I'd rate less if possible. Came here with my spouse to find out the gender of our first child, we had an appointment for 1230. she didn't get in finally until 1pm. and we were gone by 1:10. They rushed the appointment, and refused to take the time to do a thorough ultrasound. They just wanted to get it done and move onto the next patient. On top of that, they refused to let me into yet ANOTHER ultrasound appointment. My spouse left in tears as she felt robbed of our gender reveal. Now we refuse to go here, private practices will take the time to be thorough and ensure the patient leaves feeling stress free. definitely worth the cost to use private ultrasound clinics. NEVER GO TO BRAMPTON CIVIC...

Don't go to this hospital they are scammers. They will take you in and then let you die. They don't care how big the problem your have. In emergency you have to wait for at least 8 hours even if you have broken leg. They don't care if your small kids are waiting for you at home alone. They just play with your life. Other developing countries are much ahead of Canada in emergency services. Please don't go to this hospital.

Only waited 5 hours for a nurse to touch my stomach and go "your fine, probably just discomfort. your good to go.". I went to the walk in clinic in Brampton today as well and they wouldint take me. Im crying in pain, wont even let me see a doctor and there sending me home. You come to a hospital you should be able to see a doctor!

Attn to: HR. Why are front desk staff so rude?? I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for an emergency. People are scared and need assistance. There is NO need for staff to be blatantly rude to people seeking medical help. They act like their time is so valuable and that you are an inconvenience to them if you ask any questions. Extremely poor attitude. It is already an unpleasant situation coming to an ER, but they made this experience intolerable. People should not work here if they can’t have any compassion for people at their most vulnerable state. The front desk staff need to take a workplace sensitivity training or professionalism in the workplace training. Someone needs to do something about this. This is unacceptable.

Despite the very very long wait time !! God bless Dr. Hamilton and his team ! My daughter had her earring stuck in the back of her ear lobe and they where super professional and positive. Before coming to emerge I took her to walk in clinic and the physician couldn’t take it out he told me to go to the ER bless Dr.Hamilton and his team who removed it quickly and where super gentle !
