I called today asking if I can do a walk-in as a first time patient and they said I can come in at 11. Reception was very friendly and I was seen right around 11 as told. I believe I saw Dr. Sutiono and she was great. I was very happy with the whole experience and would go back as a walk-in if needed again.

I've found the staff to be helpful with each interaction and have had no issues. I see Dr. Ogana as my GP so I've not tried it as a walk in. She is really great, I never feel rushed. Parking is a bit expensive but I've never had to wait too long so I could probably pay for less time. There's also a convenient bus stop and bike parking.

Their reception SUCKS. They say open until 5 but close the doors and stop answering the phone after 4. Don't waste your time. I stayed because I liked my doctor but I'm never going back because the reception is that terrible.

I have been with this clinic for over two years now, only because I like the doctors there, the front desk staff are something else. They are rude, unfriendly, and uncaring. This had been consistent and I just wonder why those responsible are not doing anything about it. It is unfortunate, but I am done with this clinic despite the fact that I like the physicians there.

I really like this medical clinic. I come here for regular services and the doctors are always kind, professional and knowledgeable. The front office staff are friendly and organized. They do appointments and walk-in services and are usually very timely in seeing patients.

i find the staff rude and lazy, rarely pick up the phone and don't care about anything you need. I have been spoken down to and laughed at and highly recommend you go anywhere else. I've also had very rude doctors who don't listen to me and just call me naive. seriously go anywhere else.

I was new to calgary and wanted to find a good reliable clinic. The location has a pharmacy and a lab in the same building so its a one stop shop. The hours are good, staff is incredible and they can usually book you in for appointments within a week! My doctor Dr C-Sutiano is an incredible doctor. I have never had birth control before and she educated me thoroughly on all of the options and the interian of the IUD with a little mini model to show me. She did the procedure on me and it was quick and there was no pain afterwards. Will be staying at this clinic as long as im in calgary.

Dr Ogona is a great doctor; but the clinic is one of the worst I have been too. Front desk staff are dismissive, and rarely actually listen to what you are saying. Ridiculous charges on services that should be free, and very high parking rates. If you have to go here, prepare to be frustrated with front desk.

Dr Claudia Suitono is a great doctor who is unfortunately represented by an incompetent front line staff team. You have to go in person to book an appointment (half of the receptionist jobs is to answer phones) and when you get there they look at you like you have 3 heads. Would not recommend to someone with chronic illness that requires ongoing prescriptions.

If you have any other options, I do not recommend to go there. There is mostly one doctor at a given time. So, they are always in a rush. Walk is a pain, have to wait for hours. The front desk staffs are just nasty.

The staff at Foothills Medical Clinic are friendly, and the staff physicians seek to fulfil/respond to you needs quickly and thoroughly. Yes, you do need to pay for parking, but that's a small thing on the scale of accurate and attentive care.

The staff have snobby and unreasonable attitudes. watch out! if you go here for important medical referrals or with important medical concerns you initial visit will be as good as they can make it but they will not have any understanding if your anxiously awaiting results and happen to panic trying to contact them to get the results lile I did. They will not hear your apology or give you a chance to speak first and explain your actions they essential concider anything thats not calm cool and collected as abusive and will disharge you without giving you a second chance or second thought regardless of the importants or cencern behind you seeling medical attention in the first place.

Looking for a new doctor and tried Foothills Medical Clinic as a walk-in. Reception was very good on the phone and efficient when I arrived. The doctor(s) were fantastic. Easy to talk with and listened.

Dr Ogona is amazing 5/5 but her front desk staff are not very good at all. It can be quite difficult to make an appointment and you often have to play phone tag with the front desk. They don't give you reminder texts or calls for appointments which most dr offices do and they are not always the most polite.
