Went to do a CT Scan.Got IV extroversion my hand was swollen and it hurts. Do not recommend this place. Edit: I see response to call a number or email but what good will that do?

Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and I did the registration plus screening. My appointment is at 10:20 am and at 11:20am they called me in. How is this place going to become a fully operational hospital but can't handle time management. My country that's under sanction has way better Health Care System then here. My doctor unfortunately referred me & I will make sure not to go to any Willing Osler Hospitals. Only come here if you want to skip work or a family gathering!

If you're really hurt, I don't recommend going here, if you're not really hurt then there's not even a point going anyway. My dad fell on February 10th at 4:00 pm hurting his ankle. He couldn't move or walk. He went to the Urgent Care at around 6:00 pm. The first two line-ups were nice and quick. When he waiting for a doctor, the doctor just looked, not even checked, and sent him to the x-ray. A few minutes later. this nurse gave a paper to my dad when he was in a wheelchair, and she told him to go to the "green zone" to drop it off. By the time he moved his wheelchair out of his room, the same nurse walked with another patient with no disabilities too walk and dropped the paper into the green box for him, before my dad. While he was waiting in the green zone, the SAME nurse walked with another family of 4 and dropped the paper for them. And a few minutes later, again the SAME nurse dropped the paper for a family of 2. After the x-ray came out, the doctor still didn't look or check my dad's ankle, he just said "the x-ray shows there are no broken bones" and just didn't give anything. After my dad went home, the ankle got swollen so bad he still couldn't walk or move. The first picture was taken right after the hospital. The second picture was my dad's ankle the next morning. I'm glad to see that the owner responds to the reviews. Hopefully there can be better service for needed people.

Take a lot time to see a patient. Minimum waiting time is 3-4 hrs. If you’re seeing this location, please take off from your work

Very efficient! In and out right on time

I had a 7:30 AM scheduled appointment and was told to show up 15 minutes before my appointment. I showed up around 25 minutes early and was screened by check-in, registered by the nurse in the next area, and taken to the doctor's room within 10 minutes. Once seated in the doctor's room, I was seen within 5 to 7 minutes and had my next follow-up appointment scheduled. The entire process took less than 30 minutes, even though the referring appointment sheet said to be prepared to wait between 1 to 3 hours. The emergency department was closed to walk-in visits, so I guess that is why everything ran without hiccups for scheduled visits. Having an early appointment also played a role in getting in and out quickly, too, I'm sure. I hope my follow-up appointment goes as well in a month, but that visit is scheduled for 10:30 AM instead of early morning. I will update my review based on the follow-up visit, but I am impressed so far with this location.

2019 just before Christmas I had a heart attack COVID19 was active I was ready in no time for surgery stent was in place and I was scheduled with cardiologist all of hospital stuff nurses doctors and all other people along duty lines was quick they was all aware of corona but still unselfishly running from one to another patient . Not so long after I learned from doctor that. I have lung cancer soon after I was admitted to the hospital for surgery and again these brave people unselfishly work around me as well as other patients I’m writing this still with a question in my mind would I be able to do that they truly deserve recognition with huge thank you and blessings. Happy new year 2022 to all.

The worst experience I got from a health facility. My wife and I tested covid-19, six days before. I got the result in 4 days, and unfortunately it's positive. But NO ONE from the health facility contacted me regarding what's next. ai didn't get any help form them YET (six days after test). The most funny thing is, my wife didn't get the result, and is showing 'in progress' for last 3 days. I never thought these people are these much careless and unprofessional with this pandemic situation. I will never ever suggest anyone to go to their covid assessment centres.

This place is so callous and should not be called a hospital. I came there last night with my 2 1/2 year old who was suffering with significant breathing issues. (Turns out later he had pneumonia). The nurse at the front would not even look at my son and immediately wanted $1000.00 (I’m an american with insurance but not ohap) before even glancing at him. She then continued to say that since it was late and that they would take the $1000 but no physicians are there and we would need to then go to another hospital. It made absolutely no sense what she was saying. I asked her, what if my son is really sick, you won’t even look at his condition without $1000? She said yes. We then proceeded to another hospital down the street where they looked at him and immediately found out it was serious and escalated his treatment. Do not go to Peel if you don’t have ohap. Heartless and cold!

Very good staff at this hospital.. was surprised to see such great staff ... best hospital in Brampton... thanks for the care you guys provide at this place. this hospital is managed very well ..thank you

Manoj Mailbox

It's a new facility for urgent care. Well staffed and equipped. They advise to return next day if the condition requires a revised. …

I really wish I could give this place 0 stars. Went in to get a covid test done and the whole time the nurse who was taking the families information was talking to her friends laughing not paying attention to what she was doing. This caused her to incorrectly input my information which is highly important in order for me to get my covid test results back. She didn't take the time to confirm any of the information given, instead she rushed through it without confirming any of the information she just took. Im not sure how you can be so careless with peoples information like that especially when it comes to test results like that. smh

Muhammad Ashraf Mehr

Nice doctors and staff but need much improvement

Mandeep bedi

Very clean place staff is very friendly. Thanks ????????

Went to urgent Care on Christmas day... Was taken care of by Amanda in Urgent Care. By far the best nurse I've ever had in my life. So caring and informative. This world needs more Amanda's!!!!!

Farzin Khatami

These stars is only for nurses not management. I lost my whole day for diagnostic my problem

LuckdawgSOD Trapstarz

Service is mad slow wait 2 hrs with no help in urgent care

Maria C Soegijanto

Our first time in this hospital and we were quite impressed with the modern facility that this hospital has to offer. Yes, we agree with a reviewer who commented that the hospital's carpark was rather small. Everyone from the volunteers to the doctor were professional and kind. We are pleased with the service.

Balbir Grewal

It was a great experience at the Peel Memorial Urgent Care Centre all the staff and Drs. Were very helpful and supportive.

Sanjay Verma

Worst place to go for medical treatment. Avoid at any cost. The doctors here are completely dumb and so slow. Plz go to hospital u might get better doctors and may be faster than this place. Medical system in this country sucks anyways.

Emine Bayram

I've been here twice now for my daughter and both times were pleasant. When your all ready stressing about your loved one the last thing you want to be also stressing about is wait times, rude doctors and nurses etc. Both times there was hardly wait time and they were very good with my little one. Do recommend

Kari Daag

DO NOT GO HERE. Honestly would rate -5 stars if I could. The doctors here are absolutely clueless when it comes to EVERYTHING. They have misdiagnosed small issues multiple times and tonight was my last straw. Dr. Kessie is a pathetic excuse for a doctor - not sure where he got his license from. Be VERY careful if you go here and ALWAYS get a second opinion as not all doctors are smart people.

David Edwards

Although it was busy and somewhat slow, the staff were pleasant. ????

William Ovenstone

I've never been. Hope to never. If I do I hope it's five star so I give it five in advance.

bikash kumar

It was wonderful service. Thank you so much.

simerpreet singh

Doctors have 0 knowledge. Never visit this place.

Subasc Uwashanthan

My first time, found via google scarch and it was nice and very fast on my firat visite. Couple of staffs were not friendly however most of them were nice and very friendly. Very on a sunday and not a lot of waiting time and the service was very fast too.

Brown Brown

Not a busy hospital at all but they have such long wait times. I've been here since 10am for a ultrasound for my girlfriend and it's now 12 46pm and they said we might see someone by 1 30pm..... very slow service

Karla Neal

Wouldn't recommend. I'm generally not a complainer but the intake system is awful with a volunteer at the door who makes it worse by trying to organize patients. At her direction I got up 3 times with a sick baby only to be told to sit down? Will not be returning.

cathy hall

Everytime I've been here the service was pretty quick and sufficient. They did what needed to be done. Staff are very caring. My only complaint is that the last time I was there, they didn't send a copy of my health report to my dr.

Tara Cunha

This urgent care is by far the best in Brampton. Every time I have been the staff is friendly, have great bedside manner and and knowledgeable and efficient. I have had IV, full blood work, ultrasound, referrals for follow up and prescription and been out in 4 hours. Brampton Civic this would easily take 6-12 hours. Thank you to all the staff here! The urgent care is clean and brand new. Thanks to the staff for all you do!

Cynthia Amin

Went for a covid test only hospital i could have walked in n get it done everyone was nice explain things in details and the service was fast Thank you to all the health workers out there

Vaibhav Kadian

Went for Covid Test Drive-Thru (16th Sept.2020). At 1pm, there was 4hr wait time for Drive-thru and 2hr for walk in. Covid testing at the counter took only 10 minutes. You need not get out of car. Just tilt out of your car window and they will put sleek stick up your nose. It goes too much inside (had watery eyes), but it was quick, few seconds in and out. Ur inner nose part feels irritated for some time but it gets normal after a while. Upon arrival, they will guide you towards the drive thru diections and hand over a bar code form which allows you to register your details (email id) on their website, basically to collect your email id for sending out the results. After the test, they will hand over two copies of forms with general information to access covid result report. Please find the forms photos attached with this review. If this helps, plz give thumbs up.

Hugh Caldwell

They did a thorough job diagnosing my condition.

I hope I never end up here again. My concerns were not taken seriously at all. I was given Tylenol when I already said Aleve did not help and swelling was a major issue (Tylenol does little to nothing for inflammation). Apparently not being …

Suba Kalia

Went There with my son, when he injured his foot. The staff that meets you is very nice and helpful, but the doctor was over worked and very rude ( he did a 16 hour shift) .

Vivian Jagdeo

Been here 1.5 hrs , doctor came saw 4 patient in 10 mins then left and still waiting. Looks like the hospital could only hire 1 doctor for the day . I'd prefer go somewhere else than here next time.

ArmaanGaming

Hospital service is terrible do not recommend coming here doctors are very rude. And everyone has a negative attitude. DO NOT COME HERE

Gagan Gogla

By building a new huge hospital like on boviard it's waste tax payers money we are treated like second class citizen ,with rudeness and poor management and long wait good luck Brampton ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Shekaniyah Yisrael

They misdiagnosed me and it took three months to find the problem. The amount of medication was not enough so i go back to get another prescription and they do all the testing over again. The first time i went it was fast only because it was recently opened. Then the next time it took me 6 hours. The last time took 4 hours and they only took a blood test before i left. I didnt get any results or the actual test i needed. I wasnt going to wait 6 hours for them to prescribe me a medication l already knew i needed especially since i was told to come back in and that there was a note on my file. The nurse and doctors had no idea about what was going on even though it was my 3rd time in. Something that could have taken 15 mins took 4 hours because the doctor would just disappear and not come back and then a nurse would finally look for the doctor hours later.

Cristina Pinto

How many triage do you need to go through to see a Dr at Peel Memorial? Wait times are crazy and apparently you can only come to this place with ONE health issue. The triage nurse told us we can't tell her about all the issues my son is experiencing....ONLY ONE! Ridiculous.

Michelle W.

I have to admit I was nervous to go here after reading some negative reviews -- but I am leaving pleasantly surprised! I registered at 13:30 on a Sunday and left at 14:55. All of the staff were very helpful and polite - nurses, doctors, security guards and volunteers. I highly recommend going here instead of Brampton Civics emergency room, if possible!!

Manash Deb

I don't feel comfortable getting tested for COVID here! I went for COVID testing after taking online appointment at this centre as I got congested nose. But to my surprise, there is no drive-through testing anymore. You need to get inside the facility and stand in a queue to get tested. I decided to cancel my appointment and drive back home to self isolate for 2 weeks than getting tested here. I am not sure if I am lacking common sense that going to an indoor facility with prospective COVID19 patients standing next to you would increase my chances of testing positive significantly. So, I decided to run away. Hope the authorities understand these concerns to improve upon

CloverGarnet

Would rate the Urgent Care clinic 0 if possible. I took my young ill son in during the 3rd week of March. Although it opens at 8am, only 1 doctor was staffing the clinic until 10am, so the volume meant after waiting 1.5hrs from opening we still had 6 people in front of us. Registration and yellow waiting area staff were rude before we even asked any questions. And they triaged twice which wasted time and accomplished nothing but further delays, especially since they are disorganized with improper triaging of urgency of cases anyway. Useless. We left after 1.5hrs of waiting - and had to pay for parking too. (We ended up going to a walk-in clinic near home that was very attentive to his urgent health care needs - and appalled at how my son had been left waiting.) Don't waste precious time going to Peel Memorial Urgent Care.

I am happy with this facility, I went for the first time on May 15,2018, for a fail pregnancy. from start to finish the staffs were amazing. My second appointment was May 17, 2018 at the early pregnancy clinic, I met Sandra a nurse who was even more amazing, she is warm, welcoming, Sandra made me feel very comfortable and happy. I want to that her, as well as the lab tech who took my blood as well as the doctors who attend to me. I would recommend this facility, I just wish it was a normal hospital instead of just urgent care.

fazia zaman

Urgent care is closed until 10pm what if people are in pain or crisis going to emergency but they are closed at 10pm. That’s ridiculous!!!

King Midas

This is the worst hospital in a first world country, felt very third world. Lots of stupid redundancy and a waste of time. On intake u see 3 different people that are 3 feet apart and they ask the same stupid questions and for ur health card 3 times. It's just felt like a big debit machine setup to swipe ur health card and put u in a waiting game. I have a disabled daughter but couldn't get a wheelchair because they charge a loonie for it. That is a disgusting shame. I was there for 5 hours. I went here for throat and chest pain, coughing up mucous and fever and the doctor never even looked in my mouth at my super swollen tonsils. My dog gets better care at the vet. I would never come back here, this is a waste of tax payers money and time. Go to a walk in clinic or treat yourself before going here

Debbie N

I waited in the Emergency Care department for 3 hours, just for the doctor to tell me that he doesn’t know what happened and suggested to visit my family doctor instead. Most of the nurses didn’t seem to care about their job at all, and had a terrible attitude towards every patient. It’s very unfortunate that this is the only hospital in Brampton with an urgent care department.

ali khalid

Poor way of treating patient's concerns Highly disappointed in the so called excellent health system My blood pressure was 146/96 which is stage 2 hypertension, this reading was with the medication iam taking. The doctor who attended me said " even if the blood pressure is 200 it wouldn't bother me" . Maybe he knows much more But here are a few things i would add 1. He didnt ask me anything about my family history of blood pressure 2. I stood for him out of respect and he didnt tell me to sit down even. 3. In Short he took me and my condition for granted if i have no problem, These hospitals are too slow, so people who come here leaving their jobs aren't mad to show for no reason. 4. Poor service

satnam singh

I went for COVID test, took them 3 hours. No one explain nothing. If you ask them anything they will tell you to wait and be patient. No social distance was followed as in waiting area as everyone was sitting next to each other????

Rosie gujjar

Awesome experience! The doctors and nurses were great! They did a full check up. Would recommend going there then any other hospital.

Manpreet Singh

I had ear blockage, My family doctor was writing me ear drops unnecessarily for weeks which didnt worked. I went here to urgent care clinic and it took 30 mins to end my weeks long problem. They irrigate my ear and removed wax. Better to go here directly.

True North Muskoka

I was a patient yesterday in urgent care. I was very impressed with how they process patients. Considering the tremendous amount of pain I was in, I think I was diagnosed in a relatively short period (4 hrs). I had blood work then a CT scan. The staff were friendly and Dr Isabelle Imamedjian is great. I do think some people abuse the purpose of this facility. I think some could have gone to a local clinic.

Stylish. Thrifther

I went in with someone for a crisis situation. Never knew hospitals provided support for mental health crisis. I don't know who to blame for not doing a better job of informing the community that hospitals provide such services. The 1st nurse I came in contact with at the emergency was nice. Procutions are being taken. After admitting I find that the nurses got ruder and ruder after 2 days. I understand it's long hours and I also understand that the ward your in your not doing intensive work. So tell your staffs to fix their stinking Attitudes before they answer the phone's. If you no longer like your job quite.

Darren Moo Young (DisheswithDarren)

Helpful staff.

Rajiv Katnoria

Good experience with everyone.quick and fast services. Staff is really helpful and hard workers. Best place for getting test for COVID test and vaccinesnation.

This hospital allowed me to leave with a fully torn Achilles and told me everything was fine. While past visits, have been great this past Saturday July 16th I went in because I injured my ankle. I couldn’t walk on it and hobbled my way around the facility while passing triage nurses wouldn’t bother to offer a wheel chair. I was x rayed and explained to that nurse I heard a “pop” she confirmed this by asking me you said you heard a pop and I said yes.she continued her job. I was told to go meet the doctor that originally sent me to x ray and on my way back a light skin black nurse stood in my path and yawned as she stared me in the face..... she waited until I hobbled around her. The doctor called me into a triage room where he gave me the results of my X-ray In a hurry. He did not introduce himself this time nor the time when he first examined me in the hallway in front of other patients. He said to keep my leg elevated and lots of ice. I was relieved to hear it was only a strain but Also in disbelief. Before I could gather my thoughts I was sent on my way with a remark of stay away from Badminton. No question of what I do for a living, if I drive or stand for long periods of time, he mentioned a condition, and I had a startled look on my face so he quickly explained you need to stretch your feet more often. Leaving here with an unsettling feeling I went to another emergency walk in clinic the doctor herself assisted me. She set up an X-ray AND an ultrasound she CARED! The results came back and sure enough I had completely Ruptured my Achilles. Very painful. To future patients follow your intuition To the staff at this hospital working triage the night of July 16th shame on all of you. For your mistreatment and terrible mannerism towards patients. I will no longer be visiting this place.

Carrie Macinnis

Worst place ever...if they dont know whats wrong with you they just send you home to suffer Took a friend for an infection and because they didnt treat it her fetus died!! If they had of actully treated and cared for her she would still be pregnant

Roseline Datt

Came to this hoapital yesterday. Dr Rita was not professional at all. She examined me without the curtains drawn while ppl waking around. And also gave everyone their results without closing the door so everyone in the waiting room can hear the results. No privacy for patients. On top of that she did one samole test which came back after and hour then she decides she wants another test was another hour and a half. Then gave me outpatient ultra for today where i cleary told her my appendice is out. Will never come back here.

Reena S

June 16 I brought my mom to urgent care since her blood pressure was high. I came at 2pm. Mom was seen by a doctor within the hour which was great. The doctor told us that expect to stay here at least 6 hours because he has to do some blood work now and again in 4 hours. She also had to get her chest X-ray and ECG. After getting her xray Mom came back to the waiting room to sit and wait for her results. No one came to take her for a blood test and no one came to us with any updates on xrays etc. At 7pm she gets called in for a repeat blood test. The nurse was looking for the previous blood work results and could not find any! I asked mom did anyone take your blood test she said no! I was so upset sitting and waiting for 5 hours for what! Then at 7 the nurse took her blood test. Now I don’t know how long I have to wait the poor lady already has high blood pressure and now she is frustrated sitting uncomfortably. There is no cafeteria or coffee open on Sunday. We both are frustrated! We came here thinking it will be faster than Brampton Civic Hospital. Another hour left then they will close so I know we will be going home then. The staff needs to be on top of the paperwork and need to check up on the patients.

Since I have been going to Peel Memorial Health Center , I have been treated with professional help I have no complaints. My only complaint ; Timmies has set hrs. Closes at 3pm. No coffee after that time . Health Center closes at 10pm.

Sukhmani Hundal

Had they treated my son properly he would have been still alive. Think twice b4 u decide to go here.

M Y

Called me looking for someone else, clearly getting the wrong number. Then says, "one sec" and hangs up, not even uttering an apology about their mistake. If thats your front desk service, it'll serve as an experience to never go there.

Pint o' Irish

We were in emergency with my son for 7 hours... He had a fever so he was placed in a Quarantine room because of cvoid... He was in that room for 6 hours!!! An 11 month old waiting for 6 hours is unacceptable... He was very upset and uncomfortable, and we were told to keep him quiet by a nurse.... Are you kidding me.... When we asked a nurse for an update (about 4 hours into waiting), we were told that our son "is not a priority".... Absolutely disgusting... Nurses were very rude (I understand that these are stressful times, but have some compassion) Never going back, and I urge others to go somewhere else.

Carolina Alvarez-Leon

Went in for a pretty bad ankle sprain. Wait time was as good as one could expect it being a Brampton hospital and all, in total I was in and out within about 2 HRS. Negative things are such that l was unable to get a wheelchair that would of helped. One big thing is I find it completely unacceptable and unsatisfying how the only people who actually took a look at my naked ankle were the X-ray technician and the guy who carelessly wrapped my ankle. Doc didn’t even take my shoe off or look at it without the sock on, taking in the fact that I had advised him of a previous Injury suffered on the same foot 6 months ago. The major key that I actually found astonishing was that there was ZERO patient privacy. Didn’t even see a room for assessment. You have nurses talking amongst themselves about patients, nurses and doctors discussing patients and their charts right behind the waiting hallway (notice how I didn’t say area), patients are basically being assessed in the hallway where people are waiting to be assessed, no privacy what so ever.

Rawl R

I hope for your sake that you don't encounter Mary the Triage Nurse- you will be treated like a number (not a person) and talked down to with A LOT of attitude - not even looking at me & speaking in an obnoxious tone with her hand stretched out for my health card... there was no reason for this as I was well dressed & groomed...Also loooong Waits! If this is what free health care is like then I would rather pay! I walked in to get my blood work done around 8:30 pm and it is 12:10 am and I am still waiting for my result. Upon asking, they just told me that the doctor will be the one handing me the result hence I have to wait until he's done. Another patient was angry at the fact that she had to wait almost 4 hours too! Unless you are willing to wait that long, I'd say STAY AWAY from this "Urgent Care"!! Not to mention, this is my last time in this clinic/hospital.

RAINBOW WRITERS

As an urgent care facility designed to cater to non emergencies this location was wonderful. Clean and organized. Staff was pleasant, compassionate and helpful. I know if I had gone to emerge to get the simple iv site I needed to continue my home care it would have taken 5x as long. Though for other patients this is not emergency... if your complaint is SO serious you think you should be seen and diagnosed in a half an hour go to emerge you're in the wrong place. Worst thing about my experience were other whiny patients who thought the world revolved around their non critical issue. To other reviewers google how triage works and understand the first contact with triage is to assess if your critically ill... expect to wait for full triage if the clinic is busy because you aren't dying. It's so frustrating seeing grown adults whining because an ill infant triaged higher than them. Learn to be better patients.

Anthea Tung

This is horrible place - please do not come. I would have given it a 0 star if it is available !!! I came on a weeknight and was in there for 2 hours. The doctor examined me and did an X-ray for pneumonia. I came here for cold/flu/allergt maladies. Have issue with sinus infection. The doctor did not even want to give me meds for sinus issue - she said I have to go back to my family doctor for medication ! She’s not sure if it is viral or allergy and just sent me home and she said that with a smirk. Horrible experience! Do not come here !!!

Lennon B

Very friendly staff. Urgent Care took us in very fast.

Bad nurses, they treated my baby with no sympathy. The poor baby cried so hard and they still poke her so many times to get into the veins and they ended up send her to different hospital with my 14 months old bruises arms and legs as they couldn’t find the veins. They even told me that if they couldn’t do the IVF they have to go to her bone????? Please kill me instead. My baby has fever and vomiting. She has been always a healthy baby. This nonsense assumption almost gave me a heart attack. This traumatic event will haunt our family until the end of time. My heart still pain from seeing my baby suffer. And to top it up. When we went to Etobicoke General Hospital. They only gave her one needle in the muscle. And they accommodate and feel my panic. I don’t recommend this clinic to young baby.

Riyadh Baksh

Really nice hospital, new and modern! Tons of new technologies!

Raj Virk

My parents were disappointed with the timeframe of waiting to see the doctor. My father had a heart condition, which took 2hours to get triaged and then another 2 hours to see the Medical doctor to get a referral for X-ray and ECG. Then another 2 hours to again have the doctor review the results. This is LONG care not URGENT care. Staff were very rude and my parents were treated with the utmost disrespect. My father is an elderly 75yo man. Consequently, they will never be returning to this centre.

alka verma

I was rushed there on Monday evening for a fall I took and the doc' there made me move my legs etc and sent me home after giving me a shot and morphine tabs. I was in excruciating pain and in a wheelchair at the time. He said ,"No need for an x-ray ...it's just a muscular injury." My Doc has referred me for a MRI and I am on Tylenol 3 and Advil. Today morning, the pain became worse so i went to the Georgetown Emergency. They took a X-ray and it turns out I have an L-5 compression fracture!!!!

Ani Thomas

I was at the diagnostic center today; very friendly team, excellent service; manager was very attentive to the feed back provided. I hope they will keep up the same standard moving on... Noticed a dedicated volunteer --god bless her for her commitment/ service to the community.

Jugwinder Gill

All the nurses here are really helpful. My dad came in for emergency pain and he was treated after about an hour of waiting. So much faster than Brampton Civic Hospital!

Melanie Lee

Went in for minor surgical procedure. Very clean and modern, with fast efficient self check in, directions on where to go printed on slip once you've checked in, friendly staff who answered many questions that I had. Large clean modern operating room, with the same quality of friendly efficient staff, checking my information, matching info with my wrist band, paperwork and me verbally with each new person I interacted with. Anyone with a complaint about staff who work at this hospital, need to remember that it is a hospital, and no one working at it is their personal servant. If you come thru walk in, be patient, respectful, wait your turn.

Tiffany nosotti

If I could give 0 I would. My dad has extremely bad back pain he cant sit or stand has to lay down went there they did NOTHING no xray no tests not even a prescription for the pain. I am disgusted with this absolutely appalled what is this place there for cause in my opinion it isnt helping anyone my mom also went there cause she was extremely dizzy and no tests or anything she was told it was vertigo this place should just close back down cause apparently it's good for nothing i have alot more to say but it's not appropriate. You should be ashamed of this service and I hope people read this SAVE YOUR TIME AND JUST GO TO THE HOSPITAL THIS PLACE IS GOOD FOR NOTHING.

Very sad when go there they said there no emergency service for walk in

Ambrish Rajyaguru

Went to CT yesterday. Very well organized in timely manner.

Gurtirath Sandhu

My nurse gave me her number i tried to call 100 times from last week but she's not picking up the call

Joan Dorrance

Don't show up to this place if have high blood pressure. They don't care!????

L man

This place is VERRRRRRRRRRYYYYY slow. . . . The staff is great. . Very slow, but all the staff is very nice. . So if u have to come here. Get ready to take a nap, or bring a movie on ur device. .

Came to emergency today. First time at this hospital. The Black triage nurse (glasses, older lady with a curly/wavy weave) was rude and full of attitude. Im a nurse and I would never speak to my patients that way. Waiting room needs a better number system so they don't have to shout the client's name down the hall. Parking is too small. For a newer hospital it needs a revamp.

Brittany L

I like this hospital in the terms of it is not as busy as Brampton civic....BUT I had a BOOKED APPOINTMENT for my CAT scan today (which I waited 2 weeks for), and I had not been seen till 45 minutes AFTER my Appointment time... mind you, there was NOBODY waiting. Just me. This is extremely frustrating considering I had to drive all the way from Toronto to come here and now pay double the parking because my appointment time was super delayed. And I was there early as required. Also, receptionist was no where to be found. Nobody at their desks, no bell to call anyone over, can’t ask questions etc.... no help whatsoever. When I finally got called in to my appointment I expressed to the imaging nurse my concern, and he did not care at all. He just blew me off. No apology nothing, just flat out did not care at all. The staff here is super unprofessional, on more than one occasion. This has happened in the diagnostic imaging department on November 17th 2019. Thanks

Sholan Narine

First off I've visited here over a dozen times with different people. The wait times are hours long everytime. You have to pay to park. Nothing worth eating in the whole place. The vending machines don't take cards like its 1996. No priority for children so you'll expect to come to an urgent care facility with a small child and wait upwards of an hour. This place needs to change. The staff is hit or miss but the doctors are amazing. If you are in Brampton I suggest walk in clinics or the emergency room

The Chapmans

Spent exactly 9 hours 55 mins and my chart was apparently just sitting in the doctors to reassess yet l asked over and over how long l had to wait. The doctor that saw me earlier was Dr Joffe he was pleasant. So something happened with my file. Then finally a pleasant lady tried to give it to a Dr Kostovic who was just ignoring the wonderful lady who had been trying to get my file to her. Then Dr Kostovic walks away from reception with my file in her hands for a good 45 minutes and came back with attitude and was just chatting away while l was waiting and she could clearly see l was standing there and waiting on her, again she walked off .....and non chalantly continued helping other people. Then l finally asked Dr Kostovic when she was going to see me and she looked at me and said she didnt know when she was going to see me....l was just in total shock. And l asked her why and that l had been there for over 8 hours and then she goes o l didnt know you have been here that long. Then l again said been here long and this really unacceptable then she goes you cant talk to me like that....and she walked away total circus.....To cut the long story short apparently she was the only who could give me results but with her attutude l knew l was going to be there another8 hours just for her to prove to me her power.....insane....So l left but l will be calling the ombudsman to definitely put in a complaint. ....l got the details for that.A doctor is there to serve but defintely not Dr Kostovic . Never ever go to this location if you can avoid it.l am still livid wow wow wow!!

Amanda Christina

Andrew from the switchboard is extremely rude and unaccommdating. He has no customer service and empathy when dealing with individuals who are going through difficult times due to health issues. I encourage this hospital to give their staff some customer service training especially when dealing with members of the public.

Donna Bouchard

I went to urgent Care Sunday evening for a couple of broken toes. It was my first time here. I found everyone professional and very efficient. I was in and out in about an hour. I work in health care so I understand the system and pressures. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Jennie Bernard

Dr Bradford is not a good doctor. He is rude he talks to you like your garbage. He should not be a doctor. He puts this place to shame

Nida Sampson

Best emergency best staff I had a wonderful experience

Ghanshyam Mehta

I m just having prostate surgery and after that I got some problems but peel hospital helped me out very well I must say that staff n doc are very knowledgeable and helpful.specially Nurse Genelia care me just as a family member.

sukhmani khaira

Worse hospital. They don’t do things in an organized manner and don’t work according to their words. I went to early pregnancy department in pain. This did ultrasound on December 18 and It seemed like Dr. was very efficient and understanding. After the ultrasound and reports he sent us home saying that somebody will call us for sure tomorrow that is on December 19 to schedule an appointment for early pregnancy clean up and I will be scheduled for an appointment within this week as my baby was no more for more this week and they have to do clean up as early as possible other it can be poisonous for me. Unfortunately no body call me next day infact I am leaving voice messages and once the receptionist picked my call and transferred to early pregnancy unit but nobody answered. Even today I am trying to reach them. The receptionist is giving me another phone number where no body picks the call. So left voice message and still waiting for their reply. I am in severe pain and not sure what’s happening with my body due to late abortion. But they don’t care and I don’t know if they will call me or not or I have to go to some other place. Very bad experience will not recommend to anybody to go there.

Krista

Spent over 7 hrs here recently - got there before they opened at 1pm and didn't get out until around 8pm (technically past closing time, but they were still working away). Initially things seemed fairly organized -checking people in and moving them along through the stations (initial reason for attending, registration, checking vitals, etc). But then it was a whole lot of "hurry up and wait." I spent hours upon hours waiting in various waiting areas for the doctor to return to me - I don't blame him though - the place was woefully short staffed - how do you have only 1 or 2 doctors working an entire shift in this environment? He ran around non-stop, but it was just too much for one person. Special shout out to the best nurse - Babita - she made an otherwise awful day a bit more bearable. Individual staff members were all wonderful, but the system and staffing model definitely needs an overhaul.

Al Peterson

My most recent visit was a very pleasant one. From the time my appointment was booked! I was very happy that the “William Osler Health System” Brampton Civic - Bovaird and this location -Lynch St. coordinated my appointments times, as they were booked on the same day (as I requested). They took into consideration travel time, wait time. Once I arrived, the Covid-19 screening staff was nice. The team in the area, I was scheduled for was very pleasant, from the staff at the reception desk to the technician that conducted my test. In and out, with no problems.

Lisa Gallant

From what I did see and my first time there-I saw on video about the place in youtube-nice place-I had an appointment on Thursday,Aug.1,2019 for 3:10pm.Met the nurse Named Nicole-young blank woman-very nice for my mammogram-appointment.

Tehreem S

I went in (walk in) for a covid test. The only positive thing I can think of is that they made everyone change into a mask they provided at the entrance. Lined up in a small closed room before check in. Then went to check in and register -> terribly crowded with little social distancing. The seats next to you are empty, but there're people sitting across from you (facing you) without much gap. The room was full of coughing sounds (I think this place accepts you only if you're showing symptoms). As such, extra care should have been taken but it wasn't. I walked out within 5 min, feeling extreme anxiety.

Don

All the people in brampton b ware of this place they think peoples emergency is joke I wasted 3 hrs paid 3 hrs parking for notting staff are very rude Guys trust my words this guys are useless VERY DISAPPOINTED THANKS

Mey Emerald

Wow, another outstanding experience at UCC! The staff are outstanding, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Had to bring my pre-teen son. From the parking lot screening to providing final results they made him feel comfortable and answered all his questions. I'm beyond impressed. Keep up the great work. Our Doctor and Nurse Babita both exceptional.

Christine Labelle

First time coming to UCC. Wait times sucked but there were a lot of people. When we finally got into the room the doctor saw us quickly and he was efficient in trying to diagnose. We came in for one issue that was cleared and another issue arose. Miscommunication at some point happened and we sat longer than we probably had to until the BEST nurse noticed us still waiting and looked into it. I wish i remembered her name but i was a wreck of emotions due to my little girls condition. From there the tests were done efficiently and this nurse kept checking on us and i noticed how she really tried to bring a smile to everyones face. Amazing woman who excels at her career. Overall a great experience despite waiting almost 9 hours with an ill 6 month old.

N S

The clinic provided fast/easy service, clean, and had competent staff. We had seen Dr. Peera at the clinic, and right off the bat he laid out all expectations, and what he can or cannot do for us. He was quick but very concise, and worked his best towards finding results. I would very much so recommend him as a great ER doc.

Maya Allen

Horrible experience. I have chronic asthma and went it with sever chest pains and difficulty breathing. After doing a chest xray ECG and bloodwork still was not giving anything for the pain, nor to help me breathe. After screaming and crying in the waiting room, and after already informing of increasingly worse chest pains, still nothing until my boyfriend got up and asked the nurse to please help me for a second time. Usually don’t recommend brampton civic but at least you’ll actually get treatment there.

sunil john

Very rude staff...specially at the registration her name is Deanna, having a conversation at 8:05 early in the morning with another employee whrn she should be working so i went up to her to ask if i can just pay for my dad so we can be out of the way instead she started screaming go sit down and wait till i call you, i guess having a convo with fellow employee was more important then the patient. Just wanted to say staff needs alittle more training here and how to behave with patients as they dont know how to

Flo Busch

First time having to go to this facility and I was overwhelmed by the wonderful staff at Imaging Department. I apologized not knowing the lady @ desk 4 name but very pleasant and Nicole in the mammogram department was amazing.. Wish to thank both of them for excellent care

Nick D'Ovidio

This has been the second worst wospital trip I've experienced. There are 12 of us in a waiting room, all waiting at the 4.5 hour mark. None of our names have been called in 30mins. None of our test results are ready, but staff are going home??. There is a major problem with our system of healthcare right now and this "urgent care" center is proof.

Navjot Singh

Poor service. not at all friendly staff and don't even care for the patient. long waiting time and does partiality among patients takes in knowns first. had a severe stone pain kept waiting 4hours just to move into next waiting area and even kept waiting there and left with nothing whereas the ones looking fine where kept moving ahead of me moreover they checked in after me. not at all impressed with the service of the staff.

Dal Bhangal

May 12 2019@ 9 pm went urgent care centre. To start with triage nurse was rude. Patient with sever migraine been vomiting, how they can provide history. We were advised to take paper work to yellow zone. Waited there. Dr was very nice with taking history. We were advised by Dr to move to room number 11. Nurse came to IV. She advised us another nurse will come and start the medication. About 20 minute later nurse came and started the medication. His ID was upside down. Other wise I could have taken his name and complain to CNO. About patient confidentiality. He gave medication than patient fell as sleep because to high dose pain medication reaction is patient will fell asl sleep right way. Patient was in deep sleep. So nurse (he) tabbed patient arm very hard to wake the patient up not on jaw or side of face where IV was done. He advised me wake patient up. I am medical professional. I was about to ask nurse you should be the one to take care. Anyways what happened in room. He went out side start talking to his colleagues about how patient fell a sleep how patient reacted when he tab patient. I listen to him. How he acted to the situation. I asked sation nurse give me his name. But she refused. I wanted to thank you to Dr. I think his name rehim was not able to read his name tag too. But he was fantastic Very professional. Very helpful. Advised what should be next step. Patient confidentiality. 0 for nursing staff. They need hire more professional. Anyone from William Osler team please contact me. Thank you

bob parker

Staff, nurses and doctors are great. No complaints so far. Makes me proud that I live in Brampton and having this facility.

Aysha Malik

Never coming to this place again. You come to the hospital to get treated, but for some odd reason, the doctors are no where to be found. Ridiculous waiting times. You're better off elsewhere.

Kelly Ryan

Wasted 4 hours of my life waiting for the doctor to change her mind about looking after me ..... It was 9:50 pm and they were closing at 10 . GET THERE EARLY or your care you get might be in jeopardy .

Hazel 20

ER services were fast, and all the staff I encountered were friendly. I saw Dr. Saforo-Appiah at the ER, who was very kind, approachable, and answered my questions clearly. There was only one thing I noticed that could be improved on: Nurses/staff should not guarantee patients they are next in line to see the doctor. During my visit, another woman and I were waiting to get our results. The woman was getting impatient so she asked the nurse when will she see the doctor, and the nurse told her she was next without really looking at her chart. She didn't realize I came in before her, so when the doctor called me next, the woman was VERY upset. I don't think nurses/staff should guarantee a patient they are next to be seen at an urgent care/emergency clinic. Your place in line to be seen by the doctor, can be pushed back if there are more severe cases to attend, and patients like the woman I saw, end up being frustrated when they are not next to be seen as promised. This is just basic customer service skills, don't give patients false promises.

carlos medeiros

I go there in a emergency. This place is the top. Staff super professional and very kinde. Pls keep the same work. Thank you.

Carmo Morgado

The urgent care is excellent for minor problems. Wait is not very long if you don't need any imagery exams done. All very professional and caring. Definitely better than most walk in clinics.

Dave prince

How many hours it takes to get the COVID results? Please be precise in answer. Thank you all.

Ike S

It's nice and clean however wait times are worst than ER if not any better. Since we have no option but to wait then I guess better off waiting at Brampton Civic hospital instead here...what a waste of tax payers $ and infrastructure. Staff is helpful although

A HM

Wait times obviously depend on the amount of patients for the day, but we've gone 4 times and always found it quicker than Brampton Civic. It also feels cleaner and more efficient

Jass

We were in hospital and were very badly treated by the nurses CHRISTINE .. in the way she was checking my husband is showing her bad behaviour..Firstly we went there she was sitting with head phone on her ears and just chilling,it was not too busy that time.. but while the time it start getting busy she get upset because she just want to relax . Time-11am ,date -10 th june2018.Being a nurse is one of the most selfless acts a person can undertake. In a society of so many different races, cultures, customs, and beliefs, nurses are a universal gift to all, and the dedicated work that they do and kindness they deliver on a daily basis should serve as a reminder of the fundamental humanity inside us all.Hopefully management will take some action toward her because we don’t want any paitent face same problems which we go through..They were there to help us not for there rude attitude

On October 13th around 1410, I came here for some tests at urgent medical clinic (UMC), upon arriving at Level 2, I was met by such a Nice Nurse Ms. Oliveth, she is extremely helpful, Great and understand the patient’s needs, she is excellent, Professional and a great asset to this hospital and community. All the staff here Doctors & Nurses do their jobs with professionalism.

Randy Bert

Went for a CT scan and the whole process from admission to getting registered and acquiring your wristband was smooth and from the waiting room the RN came out to select you when your turn became available for your CT scan was quick and friendly, the whole process took less time than you realize and was handled In a very professional manner. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Dan Colton

If you know Mavis the volunteer, she will personally deliver your health card to the nurse ,but only for her friends .If you complain they call Security, apparently the hospital supports this behavior.

Lincy Salazar

On February 27th i went to this clinic for my 2 yr old son, it was busy so they took his health card and said they would put him in the queue. I sat down and waited for his name to be called after a little over an hr i see people after me being called(what the hell) so i ask and my sons name isnt on the list!!! So u figure they would take me in next.... NOPE!! Back the the end of the line!! I was so upset, she even asked the girl who did it and she acted like i was crazy!! And they wouldnt put me next, i was so upset!! I just walked out..... the people that work there need their attitude checked and retrained on their treatment of patients because how i was treated was unacceptable!

Dee Castellon

Brought in my daughter to have her arm checked out for a possible fracture. The staff, we came across, were all friendly, professional and compassionate individuals. Especially, Uncle Tony he was a-mazing (from the Fracture department) really great with kids.

gauravjit singh

Took my 17 months old child for emergency...kept waiting for 3 hours...the baby kept on crying...no one acted or was concerned...had to leave without seeing the doctor...very bad behavior and attittude...while leaving the nurse didn’t even asked the reason...just said...r u sure? Ok..bye...

BghHAVNA PATEL

I had good experience with staff. I was there at digital imagine center. Service was fast and friendly. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Shi Wang

I had been to this place twice. And both times during the weekend. So I figured the wait time must be longer than normal. The triage nurse appologaed sincerely for the wait Anyway both time I had my issue resolved. Dr. Peeta is very sincere and caring. He personally arranged a specialist at Etobicoke general to have my appendix fixed ASAP. I really felt I was in good hands under his care. As for people complain about the hospital, you should go to see Etobicoke general. Then you will realize how lucky Bramptonion are.

Maninder Meen

I visited WOHS twice in last 3 days for different reasons. I found staff very helpful and welcome patients with smile. wait times are okay, Registration took 5 minutes and we were in next waiting area for only 5 minutes before moved to room. x-ray done in very quick and we spend about 3 hours for all process. reasonable time. however next visit was bit emergency and was not having health card but staff helped and in procedure room in 10 minutes. I recommend for non emergency visit.

John Wells

They tell you to show up for an appointment 15 minutes before so I did,20 mins. before. It turned out to be for me the slowest place to get medical treatment I have been to in some 30 years.Almost 3 f***ing hrs for a test that would otherwise take 15-20 minutes, half an hour tops in some other place. At the end they tell you you were late for the appointment.Avoid.

Carmel Laymon

Went there today, the staff was very attentive and showed complete professionalism to patients. Been a very long time since I had this kind of treatment from doctors & nurses in a hospital. The urgent care clinic was great, very clean. I didn't feel rushed by the doctor she listened to me, sent me for a CT scan, she reassessed me got some answers for my symptoms.

Santhosh Mathew

Worse experience. Front desk staff to Nursing staff are very rude. I waited 3 hours , and when I asked waiting time, Nurse was very rude, and I left the place without seeing a doctor. Its worse place and worse system

Mohaned Hurani

Awesome new facility! Wait time was barely 30 minutes from the second I stepped into the hospital till I was talking to the doctor. Will recommend over going to the busy Brampton civic hospital.

Noman Mirza

Truly professional staff. Esp Nurse Victoria who performed the COViD test and to my surprise there there wasn't any pain.

Diana Kaiser

I would consider myself to be a person who is hard to please , especially in terms of customer service or in this case a form of. I also hardly ever write reviews, as I am very easily annoyed by the complainers who often seem to think, that they are the only ones entitled to their negative opinion. Having a bit of experience with health care facilities in other Canadian Cities/ Provinces and other countries as well ( I have to admit , Canada is overall still the worst though), I have not one bad thing to say about the urgent care in this hospital. I went there twice and the wait can be long ( one time I spend over 6 hours with my older /teen son, but so be it, we had a test done and we were not the only ones there, go figure! Today it was just over an hour for the different stages of registration ( being called 3 times before you see the doctor is interesting but probably gives One the feeling that the wait is not that long ) and only minutes with the doctor who helped me right away. Everyone was extremely nice, except one triage nurse (I did not deal with myself ) who seemed a bit bossy (but don't we all have that one co-worker or family member?) All the other nurses and the doctor were super friendly and all smiling or smiling back. I watched one patient trying to involve the triage nurse into an endless discussion that she has to see the doctor NOW as she had a baby ( like probably 4 other mothers who were patiently waiting for their turn ) I would not be surprised, if this would result in a negative review. I even was annoyed by this patient. This being said , to me it seems that, if you are miserable or scared ( why else would you even go there) one's own attitude contributes to the way we are being treated ( not for all cases of course, but for the the most part ), and this is understood, however it is my opinion that this is not really a good enough reason to write a bad review.

Chevelle Williams

I went because I had an apparent sinus infection. Services wasn't to bad cause it's late at night. However my problem is that I've been coughing for 7 days and in pain, but Dr Nuygent prescribed me some medication. However one of the side …

Dawn Zubick

Absolute excellent care from all staff. Thorough examination by the doctor including blood work and CT scan all completed within 2 hours. The doctor took the time and care to allow me to leave with an actual diagnosis and necessary referral. Thank you so Much!,

Faraz Ali

Courteous service! Went for surgery, well informed nurses, excellent doctors, well laid out hospital! Like the new look. Very technically advanced as compared to other hospital!

Natalie

Very fast and efficient, the nurses, doctors and volunteers were all very nice and helpful. Was in and out in an hour with diagnosis and prescription.

Matt A

COVID testing online and the phone system is reprehensible. User interface is an abomination of twenty minutes of a maze of steps for authentication. Alternately the phoneline makes you listen to a recording for at least seven minutes with no wait time information. Of course it ends with putting you on hold indefinitely.

Jeremy Dang

My wife and daughter came heret. We were impressed with the provisions that have been set in place for COVID. There's a single entrance that is regulated by a guard. During registration, you are given a new mask. Unfortunately, only one person is allowed to enter.

Rajvir Dosanjh

Poor experience. Unfortunately it is not our first time here and we have not once had a pleasant experience. You have to pay for parking, wait times are long even when it doesn't appear to be too busy, so you should expect to pay the daily maximum. On this occasion, the doctor came in and it was clear he had already made up his mind on what he was going to diagnose my wife with before even talking to her. He asked her a few basic questions, kept his head down the entire time, cutting us off several times when we tried to add additional context to the answers. He told her she had the flu, while he was still walking up to her to ascultate her lungs (which is apart of the assessment you do BEFORE you arrive at a conclusion). He told her that she needs to just go home, rest, drink fluids and take Advil (which is precisely what we had told him she has been doing for the past several days, while her condition has only been worsening). Furthermore, no blood work was performed and no additional diagnostics (imaging, etc.). The doctor only knew that my wife had an elevated heart rate, low blood pressure and a fever with a lot of back pain. I understand that the incidence of flu is high during this time of year, but shouldn't a little bit more be done to rule other possibilities out? Both me and my wife are healthcare professionals, so we know a thing or two about the difference between quality and sub-par healthcare. I could never responsibly recommend this place for your healthcare concerns.

Rosaling Saunders

New facility in a beautiful landscape. When I visited, the staff were very friendly. The wait was long but that's the case with most medical facilities.

raj cherry

Waited 5 hours after my appointment time to get my tests done. Even there are no patients waiting ahead of me. This is too bad and effected my whole day. Lost my other appointments. Very bad experience. :(

Charline Tandon

Very, very long wait time. The front desk triage is very quick but the back rooms are packed and there is not enough seating in urgent care... just so disheartening.. lack of doctors, although the staff and doctors are very kind and the …

DHAWAL ARORA

Shortage if doctors in urgent care, doctors do not even have time to listen or explain reason for illness in Urgent care. I would never go there, infact Brampton civic hospital is still much better. My 13 month baby was tortured from 9.30am till eve. Disappointing experience

J J

i just had my polyp removal surgery this morning..Tanya the nurse who assisted me before surgery was super nice..Thanks to Dr.Soliman and his team.

Ami S

Went there today for because of a lingering cold. I was the second one there and the nurses and managing staff are SUPER NICE. The place is super clean, doctor was awesome, and I didn't have to wait long at all. Whats not nice are the demanding patients that come in with high "wipe my butt" service. PPL its not a hospital, its an urgent care centre and if you need help with an issue that could potentially lead to follow ups, then go to your family doctor! the website clearly states what they can help with. I witnessed two annoying patients that were looking for "Royal Service" and the welcome nurse was trying to get through to them because there was a woman in line literally crying and crunching her stomach in pain. Patients are so quick to judge nurses and give them a hard time, but they don't take a second look at their own behaviour and understand needs of other more critical patients.

zaid yousif

great services but too much crowd sometime so waiting time increase

Me

Long wait times. Appointment scheduled for 7:45, was seen at 9:30 am. Consultation lasted 10 minutes max. Felt rushed. Nice staff.

Alexa Kanamkudam

Went for follow up appointments twice at urgent medical clinic for my mother-in-law. Previously went for Imaging also for my Mom and Dad too. Never found anything to complain. I am so happy with the availability of parking there esp. for disabled people compared to Civic or Trillium or CVH. The staff was very courteous, professional and friendly. Dr. Asif at medical clinic was very approachable and knowledgeable and very patient in understanding the patient and explaining everything very well. 5 stars from us. Keep it up...
