C'est une clinique médicale offrant autant des services santés de première ligne, que des services pour le secteur privé; radiologie, dentisterie, audiologie... Grand stationnement gratuit si vous êtes client, petit resto et pharmacie à même le centre. Dans le temps, il y avait une clinique médicale sans rendez-vous donc je garde des mauvais souvenirs!

And to be spoken to in a dry tone by someone who has no compassion ... oh boy, I'm starting to get seriously angry. So here's what I think of this clinic :( (Original) Toute contente d’apprendre qu’il y a des nouveaux médecins à la Clinique GMF… je pars à la course. Wow, tu parles d’un service. C’est une chose de me faire répondre une centième fois que les médecins ne prennent pas de nouveaux patients… mais svp, dites le moi avec respect. La réceptionniste n’a même pas levé les yeux, elle ne m’a même pas regardé. Elle m’a simplement dit brusquement qu’ils ne prenaient pas de patients. J’avance en âge et j’ai trois problèmes de santé. Je cherche un docteur de famille depuis 2012. C’est tellement frustrant, c’est incroyable. Et de me faire parler d’un ton sec par quelqu’un qui n’a aucune compassion… oh boy, je commence à être sérieusement fâchée. Alors voilà ce que je pense de cette clinique :(

The nurse calls me 20 minutes before the time of my appointment, to tell me that the doctor can call me anytime during the day! What is the point of making an appointment at a specified time if it is on a1000% that the time will not be respected. I am extremely disappointed and highly recommend calling 811 instead it is the same! (Original) J'ai pris un rendez vous avec bonjour santée. Mon rendez vous était a11h50 am. Je travailles toute la journée dans un entrepôt ou je n'ai pas le droit d'avoir mon téléphone sur moi. L'infirmière m'appelle 20 minutes avant l'heure de mon rendez vous, pour me dire que le médecin peut m'appeler n'importe quand durant la journée! À quoi sert de prendre un rendez vous à un heure indiquée si c'est sur a1000% que l'heure ne sera pas respectée. Je suis extrêmement déçu et je recommande fortement d'appeler le 811 à la place ça revient au même!
