Mais le pire c'est vraiment les 4-5 infirmières blasées, incompétentes, bêtes, froides, boquées qui ont fait de notre première accouchement un calvaire. Le CHUL se vante d'avoir plus de 12 accouchements par jour. Sincèrement, ils n'ont rien à se vanter.

The anesthesiologist demanded I appear in the operating theater with my credit card - never heard of such a thing- the hospital authorities refused to let me go there. I went to the office - perception, what a stupid unforgettable name- and the clerk had no idea how to take my payment or how much it was ($3330CAN! A mere bagatelle to pay upfront and in full!!). I came in by ambulance without any wallet, shoes or much of anything else. The staff were amazing to me as an anglo heathen. The food was pretty good (considering the rest of the country) and the facilities were clean. ONE COMPLAINT. There is a WIFI extender in every room but it is not shared to the patients. Get real! Ils n'ont même pas l'air spécialisé en fait... Très décevant. L'hôpital porte très mal son nom. Un garde nous donne un masque "Covid-19" à l'entrée mais toutes les distributrices d'antiseptique sont vides! Relâchement dans leur lutte contre la Covid. Ah oui, les fameux employés qui fument devant la porte principale où maman nourrissons (la fumée cause première de la mort subite du nourrisson!!), femmes enceintes (écrit dans le guide "mieux vivre avec son enfant" d'éviter l'exposition à la fumée!!) et personnes vulnérables physiquement doivent passer pour accéder à l'établissement, c'est un manque total d'éthique, de respect de la vie humaine et de civisme. Attitude dégradante qui ternie encore plus l'image de l'hôpital. On ne peut pas les contourner, ils encerclent de partout les portes et on doit respirer de force leur émanations putride de cancer!

N'est-il pas payé par mes taxes cet homme là pourtant? Je me suis pratiquement fait rire au visage. Même l'interne semblait gêné que je ne soit pas mieux pris en charge. On ne m'a pas invité à revenir dans 3-6 mois pour faire un suivi. On ne m'a pas invité à consulter tel ou tel spécialiste. On n'a fait que me prescrire un autre truc rapidement et bon débarras. C'est bien simple, j'ai usé les limites de notre système de santé publique et ces limites sont bien minces. J'ai donc entrepris des démarches pour aller au privé. Montréal. Puis au états-unis si nécessaire. C'est une véritable honte! 1 an d'attente. 2 minutes de l'attention de ce médecin et merci bonjour, veuillez partir svp... Ridicule! Même dans une clinique publique et sans rendez-vous, on vous accorde plus d'attention. 1 an d'attente! 2 minutes de l'attention d'un médecin qui semblait se ficher de moi! :( - Oh, le personnel hospitalier et la dame du dispensaire étaient très sympathiques et l'hôpital, très bien organisé. La seule chose qui a cloché dans cette visite que je n'oublierai pas, ce ne fut jamais que l'attitude du médecin traitant. Un an d'attente pour une consultation qui au final, fut plus rapide que le temps qu'il faut pour se laver les mains! C'est tout juste si le médecin a prit la peine de jeter un œil à mon problème. Si les médecins ne font que lire les compte-rendus des internes et prescrire un truc rapide en conséquence sans porter plus d'attention que cela aux patients, pourquoi sont-ils seulement présent à l'hôpital? Il aurait pu me ''traiter'' par texto depuis les îles Caïman... Navré pour ce coup de gueule mais je le dis tout net, nous ne sommes pas bien traités!

Je n'ai absolument aucun respect pour l'équipe de gestionnaires du CHU de Québec ni d'aucun de ces centres constituants. La plupart de ces cadres font partie intégrante du problème, car ils ne servent qu'à perpétuer un système outrancier et irrespectueux envers l'intelligence humaine. Le pire, ils sont, en plus, surpayés! ... Alors mes taxes servent à payer ces navets, c'est tellement désolant, jamais je ne paye pour des produits de si piètre qualité, seulement lorsqu'on me l'oblige par mes taxes. :/
