Came in for an ultrasound, been brought into 4 diffrent rooms, talked with 2 doctors and 5 nurses, had an xray, waited all day, just for a final doctor to tell me they don't do ultrasounds at this facility in any way. Every nurse I talked to was confused as to why I wasn't getting one as I'm unable to walk and the doctors refuse to give even the basic medical attention to actually help

I know it's covid and we should be thanking doctors and nurses but man, don't talk down to people who have legitimate reason for coming to emergancy. Normal people can't wait through the night with incredible pain for some clinic to rush us back to you.

Just don’t go there. I went to the emergency and the nurses are more than rude. They laughed at me when I said I wanted to lay down because of the pain. They told me I’m only waiting for 1 hour and laughed with saying they’re not Dairy Queen or Starbucks. After being treated really bad from those nurses, I left the hospital with crying before seeing the doctor. Just trust me and don’t go to this hospital

3 hours so far sitting in pain with a ruptured spinal disk at 3 am. If the wait time says 1h45 expect to be there for twice that. No offer for pain relief. No one in the lobby no one in waiting area. These people get paid to watch you suffer.

Some of the nurses in the emergency room are extremely dishonest and unprofessional. Wish I could give their emergency room 0 stars

Had a trip to the hospital in Leduc in the ambulance August 20, had great sevice from both, unfortunately they did not find anything wrong with me and I ended up getting another ride inan ambulance in Calgary on the 22nd where i got diagnosed with Labyrinthitis and Vestibular Neuritis by nurse Kelly.Thanks to all for the service.

Only one Doctor is on duty!thats why its a long long wait! Waited 3 hours to be seen by doctor. Not enough doctors, cutting healthcare system..a big problem in Alberta.privatization??of hospitals to be of profit maybe.Goodluck to all going to hospitals you have to wait hours..

I went in to this emergency room at around 9pm. I was brought through the admitting procedure quickly and I was impressed. Then the rest of the experience was not as good. The nurses, after getting me into the room, never checked on me - I was there for over 5 hours. The doctor was fantastic, the nurses were inattentive and were heard loudly conversing in the hallway about the way this hospital worked vs other hospitals they had worked at. Finally between 3 and 3:30 AM I was discharged and the nurse gave me a prescription - that wound up not even being made out to me. The majority of the "rooms" I saw (I was moved 2 times during my 5 hours there) were converted patient rooms with 4 chairs that patients were expected to sit on while they waited. The nurses spent more time complaining about the jobs they had had than checking on or conversing with patients.
