Went fot a blood test (on Jun 16). They say: "come back at the end of July. We're unable to take you before that." This is the problem with 'free' health. My cat can have his blood test results, the same day.
Quebec separatists who don't accommodate medical care for out of province folks. Acted like I was completely ridiculous for expecting my Ontario doctor, with both a Quebec and Ontario medical license, to be able to order my tests there. As if medical practice is not standardised across the country and the only difference is my req form isn't written in French.
It has a lot of positive points i am just focusing on the negative ones , needs more space / parking / staff and staff ....

Receptionist is very rude. Nobody answer the call or someone answer the call, but very impatient and didn't even listen to the person to finish.
Wow! I called twice since the first time they hung up on me before even being able to speak to her and the second time she answer and didn't want to help , clearly... She transfer the line straight to someone voicemail and didn't even tell me who they were and why? She wanted to get rid of me. No help what so ever ! Do not even bother waisted 20 minutes. No one cares.

Wonderful blood test experience from start to finish, especially during COVID. The receptionist (Lucia?) was very clear and helpful, and the nurses who did my bloodwork were kind and funny! Definitely recommend making an appointment online with them.
I've been here numerous times but they have so many nonsensical policies and barriers to care that I've yet to see a healthcare professional at this place. Go anywhere else.
This is solely on my experience at the blood test clinic. I made an appointment online it was quick and easy. I arrived and the parking has 2 hours free so no problem. I also ensured to make sure to arrive on time. I forgot something in the Car but they warned me if I'm not back in 5 minutes I'll lose my spot (despite having no one in line). I did make it back in time, so no problems there as I know how "government" works. Everything else was quick and efficient, with the blood taker being very professional. They also spoke to me in both languages so I cannot comment as I respond in whatever language they talk to me. Made they appointment mid august for September first week. Other CLSCs had longer waiting times. Advice: Do appointment online 2nd advice: Arrive early and take into account a safety factor for traffic
I've never had a bad experience here. I've been for flu shots with my kids, renewal of my medicare card, as well as blood tests that I was sent for by my doctor. Every time it's been quick, clean, and friendly. I'm a hard stick for blood draws and the phlebotomist on duty was gentle and got me on the first try. Glad to have such a great resource so close, and the new building is so much better and more convenient for the community.
Parking is a hassle; especially with kids. They put the parking meter next to the building entrance but then make you walk back to your car to put the receipt on your dashboard. Wouldn't it have been smarter to put the meter in the parking lot next to the cars rather than next to the entrance? it doesn't make sense. The building is clean and nurses are friendly. Too bad it's a pain in the rear to park.

Drove in from our vacation in the eastern townships for vaccines, 7 minutes late due to traffic, we were turned around despite having literally nobody in the place and available nurse. As if the pandemic isnt already stressful enough.
Incompetent at best, liars at worst.
Receptionists were efficient and nurses for blood tests were very friendly, warm and professional. I also didn't have to wait long on a rainy Wednesday, coming in at 9:05am.
They called me in 1 day and gave me an appointment the day after, there was 10 min waiting time; fast and professional, they saved my life..
Recep was rude. I am currently pregnant and nothing until Feb 3rd I just needed to do a blood test!
Ummmmmmmmmm where is everyone? I called four times, got rerouted through a ton of extension only to end up being hung up on each time. What kind of service is this that you make it extra hard for your patients to have access to their doctors?

You have to open automatic doors with your hands often confusing people so they stand in front of doors thinking they are locked. Given wrong info over phone leading to extra expense of getting an unnecessary photo taken, went through the motions of filling out forms to renew medical card while someone was being trained but didn’t take bank statements and just ignored them without telling me why. After my new card was delayed I was told by the most disengaged desk clerk who kept adjusting my bag wearing a disgusted look on his face that it was illegal for them to take bank statements at that office. When I asked why wasn’t I told that on original visit, he just shrugged. I would have been better off just sending bank statements by mail or going to the office on Maisonneuve. When I went to this office at Benny Farm for flu shot I was pushed out of the way by someone pushing a wheel chair and hurt my leg. When I put my coat down on a chair to actually get flu shot someone picked it up and dropped it on the floor and stepped on it. The two worse experiences that I have ever had at a medical facility and I thought it was ironic that their literature referred to anxiety disorders since this place seemed to have all kinds of triggers. Very disheartening.
Limited services offered but the place is very calm, quiet and clean. The personnel are fluently bilingual and are very nice people. It felt very nice to be there and I'll always go there for whatever they offer.
Ive been going there for the past 2 years and i couldnt be more satisfied with the service i get, always fast, i dont have to wait forever to get an appointment! Plus the nurse they assigned me is super sweet

They need to hire a new receptionist answering phones. The woman working there was incredibly rude and impatient when was asked a basic question. I reccomend her finding a job where she doesn't have to deal with the public.

If you are going for a blood test beware. When you enter if you select the button (on the automated ticket waiting system) "No Appointment" (which for a blood test no one has an appointment), you will be wasting your time. Once your number eventually comes up intake staff will tell you that you have to start all over again by pushing the button "Test Centre".

If your looking for Professional, Kind, Careing people this is NOT the clsc for you.they don't care treat you coldly even if your dying in their faces, had a bad asthma attack and they treated me like I stole something like want WORTH their time n care. They don't care, but here they are on the sidewalk looking for compation understanding but don't want to give jus that to the people they want it from. Makes sense ? ????????♀️

I have had the opportunity to use the CLSC drop in clinic for vaccines and today for an evaluation of a medical problem. From the receptionist, to the nurse Bernadine who saw me, the care has been excellent and attentive. As someone who worked in the healthcare system for decades, [and is aware of all the cutbacks and changes brought on by Barrette-] I would say they are doing an outstanding job, in spite of it all. Great job and thank you.
I give five stars to the CLSC Benny clinic. This morning I was greeted by Mahsa to help orient me, Rania at the reception, cheerful and efficient, and then Guadalupe, the kind nurse who took my blood tests (got the needle in the first time with no pain)..I was in and out of the clinic within 12 minutes!! Kudos to those who hired these lovely young ladies!

I've been going there for blood tests. I arrive at 8.45 and I'm finished by 9.20. Donna has taken my blood the last 3 times...friendly and efficient service. Thanks. We're so lucky.
