It's a parkade, so about as special as a parkade can be. Good customer service when I forgot my ticket after paying. They opened the gate to let me out!

it's a parking garage, not a park... it's well lit, well maintained, and super easy to use (especially with the parking app now!). As far as parkades go, I've been in better and worse. When you think of the type of clientele going to the emergency room, I'm a little surprised they don't make all the stalls a little wider - but having said that, I've never had a door ding from here and it's really nice how close this parkade is to both the emergency entrance and the main entrance.

Be cautious of the machine where you pay for your parking. It ate my credit card. Called the help button but you can't hear them and they can't hear you. Faintly heard they were sending someone out. 45 min later the maintenance guy came by, the help line didn't even contact him. He was just coming by to check on the machines! He got my card out in a matter of moments, just don't believe the help line when they say they are sending someone right out!

This is lot 1 There are entrances on 2 sides of this parkade. You pay for parking on floor "4" by the elevators before leaving (floor 4 is the one just outside emergency).
