The specialty rx infusion clinic located in this building hire the most unprofessional and unreliable nurses I've ever experienced. They stood me up for an infusion appt I get every 8 weeks that they booked. The nurses are extremely young and inexperienced and there is no mature professional supervision. They don't keep their appointments and have terrible iv technique when they do manage to show up for work. If you are a chronic illness patient avoid this place at all costs. Unprofessional and unreliable

Had an apt with Dr Wagner at 8:30. Still hadn’t been called back at 9:20. Went to the receptionist to ask what’s going on she was very rude and proceeded to lecture me that I would just have to wait. I understand doctors can run behind from time to time but the receptionist should be more apologetic and know office etiquette to have that conversation with me more quietly and not use a volume that the other patients can hear. Very unprofessional and not impressed.

This building has been around forever here in Calgary, but has received substantial renovations on it. There is surprisingly an adequate amount of parking here. Just remember your license plate number and type it into the machine when you pay. Inside is clean and orderly. A little better signage inside or perhaps even a computer screen at the front would really make it much easier to navigate the centre quicker. The staff there are generally helpful and quite kind.

Oncology staff, doctors and the volunteers are lovely. Very welcoming and friendly nurses and doctors. The general reception at the main entry wasn't that helpful or proactive though. I spent a few minutes looking around lost and they never bothered to ask me if I needed help and one even looked at me funny when I said I had an appointment. Explaining that I had an appointment then became an unnecessary 5 minute ordeal. It's a hospital - people get referred for specialist appointments every day. They have some strange card system that was poorly explained and a touch confusing since you keep the card. As well, parking is a ripoff. I recommend going a bit early and street parking; It's $6 for 1.5hrs. If you have time left over, at least get a coffee nearby. You paid enough.

For a Hospital that is close to127 years old it's holding very well actually, you can smell the "old smell of it, in some area's" nice Hospital though, I had an appt there yesterday...there are alot of Specialists that work out of it, and I find the staff very nice, parking is small in a way around 100 stalls, until you drive around and find more, backs onto the river and is a really nice park and walking paths...please note to city planners-"do not destroy" this Hospital like you guys did with the General Hospital ..that was a complete moronic decision you made-really!

This is the old Holy Cross Hospital re-purposed into various private medical offices, and private day surgery. It is centrally located, easy to get to and there is a paid parking lot in the front.

Very good access for wheelchairs, and the city's only dedicated dentist for people with Mobility challenges. Dr. Trey Petty, located on the ground floor, has ceiling-mounted tracks and lift at every hygienist station.

Utterly useless doctor and has no sense of human in him. Soulless person who's there just for the money. Holy Cross Centre is a trashy mazy place/clinic/centre/disaster. Should be closed.

I have been at this clinic twice and they are "screwups". They seem to be very inconsiderate with blaming undercurrents. I am mature woman and therefore had little legal control over some of the past events of my life due to a Dysfunctional legal system (if it was there at all) The first time I was there the "green horn" internal MD twisted my pubic hair until I yelled and the second time there today they twisted the inserted speculum around. Any experienced MD would not do that. I am making my next appt at another clinic Stop Blaming and show a woman of my age some Respect.I earned it

I'm glad to see this old hospital refurbished, & not torn down, especially in the centre of the city. I saw an Eye, Ear, Nose & Throat Specialist. He was dressed rather slovenly, & his clothes appeared dirty. A Dr. needs to be CLEAN, NEAT & TIDY. His younger Receptionist had poor Customer service skills. She appeared to be angry & abrupt with everyone. There needs to be some Training & Upgrading in this office.

I was nervous going for my appointment today that I would receive adequate care due to the reviews I read. Am I ever glad I give everybody the benefit of the doubt and I keep in the back of my mind people only ever take the time to write nasty reviews, I thought I would take my time to do the opposite. Dr.Huang and his staff could not be any more human and capable. Every person in there is a great person and this is a top tier unit aimed at providing the safest and the most quality care available in the most difficult of times! The receptionist completely forgot me. I had an appointment at 8:40 am, and I was told to take a seat. A hour later, I go back to the desk and the receptionist tells me she forgot to check me in. Worst experience ever, a 20 minute appointment took me over an hour.
