They called me twice to confirm my appointment (not for me to call them back) the next day they call me to postpone my appointment.( 1yr wait list + 1 month process for sleep study + 1month delay for results). Oh yeah and reception never answers the phone yet every time ive waited there the phone rings they purposely dont answer. So if your situation is dangerous in any way youll probably croke before you figure it out.

I came here for an ultrasound of abdomen. The receptionist and the ultrasound technician are super helpful and friendly. This is definitely one of the best hospital experience I have had. The front desk security is really helpful in pointing you in the right direction. The hospital is small, so it feels very cozy. All staff are bilingual. Each ultrasound sessions takes about 20 minutes.

Best service, and they're really great at their job and really do cater to all the patients needs. My father is currently here in palliative care and take my word for it, they're awesome.

We took my father to Mount Sinai on the recommendation of his doctor and I will always be grateful for the compassionate care of his palliative care doctor there, Dr. Golda Tradounsky, who kept us informed and showed obvious respect for my father. He was a difficult patient because he was rebellious by nature and had dementia, and Dr. Tradounsky spoke to him not as a broken man, but as a man who was whole and merited dignity in his last days. The two stars here are entirely for her. Again, I know my father was difficult, but I was heartbroken to see him squeezed into a windowless corner of a room with a dying woman next to him on his last days on this earth. There weren't enough seats for my mother and me--one of us always had to stand. The orderlies were rude and while they changed the bed or his diapers they would discuss their working conditions and complain about management. This was hard both for my father and for us--they did it even in front of us--they had no shame. I hope somebody reads this and has a talk with those employees about how to behave in front of the dying and their family.

I managed to stop smoking without any pressure, the CHALLENGE of my life !!! I had a very good experience. I recommend this Hospital Strongly. Wonderful caring staff on the Palliative floor. Dr Golda is extremely compassionate z& caring. She sat down on my father's bed and explained everything, It did not matter that he had dementia. He was treated with dignity and compassion. All the staff were great. As a former LPN who had worked there prior I could not have asked for better care

This program allows people with this disease to function more easily in their everyday lives. And I am very motivated to continue the exercises that we have been taught. I have learned many good things and promise to put them into practice in my daily life. Thank you again to the entire team and management for putting this program in place. Entre autres, Maria, Sophie et Albert ainsi que tous les autres intervenants responsables de ce programme. J'ai beaucoup apprécié leur professionnalisme et leur disponibilité. My mum spent her last few weeks here about 7 years ago. I can't say that it was perfect but what is? If I had to end my days here that would be fine with me. Good care all around. A very belated thank you to all the staff.
