Here you have the information of real people who are using the products and services of Anna Laberge Hospital (Hospital) in the territory close to Beloeil (Canada).
At this moment the firm receives a score of 2.5 stars over 5 and that rating was based on 127 reviews.
As you can read, it has an average rating is quite insufficient, and it is based on a large number of opinions, so we can think that the rating is very reliable. If many people have bothered to leave their opinion when they are pleased, it works.

(Translated) I was born at this hospital and since then I return for every need. Experienced 2 deaths here the staff are listening, especially if they see you are involved. I have also been to the emergency countless times. When it's serious I always passed quickly. Thanks to you ????
If you can base anything on the colour of the place it's painted a depressing dark pea soup and forest green. Kindof makes you sick just looking at it. Really dark. Full of people. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere. They did ask if I needed a wheelchair but aside from that no one gave a f*****
I spend 12 hours (overnight) just to get antibiotics for a UTI.... the waiting made it worse. There weren’t even that many patients. After getting called finally into the doctors office, I found that the staff were just chatting doing nothing. It turns out I had to do a Pap test (which the nurse was super rude about) and while I was doing it, a patient came in because they told her the room was free.
(Translated) As a dispatch for a taxi company ..... I find it extremely ordinary and I would even say irresponsible on the part of the nurses to contact the taxi companies to request transport for a covid positive patient ..... This even if the patient is protected .... are you not aware that people in contact with a positive covid patient must go to be tested and quarantine ..... I mean '' COME ON '' guys !!!!! I mean ''COME ON'' guys!!!!!

I would think a hospital might be a clean place but, the floors looked as though they had not been cleaned in weeks. There seems to be no Transportation services. That is just the tip of iceberg.
(Translated) Of all the hospitals I have been to, this is, without exaggeration, THE WORST. And that's saying a lot because I've been to a lot of hospitals. When you go to the emergency room, no doctor wants to take care of you. Once hospitalized, you are afraid of what will kill you faster? Your illness, or the bully nurses here? I'm afraid to tell you the number of times my IV was connected to the wrong drug. You can call the nurse for two hours - she won't come. She's going to be gossiping in the hallway, unconcerned. After a month of hospitalization, here is what I conclude. Really, I have a lot of respect for people who work in the medical field, but that does not affect Anna Laberge employees. There were a couple of very good nurses, but the vast majority didn't give a damn about their job. In summary, if you are looking for euthanasia, you will find it here. I just warn you, it will be long and painful.

I went there for a one day surgery The staff is extremely nice great people working there The nurses are very nice and the doctors too. Loved my experience there and wouldn't have done it elsewhere. A big thank you to the staff they made my pain bearable.
Simply a fantastic hospital, they have been there for me every step of the way. From peumothorax to saving my leg with a quadruple compartment syndrome and now large intestine virus.. Keep up the great worm.
(Translated) Intensive care: toxic atmosphere in the evening. Blatant lack of communication. At 9:04 p.m., the manager told me that I had to leave, but I told her that I had planned 10 minutes to help my partner. It was the nurse who had arrived 25 minutes late. That, this manager just lectured me but did not have all the information on her staff. In addition, Covid tours: 3 different versions. I understand pq the nurses roll their eyes behind his back. ...
Terrible service by staff....was treated for broken ankle...was not allowed to put weight on my foot and needed help to move around....they never put a sign on my bed advising the nurses or staff.... They even come 1 hour later when buzzed ...need bathroom help but because they came so late it ended in a bloody mess......
(Translated) First visit yesterday: friendly, courteous and efficient staff. Between the time of my arrival, a little before the requested time, I was taken care of by the reception - very efficient. Immediately after, I was directed to care receivable. They took my documents, told me where to change me and assigned me a stretcher upon my return. After a few minutes of waiting, lying comfortably on the stretcher, I was moved to the examination room where the doctor took the time to explain the procedure with words understandable to ordinary people. Throughout the process, people have been respectful, warm and caring. Really. it gives (almost) the taste of being in need of care more often. Once again congratulations and thank you (Original) Première visite hier: personnel accueillant, courtois et efficace.

Ambulance brought me there for my broken leg, inscription and IRM went really fast but they put me in the waiting room just saying doctor will see me and tell me the results. I didnt know what time or much time it would take, i just heard from other patients that they were there since 2pm and it was 10pm and i got there by 7pm. There was only one Doctor and saw him at 6am the next day. For the staff you have the type of people that really look like they love their job but a lot of them are the total opposite. For example, the people on the phone are annoyed when you ask something out of them like the hour of the appointment... One called me for an appointment and told me i have one tomotrow but didnt say when or with who, i asked her the hour. I recalled them confirming the hour and the hour i got earlier wasnt the right one.

(Translated) Bad services ... My grandfather had cancer and suffered tremendously. For example, he fell off his bed and broke his teeth and possibly other bones in his body. Doctors found him on the ground a few hours after he fell and he died 1 day later in great pain. So if you want your loved ones to survive different illnesses, I recommend you to avoid this place.

(Translated) I am going on May 16, 2019 to arrive at 8pm and check out on May 17th as 11am. 14 hours of waiting. The first and last time I go there. Very disappointed with everything from the wait and service after. In short a big 1/5 well deserved (Original) Je suis aller le 16 mai 2019 arriver à 8h pm et sorti le 17mai as 11am. 14 heures d’attente. Merci

I feel for everyone who gives this hospital a low rating and wish they would have received an amazing experience like I was lucky to have. I tore my ACL and meniscus in my left knee and had to go get surgery and although I was so nervous, all of the nurses and doctors were super patient and kind with me and really made me feel better. Everything went smooth and of course I had to wait a bit at the beginning but that's just public health care. I give this hospital a 5 for the hospitality of the staff and the service and hope more people get to benefit like I did ♡
(Translated) Don't waste your time going to this emergency with your baby. You will have to wait 1 hour to meet the first person at the triage for them to pass your card and register. Then you will pass a second triage. A real waste of time! In my opinion, a baby of a few months should be given priority! Especially when there is blood in his mouth! It will not take you seriously and will make you wait for hours! It was my second time in the ER and last. By cons, nothing to say about the birth pavilion that I loved.

Very long time in a line, very!
Poor and slow service. They require their clients to have and use a FAX to setup an appointment...yes FAX !!!!! Seriously ! Younger generation will have to google that to understand ! Pathetic
Whenever I've been to emergency, I've waited 12 hrs or more.
Worst emergency in Quebec i live 5 min away from the hospital and next time i have to go to the emergency i will either go to Ormstown or at the Glen hospital. I waited 6 hours i didnt even see a doctor and i had to ask the nurse for some Tylenol for my pain. I left and went to the Glen hospital and 3 hours later i was home. They only had 1 doctor available at Anna laberge hospital and he was seing the covid patient and the no covid patient. If you have to go to the emergency dont go to Anna laberge .
Awful wait times mixed with covid outbreaks, I will pass thanks And to add on to that, once a saw a man in agonizing pain go to the emergency with his daughter, had to wait an egregious amount of time, and the front nurse was upset about his daughter being with him when he could not even stand. There Is no structure. I would rather wait to go downtown and risk dying before I go to the Anna laberge.
(Translated) Very sorry that it is not possible to register -5 stars. I didn't believe it was possible to implement ETG in this way. The nurse does what is written and does not use her intelligence. I will not recount the cases so as not to compromise confidentiality ... I sincerely wish the return of the medal to these nurses who do not even deserve to exercise this profession for lack of logic. Words fail me to describe my contempt for nurses who practice triage. I sincerely think they put the profession to shame ... I'd rather be left for dead than be treated by them !! Anyway I would probably be P5 on a stretcher in the waiting room .... karma will get you all one day !!

(Translated) December 31, 2021 to January 1. Here is my experience at this hospital. First, there will never be anything perfect, and especially not in a hospital in Quebec. However, what I have seen are amazing dedicated humans. Paramedics, doctors, beneficiary attendants, respiratory therapists, nursing assistants, security guards and all the rest of the staff working hand in hand to ensure a good quality of care and services despite the current situation. After doing a positive rapid test and worsening symptoms related to covid, I made the decision to go to the emergency room where I waited about 11 hours before being taken care of. Please note that the hospital was full and they were shortStaffed. I got there at midnight sharp, the paramedics even counted the New Year by dragging me to the emergency room with a contagious good mood. After a few hours, I myself was a little impatient until I realized they were obviously OVERLOADED. A few codes white (violent patients) and a code blue (cardiac arrest) later, I finally started to see the light at the end of the tunnel when the morning shift workers arrived. They listened to my needs and everything was done in a fast, meticulous and above all, human way. Yes, it's easy to wait 11 hours, but being in the emergency room was reassuring in itself. People working in hospitals are doing their best in the current situation. Please think about it several times before insulting, criticizing in an abusive way or being violent towards our guardian angels and that, whatever your opinions on this pandemic. Thank you for everything & good luck.
(Translated) Excellent hospital. My daughter was born there 18 months ago, my son went there 4-5 times for a broken arm. Friendly staff, clean place, pleasant atmosphere, punctuality of appointments. I recommend it!
Got here at 11:40 am and was seen at about 9pm. First triage nurse was nice, empathetic and helpful. Shift change came and the new one was rude to myself and others. When I was finally seen the doctor and nurses were all incredibly nice, understanding and helpful. Very long wait (like all hospitals) but overall a pretty good experience.
(Translated) With a spouse who has to go to the emergency room, you cannot accompany him, which is nonsense. Short visit time between 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. and two hours in the evening. In addition, one and the SAME person is allowed to visit. .... what is the problem? Security guards without any judgment and without ceremony with the visitors .. a blow entered and arrived in the section of the patients of the emergency one I was turned away because I had not received from the security guard a bracelet for the time of my visit. I was accompanied to the main entrance so that I could put on the famous bracelet ... and the guard replied to the attendant who took me forward, "IT IS TOO EARLY FOR VISITS ... IT STARTS IN 3 MINUTES !! !! "The attendant had to tell him that already 5-6 people had entered for him to give me the bracelet. A real security guard who has everything in his arms and nothing between his 2 ears .... Is the big Covid crisis not over yet in Anna Laberge ????
My mother was taken by ambulance here yesterday (Sunday 4/30/17). I live in U.S.A. and so far the staff has been fantastic. Very patient and happy to keep me updated. I've been calling three times a day and every person I've had contact with has been kind and forgiving of my poor French. They switch over to English for me if they can, otherwise we muddle through. I am pleased with the care and concern they are showing my mother. She has not been in hospital since 1965, when she gave birth to me! I hope the care continues at this level for her entire stay. They are keeping her for at least the next few days. **UPDATE** Unfortunately, things turned bad. Got to Canada, went to hospital. They were discharging her! There was supposed to be a doctor there to speak with me. NONE to be found. Staff that I could find was extremely UN-helpful and just wanted her GONE. She could hardly walk with me on one side of her and other side had the cane they had provided, which she could not leave with. No wheelchair available. The one they finally came up with was BROKEN! Couldn't use it, wouldn't roll with her in it. And she's not a large woman either, short and thin. It took over an hour to get her to the front door !!! We had to stop 4 times for her to rest. I was parked close but left her at door to go pull car up as she was exhausted and near collapsing. The food was so bad she couldn't eat most of it, she lost 5 kg during her 5 day stay !! She told me they kept trying to give her medicine for conditions she didn't have. "Something for your stomach" they kept saying. Nothing wrong with her stomach, other than hungry. The doctor I'd spoken with on phone while I was still in US (don't know his name, but he was speaking French with a really heavy accent) told me she had suffered a heart attack, follow up with a cardiologist. Home Friday, late. Sunday morning back to hosp as so sick. She didn't want to, but rapidly failing. Arrived 4am to ER, wait 4.5 hours, absolutely NO OTHER PATIENTS IN WAITING ROOM. NOT ONE !!! No medical staff either. Just 2 security guards in little booth. Then they left. FINALLY gets seen: raging bladder infection, most likely from catheterization while in hosp. Got prescriptions, then home. I had to nurse her for another 2 wks as she was bedridden, still so sick and weak. Didn't think she would live until Mother's Day. I had mailed her gift from home (USA) and was checking mailbox waiting for it to arrive. When it came, gave it to her, even though early. It brought a smile but she was still too weak. Oh yeah, when we went to cardiologist a week after she recovered enough to leave house? After exam & tests he asks "Why are you here, seeing me?" Told him about hosp experience, what they said, etc. Him: "No, you didn't have a heart attack. Don't know why they told you that & gave you a referral for cardio." WELL. Obviously something happened for her to collapse, be "out of it" for a week, laying and crawling on floor of her apartment, end up in hosp. It took 2 more weeks & seeing different doctor to find out. Atrial Fibrillation of her heart, combined with either really hi or lo blood sugar. So there you have it. Canadian/Quebec health care. My mom has said she will die before going back there. Don't understand why staff seemed so great on phone. Maybe those few are actually good. But that doctor and how her discharge was handled? BAD. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. A TOTAL DISGRACE. Took her home to USA after 1.5 months, once she could make trip. Took 3 more months to recover enough to live on her own again. So 4.5 months total. I think she would have died if I hadn't able to care for her. It truly seems the medical system does little for the elderly when sick or hurt. She has seen many family members and friends suffer the "health care" they received once old. "It's like they want them to die," she said. So my review has changed to 1 ???? and would be 0 if that was possible. Thanks for reading. Hope you have better care if you end up at Anna-Laberge Hospital. Good luck.
My sister went in for an operation....was sent home after ,,came back...and hospitalized again ,,,,they could not understand what was wrong..in the mean time she had no attention from the nurses,,,she even tried to get up and go to the bathroom,,,,thats when she fell from weakness right on the floor..she then mustard her strength to push the emergency bottom in the bathroom AND NOBODY CAME,,,she pushed it 4 TIME....SHE FINALLY GOT UP by herself and put herself back to bed...and kept pushing the call botton....until a nurse came with an attitude and said ,,we are busy with other things...meanwhile the surgent could not figure out what is wrong with her...i told her to leave now and get to another hospital,,,she did ...and they took her immediately for emergency surgery and blood transfusion....IMAGINE. lets not even discuss how the nurses don't have a f.....en clue what their doing....pathetic armature practicing hospital... BEWARE... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.....

18 hr wait time in the emergency. It’s absolutely insane. No one is assisting, high priority is a useless label.
Been at the hospital 10 weeks now. Day shift horrible and missing staff on night shift. I'm always told if not happy call Barette. I dont think he will come to change my mother's diaper. Frustration+++

I arrived Monday morning on an ambulance. Had terrible stomach pains and was barely able to stand or sit and they told me to go outside and wait. Luckily I found a 3 seat row of chairs without arm rests and basically lied down all day! Because my vital signs were ok, they put me at the lowest level of priority. Many people who arrived later were called before me even though they did not look that sick. Waited all day (12 hours) to basically have a blood test done and be told to return the following day for a scan and another blood test. Spend most of the following day there and finally was told I had kidney stones. Was told to return on Wednesday for a specialist. They told me not to eat or drink anything since there was a chance they would try to remove the stone the same day. I arrived at 5:30 and 6 hours later I am still waiting. The hospital is empty! It should not take that long! I feel very insecure of being treated here. Only reason I came here is because my ambulance brought me to the nearest hospital and now they have my tests and everything. Would not ever return here. My family doctor and clinic is at St Mary’s and I have always been treated well there. I cannot believe in Canada people are treated like this at hospitals. The system is definitely not working!
Horrible my child been waiting since 11am it’s after midnight still hasn’t seen a doctor there’s hardly anyone why is there such a long wait horrible service

I'd say gross negligence, leaving patients to wait 12 hours for children with broken limbs, only to be insulted with the repeated reminder of "did you try your family doctor first", scrolling on the monitor. The absolute worst experience. Triage telling you that ambulances take priority, meanwhile no patients in the ER are called for hours at a time tells me there is a need for more staff!!

(Translated) To my surprise, in June 2021, I was able to consult all my radiology and MRI results on the Quebec health record, I was shocked by the results carried out in 2019 by the Anna-Laberge hospital, on the MRI of the head, they notice an abnormality of the bone marrow at the level of the cervical spine, they wonder if I am not anemic !!! or a neoplastic context! Then I read further: Note that he has a tiny 2 mm aneurysm at the start of the anterior communicator, they add, a check-up could be carried out in 6 months. (I have taken as is the medical terms used by doctors) From 2019 to 2021, it's been 2 years since I received any phone calls or follow-up emails from them, I tried to call them, at least 20 times, they can't do anything for me, the doctor authorizing the MRI is on vacation and the other doctor who interpreted the MRI is no longer part of their team !!! I tried to make an appointment in radiology, to redo an MRI, they could not do anything for me, the switchboard operator is cold, she did not even listen to me and transferred me to the radiology department who asked me to make an appointment, when I had the appointment-making service, they asked me for a referral / prescription from the doctor, I fell apart ... Today I suffer from chronic fatigue, my neck hurts terribly, my left arm goes numb, and bothers me a lot. It really makes me want to file a complaint against this hospital for medical negligence. I do not recommend that you visit this Anna-Laberge hospital.

(Translated) I brought my 88-year-old mother to the emergency room. She was quickly taken care of and treated for a urinary tract infection that had degenerated into urosepsis. She stayed in the hospital for 4 days. I appreciated that despite the strict policies because of the Covid, they gave me permission to stay at his bedside 24H / 24H because it is unilingual Italian. I was therefore able to rub shoulders with several nurses, attendants and doctors and I have nothing but praise to give to all the medical staff. Thank you for your good care !! A big thank you to the emergency staff on Friday/Saturday October 10. Special thanks to Nicolas, Chantal, and Vero looking after me in bed 60. They were amazingly patient with an elderly man in the bed next to me. Even though we are in unusual times , they made sure each of their patients were well cared for and felt special. Thank you so much. You are true heros!
HORRIBLE HOSPITAL STAY AWAY!!!! My dad fell unconscious and was rushed by ambulance to Hospital Anna Laberge in Chateauguay. He broke 5 ribs due to the fall. My dad was in HUGE pain and was not able to breath properly! They diagnosed him with pneumonia, water in his lungs and some kind of virus in his lungs and you know what they did ? SENT HIM BACK HOME WITH FREAKIN DIABETES PILLS, WTH?? They did not even prescribe him pain killer or anything to ease the pain. The next day we brought him to the Jewish General Hospital and wow, amazing service 5/5. They ran all the test possible and determined there was no water in his lungs, no virus, no pneumonia, but did mention his lungs were not functioning to full capacity due to his smoking. A respiratory therapist did her magic on him and my dad was almost back to normal and they prescribed him the right pills to soothe his rib injury. All this in under one day. Im shocked and pissed because we could have lost him if we did not go to the Jewish General Hospital.

They took excellent care of my 97 year old husband who had fallen down our basement stairs. Extensive bruising, fractures L2 and L5, plus stitches on head. Doctors, nurses, nurse's aids and all support staff were great and are to be commended for their work.

Had an appointment and the staff was a fantastic. The security at the door, the lady behind the counter, the nurses and the dr. I am primarily English and it was nice the staff was making the effort to speak English to me. Hand sanitizer is easy to find and they give you a mask at the entrance.
Called 911 for heart attack symptoms, was taken here by the ambulance. The women who triaged me routinely insulted my appearance and called me a child while I panicked I was dying. Was triaged at the "highest priority" and still spent 6 hours in a waiting room. At the end they RIPPED my IV out, letting blood gush out without applying pressure, and told me to get out. No diagnosis, no instructions, no discharge papers, nothing. I have no idea if I have a serious heart condition or not, or even if I had a heart attack at all. Please avoid this hospital like your life depends on it, because it absolutely does.

Collège des médecins averti .
(Translated) We had to wait 10 hours when we were told about 5 hours. It is probably the worst hospital in all of North America. Unless you are on the verge of death, avoid presenting yourself at all costs. They even managed to deceive me a few years ago and let me suffer because the nurse believed that I was addicted to morphine when my testicular cancer had migrated to the kidneys. In short, this explains the rating given.

The medical staff are very nice. But a few of the staff at the appointment centre need to learn about customer service, and how to talk properly to people!!! If you don't like your job time to maybe think of another calling!!!

After having a heart attack, I arrived at the hospital by ambulance. An EKG was performed and shortly after I was told that the results were normal and asked to wait in the waiting room with the other patients. I waited 9 hours before someone saw me. When the doctor entered the room I was seated with my back to her. She asked me to get up and walk around to the other side so I could face her. She then told me that they were going to take a blood test and that I would likely be kept overnight for observation. She returned a couple of hours later to tell me that I had, in fact, had a heart attack and that I was going to be kept for a couple of days so they could run more tests. Bedside manner was horrific. She should lose her license.
very agonizingly long wait times in the ER go somewhere else please it will be way faster than here. i’ve been here for more than 13 hours and i haven’t slept or eaten and the waiting room was empty most of the night://

(Translated) On this day my mother, who has been at the foot of my father's bed for more than a week, was raped by a nurse because she was asking for care for my father who was suffering. As soon as I can transfer it to another hospital, I will definitely do it. My daughter Gabrielle recently gave birth at this hospital and I must say the staff was amazing, very loving and caring. From the moment we got there until our last day, they were exceptional both doctors and nurses. I highly recommend this hospital. Shout out to Dr. Pineault-Ried and all her team.
(Translated) 20 hours of waiting it does not look good. Very dirty waiting room in 8pm I did not see anyone cleaning, there are glasses, bottles, and since it is cold he gives us blankets, but after that it hangs out everywhere very dirty, but the staff ( triage nurses, electro cardiogram nurse and emergency doctor) so nice thank you anyway I do not recommend going there unless you are not in a hurry.
have been waiting 11.5 hours now to see a doctor due to severe abdominal pain, and inability to nourish my body with solid foods, or liquids. This place is horrible, unless you are mildly I'll and can afford to spend all night, and all day here, or giving birth...go to the super hospital. Your chances of being seen by a physician before the second coming of Christ are high more likely there.
if there was a 0 rating this is what this hospital deserves!!! we went there with my sick mother that needed asap blood transfusion and we were waiting for more then 12 hours ! when my mom was losing more blood I asked a nurse to give me a woman's pad and she refused she said that she is too busy to pass people at the emergency ! we had to ask for people in the room of they have a pad for my bleeding to death mother ! no heart no emphaty no human touch at all! I would sue this hospital with lots of pleasure for what they did to my mom !
(Translated) Lack of total professional doctors for pregnancies and childbirth.
Went to emergency room. 20 min waiting, nobody showed up. They were laughing and making jokes inside. I knocked at the door, she said just seat on the red chairs till someone calls you. Absolutely 0 responsibility. We drived to Montreal to another hospital.
Recently I was in for a kidney stone removal. The nurses & doctors are excellent however the administration is terrible. My room mate & I were roomed on the second floor with no air conditioning what so ever & temperatures up to 38 celcius in the room. Meanwhile the nurses station & hallways all had fans to help remove the heat while the patients struggled on their own to get their own fans. I was in for 8 nights while waiting on when I would have the kidney stone removal - I was never told the proper date one nurse would say one thing another would tell me that I was not on the list at all causing me to lose patients with the in accurate information I was given. No one communicates in the office to the nurses or the doctors - admissions even called me a week after I finally had the procedure that I had an appointment with another eurologist to have the kidney stone removed ! The only way that I was able to finally have the procedure was that I had another painful kidney stone attack & stayed in the hospital till they finally fitted me in their schedule. First I was advised it would be on a saturday - then a Tuesday & then not scheduled at all (what a joke) I have to return in another week to have the stent removed in the out patient surgery after that I want nothing to do with that hospital. My room mate who is still there as of today has been runned through so many test's & doctors yet they cannot tell him why he has a distended & sore stomach - & he cannot get a straight answer from anyone. Last Thursday I was rushed by ambulance back to the hospital in severe pain - at first I expected as usual to be given an IV to prevent dehydration as I have been in the past three emergency visits - Nope that never happened & I asked three times - I was given a morphine injection & then instead of being placed in a room in observation I was placed along with others in a busy hallway with constant human traffic - loud talk. I couldn't sleep because of the noise so at 4 AM I walked to the observation & sat down & noticed at least 5 empty beds - why were the patients in the hallway not moved to these beds is beyond me. When I was released from the hospital - I was ready at 8:30 am & only left the hospital at 2 pm by a nurse who didn't seem to know too much about how to remove an IV Needle. She pulled out the needle & without any pressure placed a gauze bandage - well all of a sudden my hand felt wet & there was my hand bleeding from where the IV was - she then said put pressure on the bandage which was already soaked with my blood !!! Eventually a new bandage was applied but here is the kicker. The procedure for a kidney stone removal requires a stent (drain) to be placed inside to allow the left over material to drain out through your bladder. I asked the nurse on staff that day when should I come back to have it removed - she said NO it stays in your body for life ! My wife & I were surprised because we had already checked on line to find out it has to be removed from 5 to 10 days. Imagine if I was an older patient who was not informed about this - what would have been the consequences later on. I am being generous by giving the hospital a one star - they need to make some serious changes in their admissions department not only to say their complaint department didn't bother to call me back after saying they would look into my complaint & call me back _ I AM STILL WAITING ! Also someone should tell their night staff that patients require their rest which cannot be acquired if the staff talk so loud that you cannot sleep.
5 min. From my house. But I will drive to ormstown if I need anything. Called yesterday for an EKG, TOLD me call back in 3,weeks to make an appointment. Just got back from ormstown, took me 1 hr, no appointments. I know people who are waiting for a call back for appointmentsmade over a year ago. Obviously they've gone elsewhere
(Translated) It's appalling how my poor mom was treated there. Waiting alone for more than 20 hours without eating while sitting on a chair. She was told she couldn't go to the cafeteria because she was going to be next (3hrs before she was called for her pressure). They didn't even give him his medicine for his pain and treatment. Each time he replied that it was not who takes care of this. She was in pain but no one took care of her. It was really inhuman for her and hard for us not to be able to help her. I hope no one else has to go through this.

(Translated) The emergency nurses are as stupid as their feet and do not care that you are in pain. Wait too long (16 hours late). I would give negative 5 star if I could , my grandma did tests found out there was a blocked valve in her heart and never followed up with it it’s been almost a year , they have not sent the test out to the family doctor ... now she’s full of wAter and leaks from her legs ... this hospital is just the worse

(Translated) Hospital to avoid unless you want to die. The nursing staff with beef face and total incompetence. I asked a simple information and they answered me, I don't know, must ask the doctor. The nurses do not know and do not seem to want to know their files. When in occupational therapy, I think it does not exist. The incompetence is even at this level. The sanitation of the premises leaves something to be desired. Physio devices lying around in the hallways. No medical follow-up with the patients. Having the choice, the hospital deserves 0 stars. FAST appointment, staffs are nice. The information is just in front after the entrance. Nice guidance from the gentleman as well. Overall, good experience.
Radiology Department personnel very rude and unhelpful... they talk down to people and they don't care about people time or feelings
Was followed by the doctors at this hospital for my high risk pregnancy and was really well taken care of. They were always attentive, diligent and extra cautious with me which I really appreciated. During my labour, the doctors and nurses were all excellent as well. Always took the time to answer our questions and checking in on us often to make sure everything was okay. A few days after I gave birth I ended up in the emergency room with very high blood pressure. They did everything in their power to get me pushed up the queue because they knew I had a newborn at home and all the nurses took the time to reassure me and make sure I had what I needed (including a room to pump every 3-4 hours) even though they were very overloaded with patients. The emergency room doctor that took care of me that night was also extra diligent, running some extra tests to make sure she was sending me home in good condition to take care of my daughter. I can not say enough how much I have appreciated all the doctors and nurses that have encountered during my MANY visits to this hospital.

Hi. If you’re looking for Barbaric times come to Anna Laberge. You’ll spend over 13 hours waiting on a most uncomfortable chair. This place really sucks. The system is so broken. There are better Hospitals out there. You just have to look. Please don’t blame the nurses and doctors it’s the government’s fault this happened . I guess they just wanted more wine and cheese.
(Translated) A hospital very poorly managed. Endless waiting lists, not to mention the urgency. 5 months waiting to deposit samples in the laboratory. I was advised to go to private, for more speed. (Translated) Very big lack of judgment on the part of security, I am a deliveryman and there are only 3 parking lots designed for delivery, these are never free so I must park in front of the emergency even if this is prohibited , I have a delivery to do so I do not have much choice, here is that security gives me a statement of $ 28.00! The problem is not the amount of the report but the fact of going there to deliver all year long! I fear it will happen again every time. It is a service that we offer delivery and it will be unfortunate to stop going there as much for patients as for employers!
I went to the emergency with an eye issue. I was seen quickly and all staff were great. Professional and friendly. It may not be every day they can manage to get to people so quickly with less than life critical issues but got a good day.

(Translated) The worst hospitality I have ever experienced, very bad service, in some cases patients are treated as butcher animals. My dog is a hundred times better to treat and care for by his vet. That's all to say. (Translated) Everything is in a sorry state. Being hospitalized there was like living a nightmare. To be suddenly woken up at 11am at night to send us to sleep in an overflow corridor in order to leave the room for a heavier case ... it was frankly inhuman. Foul food and cold doctor.
Beyond my expectation for prenatal service! Just wow. Maybe because i had a bad experience in a previous hospital but honestly my friend who was a nurse there she highly recommended it and I didnt regret a bit.
(Translated) Endless waiting. Do not disturb the staff who are very unfriendly. Cleanliness is poor. Charles Lemoyne is to avoid and now Anna Laberge. The population of the South Shore has no quality hospital services. Emergency patients are called in a rough way. (Original) Attente interminable. Propreté laisse a désirer.
(Translated) I had the operation in this place and I was treated very well, for the emergency I had a very serious case and they helped save my life, for the dissatisfied of the emergency services do like me you give your name, you ask for the waiting time, you evaluate that, you go back to spend your time at your place and you come back, i've been doing this plenty of times and everything is fine, do you think the staff are doing it on purpose to make you wait, I think they are doing their best with the means we give them, I think we should charge a fee for each visit and I'm sure we would lower the wait a bit, as if we had a free restaurant to eat there Did you think how it would be, it would make no sense, it would take hours there too to eat there, this is free, let's think about it, there is nothing free in life, the more we use the more we will pay for it price, do you think that the money comes from the tax that you get taken from your Never forget that and if you think you are doing better, give your name well and you too will help reduce the waiting time, we must stop criticizing rather help find solutions to the problem and maybe together we will find a solution to our problem .
