Dr Sahin and his team stitched up a wound I got from a little mountain biking fall at the resort nearby. Coming from Toronto I was dreading going in but man was I surprised! Not only was the service speedy (in and out in 90 min), but the staff were extremely pleasant, respectful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Dr Sahin was super chill, culturally competent, and down to earth. Well informed, laid back, and inclusive are elemental qualities patients look for in a physician and Dr Sahin epitomized it. I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled here.. keep up the good work team Golden!

I told Dr Tan I'd post a review. Here it is. THANK YOU DR Tan and emergency staff for diagnosing my SCAD heart attack on a day when your emergency was full of people with serious medical conditions. Your professionalism, attention to detail and amazing skills saved my life. Three cheers for Golden hospital and staff.

I was brought in with a dislocated shoulder experiencing excruciating amount of pain. The nursing staff were very professional and took me in right away. Gave me drugs for pain and after they took the x-rays doctors put me under and popped my shoulder back in place. It was very quick and once I woke up the pain was gone. Big thanks to the doctors and nurses for taking care of me.

It seems there are no patients here except my mom, who is in a lot of pain with a hurt hand. We've been waiting here alone for 2.5 hours. Very well staffed place though. There are 3-4 nurses chatting and entertaining themselves (as there is nothing for them to do). 2 janitors are wandering around... But for some reason there is only a single doctor! We asked what was going on with the super long wait, and a nurse replied "why do you ask"? Um... Because my mom is in a lot of pain, and we're not being paid to sit around all day like them... But then, if you're in Golden, you don't have any other options. Great example of Canadian healthcare. Lots of employees everywhere, no doctors to do any work because we can't afford their salaries.

I am traveling across the country on vacation and had to have minor surgery. The wound requires to dressing change everyday . I stopped in at Golden hospital and the staff were totally wonderful . Thank you for your service your help was truly appreciated.

Went skiing, crashed and broke my humorous and dislocated my shoulder. Very painful and had to be transported down the hill and then to hospital. Hard on me and on my family. I woke up calm and rested in a sling after what was clearly a traumatic experience of about 5 hours but I don’t remember it as the medicine wiped it. Very thankful that the kind and helpful staff made a very traumatic event so tolerable and sent me home feeling well cared for. Many many thanks!! XO
