(Translated) Discriminatory environment in hiring. My wife has already applied to Ciuss Montérégie -ouest for a staff management agent position. She passed the interview, pre-employment process and references. But, this does mean that she is ultimately refused because she does not have a BAC. My wife has a DESS in health from Quebec and a Quebec equivalent of a doctorate in health care from another country. My wife has a higher level than the BAC, but is refused because she has a doctorate and a DESS! Anything! We can just conclude that a senior HR manager discriminates against him for having native Quebecois. An environment that lacks common sense! According to a friend inside my wife's ciuss and being myself a human resources advisor, we could sue in court for discrimination. Internal politics say a lot about how it's mismanaged and bureaucratic bad judgment. Place to avoid! (Original) Milieu discriminatoire a l' embauche. Ma femme a deja postulé au Ciuss Montérégie -ouest pour un poste d agent en gestion de personnel. Elle reussi l' entrevue, le processus pre-emploi et les références. Mais, ce fait dire qu elle est refusée en fin de compte car elle na pas un BAC. Ma femme a un DESS du milieu de la santé du Quebec et un equivalence du Quebec dun doctorat en soins de santé dun autre pays. Ma femme a un niveau plus haut que le BAC, mais est refusée car elle a un doctorat et un DESS ! N'importe quoi! On peut juste conclure un haut gestionnaire rh la discrimine pour avoir des quebecois de souche. Milieu qui manque de gros bon sens! Selon une amie a linterne du ciuss de ma femme et etant moi-meme conseiller en ressources humaines,on pourrait poursuivre a la cour pour discrimination. La politique interne en dit long sur comment cest mal géré et le mauvais jugement bureaucratique. Lieu a éviter!
