Bizarre This hospital I'm coming before all the nation and I'M waiting from 3 Am to 10:45 PM and the nears she tell me to wait 15 hours again and I have the priority before all to see the doctor??

Came here for a check up after a particularly bad migrane which I thought might have been a ministroke. Spent there about 10 hours, but during this time I received several attentive consultations, examinations and procedures including a scan for free that under other circumstances would've taken weeks to complete. Everybody was kind and polite despite the fact that they had to manage many different patients simultaneously. Watched the personnel of the hospital working fast but carefully and professionally with many different people. All in all, if you go to the emergency room I would recommend taking with you something to read, some food and drink (in case your doctor will permit you to consume it), some warm clothes, have someone on the phone to provide you moral support from time to time and be attentive, responsible and patient.

My dearest mother collapsed and died in front of me of a blood clot a day after she was sent home with tons of pain pills by Dr. Alam and told it was 'muscle pain'. My mom had been complaining of 9/10 leg pain for 8 months before her death. Autopsy showed an old blood clot that was attached to her inflamed leg vein (thrombophlebitis) and the blood clot was estimated to have been there for weeks to months before her death. My mother was at very high risk for a clot and no risk assessment was done in the ER. When I complained to hospital Ombudsman and Medical Examiner with expert opinions they called me 'harsh' and did nothing. This hospital and doctor do not conduct risk assessments for blood clots in the ER and clearly they should be done. Unethical and dangerous.

Amazing experience . They will make sure you wont see a doctor even if you have a severe eye injury and waited 12 hours straight.! Was there at 9.30 am. At 10 pm i got out with degraded eye condition and with the confirmation from the receptionist that its an emergency department..nobody knows when the doctor will see you ! Wow!

If you have any non emergency , please do not vist this hospital emergency it will take at least 7 hour's to see the doctor. They know how to triage , but they don't know how to efficiently manage patients. If your healthy person , sure you will become patient as because you will be spending more time with others patients. Still you wish to visit , prepare yourself as if your going for camping.

Where do I start, been here for hours, people are having a great time laughing out loud, people going into other people's rooms. This is in emergency by the way. The security is hitting on a young lady to the point where he didn't acknowledge that a nurse needed his assistance. A guys bone is out of his arm...when we got here, they finally put a cast on it...6 hours later..he's still here. I get there is emergencies and people are prioritized...but if I knew it was a party and a good time I would have had someone cater . The reception keeps yelling yoo hoo everytime she gets something right. No one knows what's going on. So in conclusion if you're injured, or sick come down and party.

Can also attest to other reviews that the wait is very long for non-emergency (has now been 8 hours, 11pm-7am, and counting) and there is only 1 doctor at night working 4 rooms.

Been waiting for 12 hours and still waiting. Apparently at night there is only one doctor working for three emergency departments. Stay away from this place.
