I'm giving it a 3 because it's frustrating that I can only renew two prescriptions in a day. I have to log in again the next day to renew my third prescription. Other than that, it's easy to navigate. It allows good communication between me and my doctor. There are many good qualities about this app. But being only able to renew two prescriptions in a day knocks it down two points, in my books.
