My Mother (101 yrs young) was there for seven weeks after falling and fracturing her hip. The care she recd there was excellent! I couldn’t have wished for a better place for her to go. Great, caring staff❤️

Great place when you need help. Awesome staff that actually care about you, and i'm not just referring to the clinical staff, nutrition, housekeeping, maintenance, everyone offers at the very least a smile, which someday's can be worth everything. THANK YOU

I'm a 37 year old man who's been a resident of Carewest Glenmore park for a month so far at wing 1 west. I wanted to give some well deserved praise to some of the above and beyond staff here....Nurses like Rachel, Geoff, Debbie R, Debbie, Florita, Noha, Taryn, Maureen , Aida and Polly have been very caring and compassionate. Not all of the nurses are created equal though, Some of the nurses are quite rude and have attitudes. They come to you in the sunroom which is for the residents to complain about the noise, when most people here sleep with their door open. All the physiotherapist staff especially Lelani and the Social worker Sharon and the occupational therapist Julie have all been amazing and gone well above and beyond to assist me. Most of the staff are still good here but there's a difference between doing your job and actually caring about your patients. The residents here are mostly good although a lot of the older ones offer up there opinions and judge you based on your age so Ive got into it with a few of them. Give respect to get respect type stuff. Overall my stay here has been pretty good although of course I'm looking forward to getting home to my gf and our puppy:)
