I am very disappointed with the service of the receptionists of this clinic. I just spent a whole day trying to get my son’s blood test results sent to me by email and no one was able to perform this tough task, even though I talked to 3 different employees. My son’s neurologist and psychiatrist needed to adjust his medication but they needed the test results that were not available on their key. Funny enough, the parents of a child can’t have access to the exam but all the receptionists seemed to be able to read them. Now, it’s 9:49pm and my son is sleeping without any epilepsy medication. He is running the risk of having a huge seizure, especially with a low sodium level that wasn’t seen by the clinic’s pediatrician. I’m waiting for an explanation. Besides that, I myself suffer from Endometriosis. I also needed access to my blood test results to be able to send to my nutritionist who is in another country. But of course this wasn’t possible either. I also need an explanation about that. And I’m not accepting any word about Carnet de Santé, because this system simples does not work in any of the 5 devices I tried today, even with all the clickSequr, pin, etc. This is beyond frustrating.

Je comprend qu'on est en pandémie, mais lorsque nécessaire et que l'évolution clinique n'est pas normale il serait essentiel de faire un suivi en présentiel !
