When finding out that your new kitten is sicker than expected, nothing can make you feel better. Except the HVVC. The staff here make you feel like you animal is a real person. A patient and not just an animal. With friendly, knowledgeable staff, it almost seems to make things a little easier.

Humber Veterinary surpasses my expectations each and everytime I visit with my dogs. They treat my animals with great care, always give me ample information and I don't feel like I am being taken disadvantage of or overcharged, as can be the case at some clinics.

I highly recommend this clinic. They are knowledgeable and caring. They give you all the options and are open about the different treatments available to care for your pet. For my cat they offered a simpler solution to try and explained the more expensive option and allowed me to choose. For my Bernese dog his prognosis wasn't good but they showed us what to do to help him live his best life possible. They couldn't have been sweeter in helping us cope with the loss of our furry family members.

The staff is friendly but they did a bad job on the surgery. My cat was sent home with an infection and I had to get another vet to fix their problem which was a huge expense. I won't be returning again.

First !! this has nothing to do with the knowledge of the vets or treatment of the staff which has always been professional.I have had dogs and done rescue for my lifetime.We had to use the emergency clinic @ 4 pm on a sunday it's $200.00 for a emergency visit just to see your pet is a total rip off, when 70.00$ is a normal visit which is high but its Newfoundland and you get ripped off all the time. We had to pay the $200.00 upfront before even seeing the vet which this clinic is our regular clinic. I do know its a sunday afternoon but come on $200.00 plus whatever the pet needs every animal in emergency is minium $400.00 they did 8 stitches and a antibiotic was 405.00$ wow for 15 minutes of work a brain surgeon doesn't make that kind of cash.

I drove from St. Anthony to Corner Brook just for the purpose of getting my dog vaccinated. I didn’t have my appointment with Humber Valley Vets, it was with another in that area. My appointment was for 12:10 p.m., I was called at 10 a.m on the day of the appointment to tell me they had to cancel due to an emergency. I didn’t know what to do other than call somewhere else and hope that my 5 hour drive was for nothing. Humber Valley Vet scheduled me in and treated me like I’ve been a customer of theirs forever. From this day on, I will be a forever customer. They were all so professional!!! 5 stars easy!!
