Dr.Carruthers is the best Doctor I ever had .He is very understanding and will take the time it take when you go for your appoitment.He is not like other Dr. I had before moving to Charlottetown they give you 15 minutes for 1 problem.....so if you have more then one thing to discuss with those Dr. You have to make another appoitment I am 100% serious.
