The doctors in this clinic are nice and professional. But the receptionist is pretty rude and not professional. My wife had made an appointment for yesterday a week ago. And all the sudden yesterday we receive couple messages from the receptionist, the messages said she needed to leave at 4, so she wanted us to move her appointments 30 minutes early. Her appointment is 2:45pm before, and she wanted her to come at 2:15. In the message she wanted her to call back to confirm that. And she did call back, but no one pick up the phone. At 12:30 they called me again and left the message, so I called back and the answer machine saying they are in lunch (12:00 to 13:15). Around 1:30 the receptionist called again, finally this time we didn’t miss the call, and she wanted her to be in the clinic at 2 not 2:15, if she was late, it would consider her missing appointment. We are living in Airdrie, so we rush ourselves and speeding to arrive the clinic. We found out the receptionist wanted to leave early, so that’s why she wanted to change the patient appointment. Very unprofessional. She also pretty rude to my wife and my mother in law!

Dr. Kavalinas is my GP and she is phenomenal. She is an extremely intelligent and compassionate professional. Dr. Phillips (the owner) is refreshingly humble, with all the same traits as her colleague. Nothing but praise for this clinic.

Went in for a walk in and dealt with an incredibly rude receptionist with no professionalism whatsoever. No Covid social distancing behind the desk or in the waiting room as it was absolutely packed. They don't allow patients to take a number and leave so are forced into the packed waiting room. Very uncomfortable setting and incredibly rude receptionist. If I could give a no star rating I would.

My father saw Dr. Raymond Tam here and had an unpleasant experience. He has been to this office for years to see Dr. Sy Lam who is patient and caring. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Dr. Tam. He was short-fused and impatient. My father asked him more "too many questions" and he made it more than obvious that he was displeased. When he exited the room, he was still upset as he grumbled about his displeasure of being asked "so many questions". As someone who has worked in health services research, I am disappointed to hear that new and young doctors such as Dr. Tam have not acquired EQ in order to provide friendly yet professional care.

My Doctor is/was amazing...but the receptionist is rude and ignorant. The hours leave a lot to be desired if your a tradesman, never open when needed after work or weekends

Dr R Tam is one of the best Family MD's out there. He took over for Dr M Aucoin and I am SO glad. He is thorough, kind, informative, takes time going over all your needs and NEVER makes you feel like a number. I am so lucky to have found this MD, it took about 4 others to finally find one that is a true professional. Oh and the other staff are awesome also....not sure about the other review here for Dr Tam, but I have never had a bad experience. Keep being AMAZING Dr Tam!!!

Well run medical facility with great staff and an excellent variety of medical services available. Dr. Lam is extremely patient and caring. My family and I have seen him over the past 30+ years and he always goes above and beyond. Would recommend this clinic
