Simply the best ! Been coming here for years. I just spent 16+ hrs @ anna laberge, just to be told it could take 28 hrs.. GRRR. I left and came to BMH, instant triage and within 3 hrs they were taking care of me. ALL the staff were fantastic and helpful. BTW most beautiful nurses and doctor, LOL. Keep up the great work, thank you to all !

Truly amazing and empathetic staff, best hospital ever! Called ahead to make sure it was safe to bring my baby and they went there and beyond to help me. The security guard was seriously the nicest person this planet, she was extremely polite and helpful. The administration was extremely friendly and efficient and wow the doctor and nurses made me feel validated on my medical needs within a very timely manner (less than 3 hours wait) this place was worth the 45 min drive

I have a friend that is 79 years old that fell and hurt his back ,he went by ambulance to Ormstown Hospital, arrived at Noon and now it"s 6pm he is in a lot of pain still hasn't seen a Doctor or had any x rays, this is terrible service for a Hospital that at 1 time was the best in the area. Absolute incompetence. They let a 87 year old woman suffer for 10 hours in the waiting room, and for what? To spend 5 minutes prescribing her antibiotics and telling her she needs to put her leg up. It was so infected and swollen it was leaking fluid. Her shoe was soaking wet. The triage nurse didn't even have her raise her leg up. She was not even provided any means of sitting down with her leg up. Everyone understands why the wait can be so long and we're okay with that. But the lack of care and compassion from the staff while you wait is shameful.
