Went for some X-rays a week ago, doctors surgery got my birthday wrong by ten years and spelt my name wrong, cue a hour of running around calling Alberta health. Was told the doctor would contact me regarding results. After two days I called myself and was told to call back on Monday as the doctor was away. Called back today and after spelling my name 4 times and giving my date of birth, the receptionist still couldn’t seem to find my name. So I guess after a week of being in the dark I’ll try another doctor.

I have always received excellent care at Bear Street Clinic. I have been a patient here for over 10 years and whether I see my family doctor or a different doctor on short notice, I always feel like I am being taken care of. Reception staff and nurses are also top notch and are willing to answer questions or guide me in the right direction when needed. ❤
