I have a severe fear of going to the hospital/doctor because of previous bad experiences with other hospitals. The nurses and doctors here were so patient with me and were incredibly kind. I felt so cared for and listened to, which I rarely ever feel. Thank you to the staff who helped me ❤️

Eventually triaged into an out of sight corner chair in some random room. 4 hours of waiting. Inefficient. And on a previous visit they forgot to submit a referral.

Well if you want to be put in a room and ignored for hours come here. Ask for a glass of water several times and I get ignored. Never again will I enter this hospital

The staff are amazing and do wonders with the little space that they have. I spent 2 months going there twice a day for iv therapy and have no complaints.

Having a family get together an everyone was sharing theyre awful stories about this hospital, absolute horror stories. Thought id look up reviews on the place to see other peoples experience ???? ...apparently if you need care this isnt the place to go to. Someone who recieved care there would like me to add " do yourself the favor and save yourself and , drive the extra 10 minutes to chilliwack could be the difference of surviving it was in my case and my son" ????

This hospital is the best. I have been quite sick the last couple months. I have had to go to the ER 3 times since then. Every time they took care of me quickly and efficiently. First time I went had to spend 4 days in hospital, care was excellent. Great staff.

I wont go unless Im near death. Once I had a female doc who I made an official complaint about as she wouldnt id herself and confirmed I would have to wait hours..on a quiet nite for a finger cut. Asked if I needed stitches and she wouldnt answer but had to wait almost 3 hrs in a room with nobody around..took a book so I was ok but finally she came and put a little strip over the cut. I asked if that could be purchased at pharmacy and she said yes..no apologies..also commanded me that was enough for a mild complaint..no way I will go to Hope hospital unless there is no alternative.

I've taken my kids there a few times with small injuries and sickness. They have always been fast to help. Knowledgeable and treat my kids and myself very kind. It's a small hospital so major injuries I would assume get sent to chilliwack or Abbotsford.

I brought my daughter in with a suspected concussion...the Dr. (L, I think) was very up to date with concussion protocols & answered all my questions, without making us feel rushed. He spent the time with my daughter & did a very thorough exam. Even though we had to wait longer than I had anticipated before getting in, I appreciated the time he spent with us. I personally felt a little dramatic for bringing her in, but I got what I was looking for & now I have the knowledge to take care of my daughter properly, so thank you!

Brought my pregnant wife there after 811 recommended we get to a hospital asap. Should have driven to Chilliwack. We waited nearly 5 hours. Triage alone took half an hour.

The nurse stabbed my arm so ridiculously rudely I'm in arm pain from needle insertion. I was so mad I couldn't have ripped it out my arm.vthe doctor seemed unthorough

The staff was friendly and efficient. The line for vaccinations moved smoothly and the staff was very conscientious in sterilizing surfaces between patients.

Long waits even on slow days. Front desk staff are very dismissive, won’t give any information on wait times etc and don’t seem to care about people’s health. Go to chilliwack hospital it’s much better

Awful ! My papa has stage 4 cancer and was in excruciating pain. The ER was dead barely anybody in there at all. I even overheard nurses explain how dead it was ! The wait was still 3 hours ! Absolutely ridiculous. People are in pain and they just take their sweet time.

Arrogant lazy nurses who only grudgingly do their job as if they are govt bureaucrats with no supervision. Radiation dept very rude. Outrageous rudeness.

Well my 78 year old grandfather went in for pain in his abdomen and chest areas, i dont know what exactly was said at these visits, but 5 days in a row he goes in for the same thing, waits in waiting room no less the 5 hours each time, and upwards to 8 on some days, just to be sent home again. they never found namonia that he had or an abcest beside his apendix, or on day 4 that the apenix burst. day 5 he gets rushed to Chilliwack for a scan on his abdomen. They find the absest and bust apendix, aldo he has namonia.. Great. when arriving in chilliwack, surgen said he was 5 min from death on the operating table when he started working on my grandfather. Good job hope staff! proud of yeah! smh.
