The receptionist was insanely rude to me, told me I was wrong multiple times when I was just asking questions, and ended the conversation with "go away I cant help you" it was a very unpleasant experience considering the situation I'm in. I will never be come back here for any help ever

Some of the people stationed at front door were rude but in all fairness not all as the older gentleman was kind and caring as he asks patients if we are cold.(That place seemed colder when he left). Waited for many hours while my small children slept in the car waiting outside. The doctor saw me by midnight, was either incompetent or just lacks compassion. I was in tears when I left the hospital. I couldn’t believe it.

The emergency department is very well run and efficient. I am very grateful to all the people who work in that hospital (Nurses, assistants, doctors, cleaners, etc) Once I set foot in the hospital they took care of me and I felt I was in good hands. Although emergency hopistal might get busy, nurses and the doctor took the necesary time to explian what it was going on inside my body. I really appreciate that.

I been here 3times really do feel like I am taken care of well there nurses are amazing. Angie's especially my favorite she has a British sense of humor and she uses words I find funny like fire brigade. And then some other British lingo she uses that's hilarious.

I came to emergency room 4 times for 5 days . My last time it was November 23 and I didn’t speak and couldn’t move. For 4 days I could not eat or drink anything. I vomited about 40 times a day ,in other hospital were I was , after one Intravenous therapy I was sent home and at home I was getting worse and worse. my last visit was at South Health Campus ,my last chance as I could no longer walk on my own. Dr. Young saw my condition and admitted me to the hospital. I felt much better now , I am still in the hospital, but he is just a wonderful doctor who treats the patient with kindness and warmth, he is a special man ! thank you very much Dr. Young! And also thank you for all personal for being so kind!

Took my 3 year old girl for nausea and vomiting. Staff members were kind, accommodating and caring. We waited for 1 hour before getting called in. Doctor was patient with my fatigued 3 yo and explained every step of the process. After half a pill of Zofran and 100 ml of electrolytes, she felt better and was discharged. Thanks to all the team members of that facility for this experience.

Had to take our toddler to the emergency for stitches... the paediatrician that should have been there until 1, decided they were not busy enough and left ???? I would have only given one star but the other staff was helpful. In emergency doctors should stay for their entire shift!!

Took my 6 years daughters to the emergency, she had a stomach flu, the emergency was not busy but still took us 5 hours to finally see a dr . The nurse was so rude in emergency, she was behaving rudely and aggressively for asking her simple questions, I felt humiliated . They should show some respect to the patients and their families and try to be compassionate. I won't go back there unless it is life- threatening.

I apologize for giving one star, but this place is too slow. I visit there for pain in my arm and leg but they are unable to find out the reason after spending 7 hours. And they take the blood from the arm which is paining, and leave the IV in the arm for next 5 hours. After requesting three times to remove the IV no one take initiative to remove it. I clearly told the nurses that this IV is increasing my pain but no response. I am still having the pain in my arm and leg. The medicine they prescribed is also increasing my problem.
