My 13 year old daughter and I went to the Haunted motel and were proud of ourselves that we got through it without “checking out” early! It was awesome and very scary! Well worth the admission fees but be warned it is scary! Mostly due to the fact that 90% of it is in complete darkness. Do not take children and even grown children who scare easily... as this will mess with them! We considered tapping out early but were glad we stuck it out! If you like to be scared it’s a must to do while in Cavendish. A tamer experience more suited for those that scare easily and the younger would be the Haunted mansion in Kensington... about 20 minutes from Cavendish.

Omg it was amazing!!!! The haunted motel is beyond great. We went for the later one after 2 i do not reccomend younger children. The actors for the motel are so good. They do have a great option if you are afraid part way through. The staff for the whole place are amazing so friendly and a great laugh. Very clean i was there for a couple hours and i saw them clean the bathroom twice in that time not because it was dirty either. The laser tag is so amazing a decent size space. There was 8 of us in there and there were moments i didnt see anyone. I highly recommend going to this place!!!

It is a ton of fun! Each time is very different because the staff like to change it up so that it doesnt get boring for them and the guests. It is so much fun to watch this videos and see the reactions of the guests faces. If you come to Cavendish and like going to haunted houses the Route 6 Motel is a must!

This. Was. Amazing. It had all the elements of a haunted house. Truly top notch. Warning it is really scary. My two ten year olds didn’t make it through. There was a safe word you can use and we used it. We got hot about halfway through and when we said the code they got us out ASAP. Pitch black. Great fun. Highly recommend. This is the first review I have ever written. :)

We went into kids haunted house with a 5 year old and baby. Assuming it was kid friendly. We were not advised that there were very loud noises. The staff should notify you in advance of this. We had to leave after just entering.

Loved it. Had a blast with my teen kids, watching them scream and run each other to get out. Not for smaller kids of the faint of heart.

I love haunted houses, but they always come in such varying qualities and styles. This one was really well done - a few jump scares, lots of creepy live actors at various turns, following you, chasing you.. I’ve done quite a few houses and I’d definitely recommend this one.

My teenage son and I did the adult version, no lights, and I almost lost my voice from screaming. We had a wonderful time. It's amazing. In some ways, I wish it took more time to go through, but was thankful it was over.

Great experience. Before 2 pm is family friendly and after 2 is scary. It was very dark and some parts are piercingly loud. We enjoyed it, staff was great.

I don't normally write reviews, but kudos to these guys. I've been to Universal Studios HHN, and this was far scarier! Definitely recommend for anyone who likes a good scare.

All the teens were screaming seconds after walking through the door and none of them stopped until the came back out! The girls AND boys were shaking. Definitely do again!
