Been here multiple times. The staff is friendly, Dr. Smit is amazing, and the building itself lovely. I have been to countless offices in Saskatoon and none are as good as Legends.

Iv never been so disappointed in the clinic. Not once but twice has my Dr done this up and left Gama Leaving patients to fend for them self and now 1.5 years Gone again I wondering if it's a thing with him very disappointed in him I cried and beged to please see another Dr for my consent pain and was denied. This went on for a year HAVING TO GO AS A WALK IN AND NOBODY REALLY KNOWING what they were doing, even being told should have a Dr by some of the Drs there I After some time they told me I could be added to a LIST like really after pleading and crying. The clinic has really gone down hill and not the thriving best care it used to be .

Popped by today for some quick bloodwork and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Reception staff was kind and easy to work with, lab tech was efficient and friendly, drew blood on the first poke. Clean, visually appealing clinic as well!

Would be nice if they were open on Saturdays. Also I refuse to put my health card in the little container that they tell you too. Everyone putting their dirty germy cards in there. Great way to spread viruses! No common sense!!! Just ask everyone to hold their cards up for you. Easy peasy!

Been sitting here for 45 minutes, came when there was 2 people ahead of me. Several walk ins that came after me have now gone before I have. I usually have no issues with this medical clinic but this is frustrating and wasting my time.

Tried to book an appointment but was told I wasn’t allowed. So I asked what the wait time is for walk-in and was told 30 mins and hour later I asked how much longer and was told another 30minutes. They let in at least 15 people ahead of me as well as told me to wear a mask but NOBODY ELSE WAS WEARING A MASK don’t go here if you value you time and your life cause it is a waste of time and they don’t seem to care a whole lot about patients

Very poor service, I've had 3 booked appointments and have only seen the doctor once, I'm from out of town and it really sucks having to drive in only to be turned away. If you have an appointment and are waiting for a long time it's because they over book people. The girl at the front was rude and unapologetic.

Beautiful new clinic deserving all of its 5 star rating. Dr. Smit, being the only person I have personal experience with, is the best Doctor I know of. He maintains a humble and personable demeanor still while clearly being very knowledgable, intelligent, and successful, allowing him to meet any standard in the areas of health care/Patient treatment and without requirement more.

Absolutely the best clinic I have ever been to. I have been in every department reception is fantastic, the girls in blood work are truly the best, lab people are very caring and pleasant, X-ray are very professional, Now to Dr. Smit he is the best most professional and smart, caring doctor I have ever dealt with and I’ve seen with a lot of doctors and the icing on the cake is that he works with the pharmacy too.I can’t say enough good about the Legends medical Centre.

I had been very sick, was struggling to work/live, had lost 20lbs in 8 weeks with my hair falling out, and had multiple red flags of an underlying un-diagnosed condition. After a few disappointment appointments with Dr. Fee (see below) to try to get to the root of my problem she said – and I quote - “we need to take 5”. I left this office and did not go back, as I could not “take 5” while my health spiralled (it did until I found a new GP). Instead of making a fuss, I smiled and walked out of that appointment. Went straight to my car, sat in the parking lot and booked an appointment with a new family doctor immediately. I seen another doctor who made a phone call and got me in with a surgeon within 48hrs on an emergency basis. I had a procedure done within weeks and many biopsies taken – all of which came back as abnormal with a condition that was never mentioned to me previously. In previous appointments - I spent over 15hrs searching for and summarizing research on a condition that I had all of the symptoms for and some markers of and gave this to Dr. Fee, only to find out at my next appointment (over a week later) that she hadn’t taken the 5 minutes to read it. I did not even mention this condition to the next doctor, who based on his own assessment thought I had the same condition and got me in with another surgeon - who is now working on my case with a team of surgeons to investigate this condition, as they are suspicious that I have it. This team is wonderful and I wish I'd known I could/should have been in with them sooner. I had a hormone test done that I was told by Dr. Fee was normal. I asked her to take a second look knowing it was not normal. It was low. No further investigations were done until I left this clinic. This ended up being an indicator of a condition related to previous brain injuries– which has now been confirmed. I had blood work that was abnormal and was told by Dr. Fee that it was a “margin for lab error”, and it was not retested. My new doctor re-tested this and it came back even lower, which was a sign of one of my underlying conditions (not lab error) – which has since been explained to me by another doctor. Dr. Fee was a very lovely person. But, it was a lot of “hurry up and wait”. This was only making me worse - now I know why. Walking straight out to my car and booking that appointment at a different clinic after her “we need to take 5” comment was the right move, unfortunately. The next doctor took immediate action and when he doesn’t know something – he researches it right away and gives me the information (as opposed to the other way around), then he starts acting and gets the ball moving. This is what I needed and this is what turned things around for me. I write this anonymously out of courtesy to Dr. Fee/this clinic, as I myself have numerous clients who go here and I want their perception to remain unaffected by knowing that this review comes from me. But, I hope that Dr. Fee will know who I am based on the detail of this review. Thank you.

I called the clinic at 4:40 and spoke to a woman regarding walk in and if I needed to reserve a spot. She mentioned coming as soon as possible. I mentioned I would be coming from Saskatoon and would be there at 5:00. After calling from the parking lot (as instructed) and being put on hold for 7 minutes and 49 seconds I was told "sorry, we stopped doing walk ins 10 minutes ago and you'll have to come back at 9:00 am tomorrow. Unorganized and uncoordinated.

The Dr's are ok, the few that I have scene are ok. My problem comes with the front staff. There is one receptionist that is constantly rude to patrons. Also, I am not impressed with having to wait 20 minutes + on hold to speak to somebody to make an appointment or get information.

I have to say that calling this clinic is a total pleasure to deal with. I want to thank Sarah for being so kind, polite, and friendly on the phone. Dr. M. Smit is the best doctor we have ever had. He is always kind and very professional. He takes the time to ask the questions to figure out a solution for all our health issues. He calls to check on my husband after hours as he is dealing with cancer. Thanks to all the staff at Legends Medical Clinic.
