As it is in the very English-speaking part of Montreal, services in French are a little more difficult to obtain but not non-existent. (Original) On va pas la pour le plaisir mais ce centre est adapté et le personnel fait la différence. Comme c'est dans la partie très anglophone de Montréal, les services en français so T un peu plus difficile à avoir mais pas inexistant.

Ratio of 1:12 (1PAB to 12 residents). Residents' Care is severely compromised in a situation like this which is constant particularly on weekends. Interdepartmental communication is substandard inspite of technological and communication instruments. Admistrative errors is the order of business. All around lose-lose situation for both PABs and residents.

It's a big facilitie lots of levels, it's relatively clean the issue with this place is the lack of personnels for the amounts of residents thanks for the help of the benevol that helps a lots still it's not enough for the patients needs most of the residents are in wheelchair and are limited on been able to take care of them self most of them wear diaper the issue is not the diaper but the time the patients stay with that dirty diaper leading to infections knowing most of the patients have only one shower a week sometime 2 if you insist, the patient's are left in the hallway with no daily activity. This place looks good on the outside I'm sure somehow with the help of the community with there time or donations to help have more staff to take care of the patients this place can look good on the inside to.
