frustrations, mistreatment and greed. Tiny tots is the worst administered clinic you can find. There is no way to actually speak to someone when you have a concern or even to rectify a problem. Calls are rarely returned. When you call to speak with someone, you are transferred from one box to another and eventually it hangs up. The wait time on the phone to actually make an appointment is ridiculous. 'Administration' can only be reached by email and when I did that, I received no response. Taking the one hour drive to their office to kindly discuss and settle my bill, I was told there are no administration offices or personnel. That it was IMPOSSIBLE to speak with someone who could help me, either in person or on the phone. ..?? But taking 15$ from my account without notice, THAT was POSSIBLE despite the fact that my children had been refused access to their pediatrician. It is a shame (and a sham!) as I had a wonderful doctor within this clinic. After 6 years and 2 kids; always paying my numerous 10$ fees, many hours of waiting on the line to make appointments, many, many calls never returned - My patience has run out with this clinic and their treatment of clients (not patients), it is truly unacceptable. P.S. The fees they require for appointments are optional, I strongly suggest parents DO NOT PAY THE VOLONTARY FEES as they are but filling pockets and in no way improving services.

I can't seem to be able to get a checkup for my son. Out of the blue, I got a call from the clinic saying that my son's pediatrician would be going on vacation. Fair enough. Work life balance is important. They then said that as a result, they would be cancelling his early July appointment and that I should call back to book for one in August... a minimum of 4 weeks later than his original appointment date. Because they booked his two month appointment early (because the doctor was going to a conference) this will mean that he will get his 4 month appointment when he is 5 months old, and that it will be almost 4 months after his first appointment. This would be concerning in and of itself, but right now I have an even bigger problem because I can't even seem to be able to book that August appointment. They said they would call me back and never did. I called the office and they put me on hold forever until I finally got a voice message system. I left a message and they never called me back. I'm starting to feel on my own here.

Tiny Tots children medical clinic, a good idea, it’s just run with dishonesty. Unlike our current medical clinic which has no availability every time we call them, we found Tiny Tots that seems to have avaibility. We found this great and decided to call them to book a 1st appointment. We are then told we must drop our current family doctor before even being able to meet the future potential doctor for our child. I get it, we in Quebec miss family doctors. However, this is no reason to force people to take a family doctor they never previously met. Why could we choose a car, an apartment, an accountant but not to take or not a doctor? Would you give your child in the care of a doctor you never previously met? We don’t want to have 2 family doctors, but before choosing between an okay current family doctor in a medical clinic that have no availability when we need it, we don’t want to be forced to sign a blind check and just take a worst potential family doctor... we required a single first appointment, declined, in the most dishonest way. Shame.

Wasn’t too please with this clinic in the first place…what kind of child’s clinic tells you to not throw your soiled diapers in the garbage cans within the clinic’s premises and to throw them outside of the clinic? But this just threw me over the threshold. My daughter has been a patient here for two years. We just gave birth to a boy and asked him to be registered at the clinic and we’re told that there is no space and to go to the Ddo branch. After requesting that we stay at Decarie, they stopped replying to my emails and after sending them several emails for 4 weeks, no response, I tried calling them to find out what’s going on. They don’t pick up on their regular appointment line so I try the emergency one ans someone picks up! What do they tell me? Sorry your doctor has moved to the Ddo branch and your daughter will have to go there from now on. If you want your son to have a paediatrician, you’ll have to take him there as well. When asked why I didn’t get a reply by email for 4 weeks, the answer was, oh sorry, your emails never came through, I see them now…??? Very unprofessional and pathetic to be in the medical field.

It’s more of a daycare than a clinic, if you meet the receptionists you will understand why. Very unprofessional and lacking courtesy. They are NOT accepting new patients despite what is claimed earlier. I have been calling since before my son was born and they told me to call back in 2-3 months, and now they told me I can’t go on the waiting list even because it’s too full! The system needs a complete overhaul, starting with the staff.

My review is actually very consistent with most other reviewers.... Terrible admin service. TERRIBLE. Basically you can use their 15$ /yr online booking system and actually get an appointment anytime you want even very short notice or couple of hours... OR... try to call the clinic on the phone... and hope that it is your lucky day!! If you need to resolve any admin issue with a human, good luck !! With 2 kids I just shut up, even if i m totally agsinst these types of hidden fees, and I pay the 15$ per family per year fee. Now the doctors... it s like any clinic... some are better than others. Other than your scheduled check ups with your family doctor you will likely be seeing over the years many different doctors if your family doctor is not available when an emergency happens... you will get to know which ones fit better with your family and then can specifically request these ones when you book yours last minute emergency appointments.

My baby is almost 6 months old and he normally has a physician at the ELNA medical clinic, but he was never able to see him. The doctor was absent for medical reasons which is understandable. The Tiny tots secetary who was rude over the phone and unapologetic said that we will get a call to either give us another doctor or schedule an appointment with our doctor who normally comes back in August to this day we received no calls nor info, nothing. Thankfully we found a true dedicated doctor at another clinic.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an emergency visit or a pediatrician to follow their children. Called and got an emergency appointment with Dr Khazandar within hours who was so nice and patient. They were able to assign me a pediatrician right away for my sons after what felt like a an eternity trying to find any doctor accepting patients. Dr Baliesh and his assistant were also very kind and thorough. The doctor explained everything throughout the appointment and addressed all concerns big and small. The receptionists were also very nice, efficient and spoke English which is always a bonus

Yes it is true. The service is not good and the receptionist is very rude, especially on the telephone. Not friendly and always rushed and impatient. The good part is that the clinic offers same day appointments, although you have to wait 3 hours sometimes, even if you get there by 8 am (the clinic is open at 8). they also offer paid online access so you can book appointments yourself. and they have really good doctors. The not good part(!) is that they never answer the phone! I had to renew my subscription online, but I could not (the site was under modifications) so I called them many times to book an appointment for my son and I was on the line for an hour! nobody answered. plus, when we have a check up APPOINTMENT, normally the whole process lasts 2 hours.

Tiny tots is a great clinic, it’s easy to get an appointment (even for the same day sometimes), and once you are there, the waiting time is not that long. We’ve had several doctors, they are great doctors but since there’s actually a high number of patients, you feel that they don’t have time and they want to be as fast and efficient as possible.

If it wasn't for my pediatrician who I love, I wouldn't waste my time there. Whoever manages the front desk and phone lines needs to make a change in order to offer a more welcoming, smoother and quicker service. Called two weeks ago to make an appointment, after waiting on the phone for 20 min I left a message. Call back time from Tiny tots is 7 days, and I never got a call from them. I then called back after waiting on the phone for another 20 min to finally speak to someone. After I mentioned to the receptionist I left a message 2 weeks prior with no call back, she did not acknowledge my complaint nor apologized. My appointment was a yearly check up and even though my appointment was not an emergency, there is still a better way to offer good service especially with the extra fees we pay at club tiny tots. Add an extra body or two at reception or in the offices to make it a more enjoyable appointment for the families arriving with young or sick kids. Thank you.

Only Rated 2 stars for a reason! If i could give 0 stars I would. Never compromise your children's well being for convenience. We decided to cancel both my son and daughter's appointments upon arrival due to the unsanitary conditions we were faced with after requesting a place to change our 1 year old daughter's diaper. Due to the restrooms on the floor being restricted to employee usage only, we were redirected to a public restroom located in the mall, a floor down from the office location. The restroom was visibly unclean, trash and toilet papers on the floor. A wet countertop, not even big enough to lay my daughter on, even if I wanted to. It is laughable that a medical office that solely caters to toddlers/enfants, is not equipped with a designated room, or accessibility to changing tables in the restrooms, for parents who may find themselves in a similar circumstance. Although we arrived 15 mins prior to the appointments and only canceled due to the unsanitary conditions of the facility and the inability of the staff to accommodate us in a timely and appropriate manner, we were still charged a cancelation fee, which we no intention on paying. But decided to pay in the interest of doing the right thing. We paid $90 to cover cancellation fees for both children. I was contacted by phone shortly after advising that they were going to refund my payment because I used an AMEX card which you apparently they do not accept. I agreed to return the next day to present my card for a refund. To add insult to injury, I did returned the following day as discussed, only for them to tell me that they were no longer going to refund me the money. Then we received a fraudulent invoice email stating fees and payment made with VISA. Wasted time, money. Not so much as an apology. No effort, or empathy coming from the receptionists, just horrible customer service. Wrote an email the same day still waiting for a response. With all the previous horrible reviews I don't believe they even intend to fix the concerns raised. So just add us to the list.

Our pediatrician is not affiliated with Club Tiny Tots. However, often, I was able to get an emergency appointment the following day for my kids at Tiny Tots. It has always been with different pediatricians. But overall, they were all competent and took the time to examine my kids, even during COVID-19 period.

Having the staff create false positive reviews does not hide the fact that there is a problem at this clinic that is not being addressed, despite having been mentioned on several occasions. The telephone lines are always unavailable, the mailbox is full, and there is no option to speak to anyone other than to appear in person, where you WILL encounter rude and childish receptionists. I have had one such experience and I thought it was a one-off as it was a Sunday during summer but I have since returned and nothing has changed other than the number of complaints that have simply been ignored have increased significantly. Please do not respond asking me to call the number that everyone is complaining about. I would like the name of the person responsible and a direct number where I can reach this person. It is unacceptable that a medical clinic is run this way and that the staff, especially the receptionists, are allowed to behave like this. A medical clinic is supposed to take the role seriously and the patients, or rather “customers”, as you prefer to call us, are not interested in joking around and silliness from the front desk. If the management is serious about wanting to improve the experience the patients have they will address these concerns appropriately and efficiently, and not ask people to give five star reviews for a sub-par service.

Extremely terrible customer service, receptionnist was beyond rude and not at all helpful, she even hung up on me when I was expressing concern about my 1 month old baby. I've been waiting for 3 days for a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy that was never sent, when inquiring about if the prescription was sent, the receptionnist was not able to give me a proper answer other than "I'm talking to the administration". if I could rate this any lower I would, extremely horrible service. They should be more considerate especially when a newborn baby is involved. The pediatrician himself has been very helpful but the administrative staff pales by comparison.

Worst service. Trying to take an appointment for my daughter since May 2021. Two times they cancel the appointment and didn't inform us about canceling the appointment.

Second time my son's doctor cancelled a follow up appointment. First time I had to wait 2 months to get an appointment and that appointment got cancelled again. I am been trying to call since 8am this morning and can't get anyone on the line. I would give 0 start if I could.

I would give it 5 if they opened on the weekends, like the other on west island. Apart of that, i don't have any complaints: every time my child was sick, i was able to get an appointment. I live far from it, but they are still my best chance regarding availability. Asi mentioned, if is over the weekend, i then go to the west island clinic.

We really like our pediatrician. Just too bad that she has decided to join such a horribly managed clinic. They never answer the phone, their reservation system is broken. It is a half days work to get an appointment at this place. It feels like the managemement of this clinic is totally incompetent or they don’t care about the patient experience. I feel sorry for everyone working at their front desk/reception. I am sure they must constantly deal with frustrated parents.

Dr Scholten is a wonderful doctor she is very patient and always friendly. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say. Maybe just the time it takes for someone to call you back and no one ever picks up right away but I try to be patient and just call back. Great place to take my children ????.

I don't know where they get these receptionists, they must scour all the highschools for the snobbiest girls, and put them to work on the phones here. A pediatric clinic with no diaper stations... I once visited a mall where they lock all the bathrooms, supposedly "out of order for repairs", for both gender and handicapped bathrooms, on all floors in different parts of the building... Yes, that's how welcome I feel when I visit here. "Leave your money and get the f out with your dirty baby". Google is my doctor now! One more thing, this clinic will refer you to paid services in-house when free service is available elsewhere. 莆田系诊所!

Don’t waste your time, and don’t make your baby’s visits unimportant by registering him/her there. It is just not worth it! There are clinics that you can register your baby and have a peace of mind. Never replied to my calls for an urgent visit, never replied to my emails, and eventually after frustrating week, went there to see what’s going on, and guess what! Someone is sitting at the door, not letting me in to speak to the receptionist due to pandemic, and after I told her no one is answering, she said try different time! I believe their license should be canceled. This is not how a paediatric or any clinic works.

If i could give them 0 stars I would! Called me to give an appointment for my 1 year old daughter saying it was the next day or nothing. I accepted. Next day they call me to cancel the appointment. Ended up taking a sick day for no reason. Please save yourselves the hacel with these peoples. Find another clinic for your baby.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They refused to give me an appointment for my two week old. Where to start? First of all, the receptionist is incredibly rude. Second, they REFUSED to give me an appointment for my two week old daughter. I called at 8AM for an emergency appointment since my TWO WEEK OLD is in agony. I’m sure she has awful reflux and I won’t see her doctor for another two weeks. She is very uncomfortable daily and I quote the receptionist: “you will NEVER get an appointment here for that.” Very discouraging since my paediatrician recommended this place. The fact I was refused an appointment for a TWO WEEK OLD is beyond me. It disgusts me, truly. I understand this may not seem urgent enough to the receptionist for an appointment, but when I see my baby in so much pain, I was hoping for an appointment. I’m at a loss. Don’t bother calling this place. They will gladly refuse to give you an appointment. Do not put up with the receptionist . They clearly need better staffing training. The last thing I need is a nasty tone from a woman who wouldn’t listen to me and my concerns when I’m highly stressed about my daughters condition.

I brought my daughter in for a sick visit, as she had a high fever for 4 days and was extremely weak. The doctor said it was a virus. I reiterated that she was sleeping 22 hours out of 24 and that I felt there was something more than a virus. He replied, "Well, I can't give you a magic pill." Gulp. He told me to go back if her fever were to last an additional 3 days. That would be 7 days of fever. I didn't take his advice and instead made an appointment with my daughter's pediatrician the following day. It turns out, she had pneumonia. Not only was she misdiagnosed, but I had to endure a sarcastic and condescending attitude while I was worried for my daughter's well-being. It was also implied (more than once) that my daughter was exaggerating. I will definitely look for another pediatrician/clinic where the staff (doctors and receptionists alike) are professional, competent and empathetic.

I give them 1 star ESPECIALLY because of their RUDE RECEPTIONIST. All of them are rude. And never have a smile on their face. I never feel welcome when I go into the entrance It’s hilarious how they put a message saying we have to respect them but they always talking to us with rudeness. But my pediatrician is wonderful.
