Les trois garçons qui reçoivent les gens (sécurité et urgentologue), très amaibles, respetectueux, polis, attentionés. Super accueillants. On peut voir clairement qu'ils connaissent son travail. Ils donne les consignes dans le moment précise. L'attention très vite, de que je suis arrivée le médecin à attendu à ma fille. L'unique point négative c'est que à mon arrivée je me suis dirigé au bâtiment de droit, j'ai sonnée à la porte et la madame qui es sortie ma parlé tout le temps en anglais malgre que j'ai me dirigé à elle tout le temps en français. Ma été difficile de comprendre le lieu précise, le bâtiment correct pour qu'on ce rendre au rendez vous de ma fille. Je ne suis pas anglophone, c'est dommage que ça arrive dans une ville francophone !
