Emergency is filthy. Hair, dust bunnies, broken crayons and snacks littered all over the floor. Snotty tissues and garbage stuffed in between the cushions of the benches. I can only imagine the things I can’t see lingering around the waiting room. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Absolutely disgusting. Brought my toddler with a fever but decided we would be better off at home. More risk of catching something else in the waiting room. Totally unacceptable cleanliness standard for a CHILDRENS hospital in Alberta.

Had to go there to remove a tumor and was absolutely wonderful in all ways. It was clean, the staff were friendly and it was overall a great experience.

Exceptional care especially in the Emergency Department. Whether you were brought by ambulance or by your own instincts you get the same amount of care and your questions are always politely answered. I went there for stitches that had somehow fell out of my back from when I'd had my previous surgery. Scary

If it's serious, don't bother with another urgent care or hospital. My kids have received top quality care and the referrals they need. Emergency care is great including their emergency mental health wing.

Good, thorough screening. Only thing I find about appts here. I Can arrive 15 mins early and I'm still sitting and waiting 1 hr to see the specialist. How does a person know how much parking time do they need. Your phone has no reception so running down and adding parking time is your only option.
