Personnel très courtois, médecin aimable qui ne se prenait pas pour qq un d'autre, c'est un peu long mais ailleurs a cette soirée c'était l'enfer aux urgences. Arrivez avant 21h00 toutefois, la clinique externe ferme a 10h et vous resterez en dedans jusqu a votre passage. Je suis agréablement surpris par le personnel.

Je lui répondre qu'on à vu l'enfermiere et qu'on attendre voir le docteur, qu'il dira si c'est nécessaire au pas un plaque pour mon fils . Vers 16h je demande a l'enfermiere si elle peut m'assurer si mon fils il a au pas un luxation pour pas attendre longtemps car ma bébé m'attendez aussi. Sa réponse : l'enfermiere à déterminé que soit vu pour le docteur. Vers plus de 17h on quitte le lieu, et ne me donne pas la carte d'hôpital de mon fils. Me disse la recepcioniste que la prochaine fois me donnera un nouvelle carte. Si on analisse: 2 fois le bracelet, sont temps d'être vu entre le temps d'attente d'un bracelet et l'autre , lui rappel autre enfermiere d'un autre salle plus loin, où était le dossier de mon fils ??????!!!!!!!!!!. Je comprendre que c'est un semi urgence, ok donc il faut laisser passer 10, 20, 35 urgences avec 45 minutes d'attention par urgence ? , il faut attendre qu'il n'y a plus de gens pour être vu pour le docteur ?!!! Je n'ai que de bon mots sur l'équipe en place. Par contre, le temps d'attente était long ( 5 h avant d'être vu ) et nous sommes restés aux urgences 8 heures au total , incluant le temps des soins reçu sur la civière. La salle d'attente est un peu désuète et la machine à " grignotines " était presque vide ... mais pour les soins, que de bons commentaires ! Je tiens à le mentionner car après avoir lu les commentaires négatifs des autres utilisateurs , j'étais hésitante à y aller, mais comme l'hôpital est près de chez moi, c'est la que nous nous sommes rendu.

On a poussé le ridicule en m'obstinant et en me disant que c'était moi qui s'était trompé, au lieu d'admettre son erreur et de s'excuser! Décidément, certaines personnes devrait prendre des leçons de savoir-vivre et de politesse! De plus, les infirmiers qui sont en charge des prises de sang oublient de redonner les ordonnances, je doit donc retourner chez le médecin pour obtenir une nouvelle ordonnance car j'avais d'autres prélèvements à faire! C'était la dernière fois que je me rendait à cet hôpital, qui devrait vraiment réviser les dossiers de son personnel et y faire un peu de ménage!
